I had new kitchen and bar countertops installed about two months ago. The entire process went smooth from start to finish. Very professional and the installers were al ways punctual. Paige was absolutely fantastic !!!

We are totally pleased and satisfied with the materials, design consultations, workmanship and prices at Ibanez Countertops and Amazing Floors. From the time we started the project with Christina displaying all the granite and quartz choices, then calling in Ivonne to help us with tile choices and backsplash design, then through the demo work, placing the granite, and ending with the backsplash installation, the process was handled efficiently, expeditiously, and professionally. Great attention and allowance was given to detail, timing, and cost. One day was for the demo and granite placement and one for the backsplash. They also cleaned up the work area. I cannot brag on this company enough. I must say that the patience, kindness, and compassion that Christine and Ivonne demonstrated in helping us was wonderful because we were so worried and unsure of what we wanted. I love this company.

Elizabeth and team were awesome. She worked with us to find the best granite that met our budget and had the features that fit best with our current color palette. She was very patient and met with us numerous times to find just the right one. The installation was quick and everything was delivered in perfect shape. Each section in the kitchen is unique but flows together so well. We couldnt be more satisfied and the price cant be beat. Excellent quality and service from the AGM Team!

This has to be the absolute worst company a contractor can hire. They have promised to show up to install our counter-tops on 5 separate occasions. They have attempted to force us into quick decisions to get our installation completed quicker, and then still did not show. They fabricate stories and tell bold lies about why they cannot complete the job. They have slowed the entire production of our house project because of four (4) weeks of no shows. Once they finally showed up, they only had half our counter-tops. The contractors for this company told us they are three (3) months behind on their jobs and said, yeah, we get yelled at all the time. Wow! I cannot believe they would admit such an embarrassing fact. Hopefully you or your contractor will never use this company. An absolute horrible experience.

BUYER BEWARE! I picked out granite for my bathroom in June 2016. Christina was my sales girl and she did a great job giving me samples and helping me choose. I would say top notch service in choosing the granite. A date was set to install a couple of weeks out and they called the day before and moved it out another week. The day they were installing, I was only able to get the morning off but was assured they would be at my home no later than 11:00. I even called to verify that morning. They didn’t get to my house until 12:30. I let them in and had to leave for work. When I got home and looked at the top, it was damaged. There were several scrapes about 2.5 inches wide and 8 inches long that led to the front edge where it was actually chipped. I took photos and sent them to Christina. She said they would have someone out to look at it and see if it can be fixed. I couldn’t install the faucet because I didn’t know if they would be ripping the counter out. I had to contact Christina 4 or 5 times over the next 9 weeks, yes, 9 WEEK! She finally told me someone would be coming to fix it, that got cancelled and pushed back another 5 days, then the morning they were to come out (again) I texted Christina and was told, oh, they won’t be coming. I had given up a job so I could be at the house. So, almost 2 more weeks and they were finally coming; they were supposed to be at my home no later than 11:00. I called that morning to verify and was told yes they would be there. They didn’t arrive until almost 1. They worked on the counter for about 30 min and told me they couldn’t get all the scratches out. They put epoxy on the chip. The surface is now all dull in about a 10”x10” spot. They said it couldn’t be made shiny which I told them was not true. I have before and after photo of a spot in my kitchen that I had accidentally touched a diamond blade saw to a few months earlier. The company that fixed it, made it disappear and it was shiny. I showed them the spot and photos. They then told me they didn’t have the correct tool with them to do this and would have to come back. AAAHH!! I contacted Christina several more times about this matter and she didn’t seem to want to answer my questions. I told her to have a manager call me please. No one did. I asked her for a manager’s name and number. She gave me Maria’s number. I left half a dozen messages on Maria’s line and never heard back. After 6 months, I finally installed the faucet on the damaged top. Now it’s almost a year later…no one has ever contacted me or tried to fix this counter. I haven’t got a quote yet but the small damage to my kitchen cost me $100 to have fixed, so I can only imagine what this will cost. Very long story short (and I left stuff out) RESIST THE URGE TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS HERE AND BUY AT A MORE REPUTABLE PLACE THAT WILL STAND BY THEIR WORK AND NOT WASTE CONSUMER MONEY. I DEEPLY REGRET THE DAY I WALKED IN THEIR DOOR.
