I enjoy shopping Dollar general because of a good variety of items I need are here.

Smaller selection but still had what I wanted, decently nice people nothing special

I havent been to this DG location in over 7 years and I went today around 2pm. I was pleasantly surprised. The store didnt look cluttered and everything was neat and in place. The cashier was nice and friendly. A nice step up from what it used to be.

Good merchandise, long lines, bad customer service. Actually found something in my redbull can. Drank half of it, called to complain they said it wasnt there problem. Call redbull , Manager was real rude about it.

Didnt have any generic scrubbing bubbles in stock. Preparing to move and that stuff cleans everything. I was able to find a 6 pack of mini diet coke though.

This store has way to much stuff just laying in the aisles. There was so much stuff just on the floor it was really a tripping hazard. Other than that its a decent store.

Terrible! Only one employee was working on a register. There were 10 people in line. I asked about the other registers, she said they were both broken(for over a week)

My daughter is sick and i needed to get in and out. Thats just what i did worth dollar general. I got exactly what i needed and a little of what i wanted and then got checked out quickly with the option of multiple payment.

LOVE THIS PLACE.. SO CONVENIENT AND BEING CLOSE BY IS A BONUS..

This is a store you would expect to see in the inner city. Not the suburbs. Empty shelves everywhere. The only shelves stocked were the baby formula, condoms, and makeup section because they are all behind the counter and cant be stolen. Its pretty ghetto. Go to Family Dollar instead. They actually have stocked shelves.

Employees here are always nice and prices are good, but dang, its like shopping in a war zone. There is always junk everywhere. The isles are super tight, the belt at the register is always covered with junk so that they is very little room to sit your stuff on the belt. The store seems dirty and chaotic. This makes little sense to me since stores like Aldi function with the same amount of employees and are extremely organized, which from what I understand is one of the things that saves them money and causes them to sell more.

My mother went to dollar general this evening on 03/10/20 around 4:50 pm. She got in the check out line and the women infront of her had asked the cashier if she could separate some things in a separate bag the cashier proceeded to smash the womens items over crowding them in one bag and the cashier says oh its fine. My mother who has worked in customer service for many years, had a upsetting look on her face because of what she had just witnessed. The cashier had the nerve to ask my mother whats wrong with your face? My mom was appalled that she would even ask such a question . My mom told her wont be coming back again. She left her items and drove to the nearest Walmart.

Store was an OSHA nightmare as can happen, between narrow aisles, low staffing, it was crowded and difficult to social distance.

Remodeled the store hate that we have to go to end of the side of store just to get pepsi, needs to be put where Coke 8s and it wouldnt be a big deal

Its clean enough to shop there but they still have a little bit of clutter in some aisles but its a lot better than it was 2 months ago.

Certainly not the best Dollar General I have ever seen, however, Im guessing that individual store is in desperate need for a Store Mgr. as well as area Supervisor.The store clerks are never very personable, do NOT appear well groomed and the store as a whole, is really quite chaotic, I mean it seems to always be in a noticeable disarray, often times that I have been there... I have had to spend an unacceptable amount of time looking for what few things I choose to still purchase at DG. Unfortunately, this is and has been becoming VERY common in countless numbers of retail stores, convenience stores and even some food stores.

This place has handicap parking. Handicap ramp but no handicap doors. Has lots of new stuff in it. I never see the same person in there twice. Friendly people when I go in.

Items in walkways and it looks a mess. Theres always a shortage of cashiers.

They dont have enough shopping carts you have to either wait for someone else to finish shopping or carry everything in your hands and there is always stuff in the aisles making it hard to get around

Filthy ...from parking lot througbout whole store!

Well, went in to grab a couple boxes and some mailing supplies the lady there told me i couldnt take any of their boxes because we get credit for our boxes so i left. wasnt like i was taking a pallet of boxes i was taking 3 medium boxes that were broken down flat already. DG used to be super cool about it thats why i would go there and buy all my mailing stuff. hope the fraction of a cent they got for those boxes was worth a customer! now i have to go to walmart! Dang!

This place is always a disaster. Nice workers but its a hazard to have so much in such a small area. Especially things in the aisle floor.

The place is falling apart, the parking lot is a mess. The delivery trucks have destroyed the retaining wall for the parking lot. It looks like the owner doesnt care to keep up the place. First impressions are everything to new customers. Who would want to shop in such a mess. Dollar General get your store in order.

Guaranteed 100% of the time, they will be out of AT LEAST one item on your list. They obviously sell enough product: the shelves are always bare. Why they dont have a person in charge of re-ordering is beyond me. Not only that, no matter what time of the day you go in, youre 4-10 people deep in line. So, you have plenty of customers, you obviously sell a lot of items. Hire some employees, for the love of Pete! One other thing: you could have a 65-year old go in EVERY DAY for a year to buy cigarettes and in that year, you will demand to see their ID 365 times before you sell them cigarettes. Why??

The shelves are never stocked, the store is a mess, and the cashier was SO slow checking out an employee who bought all of the clearance items on her lunch break 10 mins before closing time... THEN as soon as she was done checking her out, she had to go ALL the way to the back for receipt paper even though I told her I was in a hurry and didnt need a receipt

Not my favorite store in town. The asiles always have things in them that need to be shelved. I am in a wheelchair and it is impossible to get from point A to point B without going to the next aisle or even to the next one after that. I try not to shop here unless I have someone go with me.

My aunt Rhonda works at Dollar General. Always very helpful and prompt!!! I always like shopping there.

I like going in here I just wish they were more organized theres usually stuff in all the aisles that needs to be put away but other than that friendly customer service

They get new workers often. Some are great in customer service and some are very rude but overall the store is well maintained and always organized the 2nd store that I know of to be put together.

Have seen an improvement in overall appearance, customer service, and shopping experience.

The people at this Dollar General are nice to all.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I would rather drive down to the DG on Truman Rd. This one is always a huge mess! Boxes everywhere always needing to be stocked, the product is strewn everywhere. Idk if they need more employees to keep up or what. It’s dirty and gross. I only go in if I just need one thing. I worked retail for a long time so...I get it. It’s not an easy job, but dang!!

Understaffed but otherwise a good place. They will be open Thanksgiving day from 7am till 10pm. The manager was not happy about that.

This store seems to have trouble keeping certain items stocked.

Store is small yet has large inventory so shopping is quick and easy. Most stores are clean and the employees are curteous and check out time is fast.

This store needs better management. This store is not sttocked EVER!! On several different occasions I have went here for some basic things and not one of the item on the shelf. I have several other complaints about this store but this is the biggest.
