Brought my car in for brake repair for a soft pedal. The diagnosis was a master cylinder rrplacement. After a week I picked my car up with the same issue. The next morning I awoke to find brake fluid all over the garage floor. I returned the car. Another master cylinder was installed. Upon picking up the car I now have the same soft pedal less $350.

Came here on a whim because the Ford dealer has been intolerable and slow. Took my car here when it wouldnt start and got my starter replaced. Car returned same day and working fine. No BS, just fixed my car in a day and sent me on my way.

Problem resolved in 10 minutes and they declined to charge me. It was a computer problem with the Sync and they reset it. Ive been using Jacks Auto for over 25 years.

Highly recommend. I wanted to get an air intake hose replaced and Jack did that for free as he said its not a big job while any other mechanics would have charged at least 30 dollars. They are quick and no nonsense type of a shop. They know how to keep a customer happy.

Good mechanics, they will listen to your concerns and what if questions. Stands behind their work.

Took my vehicle to be diagnosedWas charged 300 dollarsFor them just to tell me what my vehicle needs. And was also quoted a 1000 dollars for further exploratory workThat did not guarantee it would be completely repaired. And also, I was never quoted a price for diagnosis or specifically told details of cost of repairs and diagnosis when I dropped off my vehicle. I learned two lessons with these guys. #1. Dont ever deal with Jacks auto again. And #2. Never let a mechanic touch your car without a verbal or written quote that outlines specific details and cost. Jacks auto did not treat me right,. They did me wrong, and Im sure Im not the only person they have treated this way. So save your time and money folks and just steer clear of these guys.

Excellent customer service. I am in the military and was calling from Iraq to have a pre-purchase inspection done on a car that I am considering to buy. Jack and his team showed patience, and professionalism while getting the inspection done fast. Will definitely refer them to anyone who is planning to buy a car or need repairs done.

Jack and his team always go the extra mile to provide the best service, even gave me rides home when I dropped our vehicles off and always call ahead of time with thorough explanations and price estimates for approval before going forward. Ive seen them work miracles on my older vehicles that would have left other mechanic shops perplexed while driving up expenses while they troubleshoot the problem, whereas Jacks still only charged for the job done instead of all the tacky add-ons like hourly troubleshooting and storage charges that other shady mechanic shops might have stuck us with and this is a Testament to the integrity of Jacks. I would highly recommend this shop. My car broke down and I called 3 Ford Dealerships and NONE of them could fit me in until August! A stranger overheard my conversations and recommended Jack. I was leery to try a shop instead of a dealership, but I had no choice. I gave Jack a call and he said bring your car in. He recommended a towing service (which showed up in less than 10 minutes). Jack quoted a very reasonable price and he had my car fixed when promised. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I will be using him again when needed . Forget the Dealership!

Ive used Jacks for almost 10 years and there is not a team of mechanics that I trust more than their team. Jack is a reasonable and fair man and will give it to you straight. They take expert care of their customers and their rides and work to give you the best deal.

Jacks Auto Repair really needs to communicate better. I took my Ford Expedition in for rear work and was quoted a price. They called after finding a broken pin while in the process of the repair & I approved replacing it. It was not explained fully & I was charged an additional $250 for an extra 2.5 hours just to repair a pin. This was a rip off & I do not recommend their services to anyone.

Jack and Andy do a good job of taking care of folks. I had to take my Honda accord in a couple of weeks ago and they replaced my alternator the same day. I am not a car guy, but I felt like they were honest and forthright with me.

I was givin an estimate to drop and drain the gas tank $500 and 4 weeks later they gave me my car back and the mechanic said quote (your going to need to drop the gas tank or get a new one I cant keep putting a gas filter in it Ive already replaced it 3 times ) unquote and then it died on me and my grandson on the way home then we fixed it out selves I new better then to trust someoneSo in other words if they cant dazzle you with brilliance theyll baffle you with B...S...!

Took in my 1993 f150 to Jacks Because the truck died.... they diagnosed a bad fuel pump. They were spot on. Great ppl. And the truck runs great now.

Went to Jacks last week of April 2015. After having multiple repair shops look at my car to see why the A/C was not working (thank God I had a coupon for $9.99 from the internet, printed it out and it was honored at all the places), then I was told that it was an electrical problem after each shops 10 minutes of looking, and wanted more ($100+) to delve further. After calling around, I spoke to Jack, he told me he would charge me $50 to look at it and would take that off the price to fix it if I chose him to do the work (something no one else offered). I went in the next day, they looked at what was going on and noticed that my radiator fans were not kicking on either and looked at the wiring harness and noticed that at least 6 wires were completely cut, showing me as well. I told him about the rat problem I have at home as he could also see the acorn shells and rat dropping underneath.He quoted me between $200 and $500, just in labor, to fix it as he did not know what else he would find, but would let me know. I went in a few days later and after he took the wiring harness out, there were more wires damaged than just what he saw with the naked eye, so he rewired and spliced the wires and cleaned off under the hood, engine and transmission compartment of all the varmint mess, which he said was a lot! After they were done, my A/C was nice and cold and my radiator fans were working.They did a great job and I will return for any mechanical problems in the future.

What a waste of $170 for a burnt out headlight and the light burnt out again within one week. But then again I think I totally understand now. Never again

Took in my VW beetle to have radiator fans and emergency brake fixed. The put the wrong kind of coolant into my engine (green) when any mediocre mechanic knows Volkswagens take pink coolant I had to pay to have the cooling system flushed because of their ignorance. It also contributed to my water pump breaking and leaking coolant all over my engine.They also charged me $800 for the flan assembly that retails at $450 and is one of the cheap quality brands.Do not go here if you have anything foreign. They accept jobs they dont know how to properly do and charge you double their quote.

Went in for an alignment and a funny noise my right brake was doin. Andy had it fixed and aligned in no time.

I recently took my 2006 Dodge into Jacks Auto repair to get the engine light checked out and have it taken care of. The mechanic on duty told me that all we needed was a tune up and wed be good. So we give the go-ahead for the tune up and pay the ridiculous price of almost $400 for it. Now, Jacks is supposed to have a 60 day warranty, to guarantee his work. So when the engine light came back on before I had even gotten out of the parking lot, I turned right back around and told them so. They did something or other and it went off again. I left.The engine light came back on three days later. Unfortunately, I was on the way to the hospital to have my baby so I couldnt take it in then. When I did finally get it in I was told that my engine was gunked up and it would need to be cleaned out. Jack supposedly put some stuff in the gas tank to clean it out. He said if that didnt work Id have to pay for a valve job, even though technically the work was supposed to still be under warranty.I am a new mother who has no job, my husband is working two full time jobs to keep us from just barely being in the hole. Now, my question is, why was this problem not detected in the first place. Why did nobody tell me, or even bother to see if the engine being gunked up was the problem in the first place?I am very upset, and will NOT be returning to Jacks Auto Repair, even if they are very nice people.
