After visiting many kitchen cabinet shops we finally found Cabinets to go. The quality of the cabinets were amazing for the price. They were solid wood and we havent been able to find the quality for this cheap anywhere. We worked with Tim and he was able to give us a layout that we love and he was very knowledgeable about where to position things. We decided to use their installer and LOVED them. They did an excellent job. You will not be disappointed if you use their installer. Big Mark knows how these cabinets work, knows his stuff, quick worker, clean and very detail oriented. The installation was worth every penny. We love the cabinets and it looks so amazing!! We couldnt be happier.

Expensive, quality is good but I was looking for a 42 and a 60 vanity, the guy says 42 comes in 2 pieces and 60 comes in 3 pieces and will take several weeks. The guys attitude was horrible, I felt like I was bothering him

Need cabinets ASAP was told cabinets would be discounted at end of February but when the time came different story. smh

We are redoing our kitchen and I went to Cabinets To go and ordered our cabinets. When we finally received them some parts to the cabinets were damaged and we call and they told us we had to call this number and when we did they told us send a picture and we will see what we can do. My husband fixed them because they were in no hurry to help us. When the cabinets came in the slide outs didnt come so we had to fight to get them we just know got them in and they do not fit. This is the worst cabinet company I have ever dealt with . I hope others do not have to go through what we have. The manager of the store is really rude doesnt have time for you and you are the customer who pays his salary. I hate writing a bad review but its been a night mare.

My contractor put an order for kitchen cabinets 3 months ago.Every time they said they would come deliver the cabinets the delivery date would change and when I went to the the Irving location in person to get the dates of delivery the sales person said to me that there are bigger problems in the world than me not having a kitchen.I wonder if he says that to all the customers or just to me, because I am female and Latina.Till today I don’t know my delivery date for my cabinets. They are paid for and I need an answer.

I paid in full for kitchen cabinets Aug.21-20Cabinets delivered Oct21-20.( Reason for delayCovid-19 they said) as of this date/11-17 Cabinets still not completely installed. Reached out to them and they made it painfully clear that my concerns were not a priority with them. Please save your time and moneyThis is a warning, Cabinets’s to Go doesn’t care about customer service!!!!

This is without a doubt one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The sales lady didnt have a clue about what she was doing. She quoted a low price and I asked her three times if it included installation. Each time she said yes. It didnt, and I had to fork over an additional $1,600. She came out and measured before we ordered, and got the measurements wrong. The cabinets were the wrong size and we had to re-order from China which caused another two week delay. The installation was sloppy - our dishwasher sticks out in front one inch further at the top than at the bottom. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS HERE!!!

Complete kitchen cabinet design done. Tim Yates is a pro at what he does. Our work begins when they are shipped... we will assemble and install. Can hardly wait!

Awesome. Please read my whole experience how zero stars 3-4 years ago turned into 5 stars and if I could I would give them 10 stars. I will tell you I had the worst experience ever about 3-4 years back with a vanity. A girl quit, things backordered and took forever to show up and by time we finally got the warped bottoms in by weighing them down and the drawers not matching it was a nightmare.THIS HAS CHANGED!!!! BIG TIME! I loved the old cabinet so much even after the problems that I decided to take a chance this time. Jaime helped me and promised they had a new supplier and he would take care of me. I was so excited to be able to get these cabinets because they are so well made and sturdy. My 4 year old cabinet doesnt have a ding on it and the drawers glide much better than than the cheap or expensive cabinets elsewhere. Jamie promised me my cabinets in 1 week but the drawer unit would take 2 weeks. I worried and probably worried them but OMG.....my cabinets were in in 2 weeks and Jaime and the people at Cabinets to Go were all awesome. Picked up my cabinets. Were much easier to put together than my older order. I am so excited for this to have been so easy! I would recommend them to anyone and plan hopefully to order more for my diningroom! I almost didnt give them another chance from 3-4 years ago but they have REALLY changed and are wonderful and keep you up to date on when they will arrive! I LOVE the cabinets! I could not be more thrilled with how well they are made and OMGoodness, how awesome they look.

Very disappointing, products are made in China, might as well go to IKEA.
