I have used The Culinary Studio for 2 family parties.The first was my daughters Sweet 16 and the second was my husband and I renewed our wedding vows. Both celebrations were fabulous.The food - from the appetizers to desserts - were all a huge hit. It was perfectly seasoned, served with the presentation flare of a five-star restaurant. Waitress staff was also provided who were knowledgable of the menu being served and tirelessly worked the whole party. I would highly recommend The Culinary Studio for your next party. The food and the service does not disappoint.

I attended a private party for a vow renewal that was catered by Culinary Studio and was absolutely wowed!!!! The food was by far the best that I have had at a catered event. Normally I find catered food tasteless and a bit overdone, but everything at this party tasted fresh and was so different than the normal fare. The server that was there for the party was exceptional. She met every guests need and had a smile on her face the entire time. She really seemed to enjoy her job. I can honestly say that Culinary Studio put the wow factor on this event!

The customer service, attention to detail, & overall professionalism we have experienced has ALWAYS been second to none. The Culinary Studio delivered fabulous food and service for our backyard engagement party! The 55 guests raved about the delicious food and the service was amazing. The elegant shower brunch I planned looked like sloppy takeout on disposable plastic platters. The worst food presentation Ive ever seen from a caterer. Absolutely no effort was to made to present the food in an attractive way. When I spoke to the owner ahead of time about wanting to make sure nothing would come on plastic she said arrogantly Oh no we wouldnt do that, this is culinary studios. Everything will be on ceramic platers or in baskets. Today when I called to tell her that absolutely everything came on plastic she had no excuse and started yelling that Im a difficult customer. In addition they tried to not bring the coffee urns they promised in the contract and told me to get fewer tables than I needed for their food which left me without the appropriate tables and linens. They portray themselves to be high end caterers - in fact they are unprofessional, amateurish and unethical. Its hard to believe they have any positive reviews it really makes me question the veracity of them.

This past weekend we catered a surprise B’day party for my wife. Mary and team were terrific. Food was outstanding, all our guests raved about how delicious it was and what a great combination of dishes. The team of 5 (including a bar tender) that worked the party were very professional and stayed through clean up, they even packed up the leftovers for us. Really a job well done. My family has used Culinary Studio for two previous occasions and we’ll use them in the future, they are excellent.

We have enjoyed your wonderful croissants for years, buying a dozen at a time and gifting them as they were as good as the Parisian ones we loved, hence the four star rating. What happened recently? They are no longer the same- bready and lacking in taste. Please go back to your original recipe!!

Mary and team was amazing. I hosted a cocktail party to celebrate my Ed.D graduation and I couldnt have been happier. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Culinary Studio catered my daughters wedding at our beach club and did a fabulous job! The wedding was everything I wanted it to be with incredible appetizers, a delicious main course and excellent service. The professionalism of Mary and Justin Spoto helped me to enjoy the wedding and not worry about any details. They know exactly how to host a lovely event as they have a lot of experience doing just that. Many of the guests commented on how nice and friendly the bartenders and waitstaff were and how seamless the event seemed. I would highly recommend Culinary Studio for any event both large and small, and I would use them as often as possible.

Our wedding was in May, and we had met with Mary & Justin sometime in December. For the months between our first meeting, and the wedding, I cannot say enough positive things about how easy it was to communicate with them. Any questions or concerns I had, they would talk me through it and provide the help or guidance I needed. At the time we did not have a vendor to supply us with tents, tables, chairs, etc. I gave The Culinary Studio a call and Mary went out and got me a quote from a vendor for us. Some of our family needed to have special dishes, due to health reasons, and those guests were served special dishes. Throughout the whole process I could count on and trust Mary and Justin to tend to our needs as well as ease our minds when things got a little hectic. On the day of the wedding the staff helped put together the center pieces, as we were rushing to get everything done, and made sure that everything was perfectly set up. The staff was very attentive throughout the whole day, and honestly were just a joy to have. Everything went so smooth, and after all was over; both sides of the family had nothing but great things to say about the food and the service. Thank you for everything Mary and Justin! You made our day a memorable one, and kudos to your staff as they were nothing short of amazing. If I ever needed to have another event catered, I would not hesitate to give The Culinary Studio a call.

The Culinary Studio has made the last two in-home events we have had a complete breeze!! They are incredibly professional and their food is delicious. But more importantly they take all of the stress off of you as the host/hostess. They will clean, cook, and clean again. Put away all of your leftovers and do it all with a smile on their faces. Their pricing is fair, the food excellent, and the service beyond reproach. I 100% recommend using them for any event and will be personally using them for all my future events.

I used Culinary Studios to cater my companys summer outing and they did a fantastic job. The food was great - grilled steak and vegetable burgers were among the best Ive ever had. The best Thanksgiving Dinner PERIOD! This was my first time catering Thanksgiving and it went far beyond my expectations. The Amish Turkey breast, the mashed potatoes, the corn, the gravy, literally the best Ive ever had. My gravy is superior and theirs is even better. My mashed potatoes are phenomenal and they outdid mine. Rest assured I will never cook another holiday dinner. Im planning my holidays around their meals. needless to say 5 STARS...

Mary was phenominal coordinating our wedding day at the Bailey Arboretum. The food was amazing. Our guests loved everything. Highly recomnend.

Justin and crew did an absolutely fabulous job preparing, serving, AND cleaning up a wonderful formal sit-down dinner for 9 friends. We started with cocktails and passed canapés which were delicious (caviar, brie purses, duck quesadilla, tuna tartar, - - and my favorite - - pigs in a blanket). Then we were served a multi-course dinner that was prepared to perfection including a beef-chicken consume, scallop appetizer, salad, lemon intermezzo, duck in a cherry-orange sauce, followed by cheese sampling, and then a fantastic assortment of deserts. This was a really top-notch experience that was priced very reasonably. Highly recommended.

This was our first experience with The Culinary Studio, but will definitely not be our last, and certainly our only! We had decided to get married and needed a caterer for anywhere from 60 to 100 people. We made a call to another caterer who called us back four days later. Too long for our liking. That same day, a busy Saturday at lunchtime, we walked into The Culinary Studio, and Mary came to sit down with us at their wedding consultation area. Never once did she make us feel like she was busy, or that it would have been better to make an appointment. She treated us like we were her only concern. We knew right then, we had found our caterer. Mary had worked with us to adjust the menu to not only our needs and wants, but to our families as well. We never bothered to ask for a tasting, as we thought that with service like this, it can’t be bad. Mary and Justin both came to our home, as that is where the party would be, and did two separate walk throughs with us. We ended up being just over 100 guests, so we requested additional servers and staff to work the party. It’s very difficult to articulate the level of service, the incredible quality of the food, and the variety of options, leaving us all wondering what was coming out next. We went with an elegant wedding reception of passed hors d’oeuvres and a display station. WOW, our expectations were exceeded by the presentation of everything, but the taste sent us over the top. The staff could not have been kinder, or more attentive to everyone and all the details. We had said that even though it’s at our house, we don’t want to do anything...they delivered. We literally had nothing to clear or clean up, they even broke down the rental bars and tables. Like we said, it’s so difficult to say all the things we want to say, it was truly the best decision to work with The Culinary Studio. We couldn’t be happier that the competition doesn’t answer phones or make calls over the weekend or start of the week, but thrilled that Mary and Justin are always available to serve!!! As far as we are concerned, if you are in the Huntington area, look no further! Thank you Mary, Justin and your awesome staff for a night we will never forget....the leftovers were an added touch that fed us for days.

Mary and Justin from The Culinary Studio, and their entire team, are just the best, its as simple as that. My (now) husband and I had a tough time finding an offsite caterer who could do what we wanted at the right price, and who could also do what our venue required. They were super accommodating each and every time we met, and I had literally zero concerns on the day as our guests raved about the food from start to finish. The staff was also super friendly -- one of the bartenders even made it into a few photos with a rowdy member of our bridal party! All in all, from their candor, to the amazing food, to the way they seriously know how to run an event, I couldnt oversell these guys if I tried. And Im certain the next time we need a caterer we will 100% be looking to The Culinary Studio first thing. Thank you so much, Mary and Justin!
