Finding a reliable trusted car mechanic can be difficult; I have used this preferred shop for over 20 years. The family-friendly team is very knowledgeable and timely. They are upfront and honest about the scope of the work, cause of problems, and reasonable in pricing. I enjoyed the flexibility of dropping the car off in the morning, taking the train to work; and the repaired car was ready for me at the end of the day.

Best customer service and experience Ive had with a tech shop

20 years ago I started out pushing a broom for him he though me every thing I know he told me once if ur going to do something do it right or not at all and always do the job 100% properly that way theirs no need for redo on a comeback.and im proud that I gotten the privilege to retrieve proper training along with my experiences

Great service. Very reliable. Cheaper than most. Had them replace a clutch a flywheel and not only did they do a great job, they did it very quickly. Dropped it off in the afternoon one day, and it was done in the afternoon the next. Overall great experience.

I dont give 5s unless everything is perfect. That almost never happens.I am a mechanical engineer and a car guy. Mastertech has always fixed my cars correctly and they have never tried to talk over my head. That maybe because they know I am mech engineer and a car guy.They diagnosis till they find the problem and dont switch parts to find what is wrong. We had one problem which took a lot of time to find which I dont think even a dealer would have done.Good place.

Worst place in the metroplex to take your car! Bar none!

Not a place you want to wait in the lobby of but I wont take my vehicles any where else. Honest reliable mechanics are hard to find.
