My husband and I were very happy with the over-the-phone staff (who helped us plan for what we needed), the delivery staff (who delivered, set up, and tore down all rentals in a timely manner), the items we rented, and the overall experience we had with A To Z Rentals.For some context, we rented a century mate tent, a vinyl dance floor (we had 100 guests), string lights, bistro high top tables, and high top table linen for our September 2018 wedding at J.Q. Dickinson Salt-Works in Charleston, WV from A To Z Rentals Special Events.Price was great. If we ever needed to, we would rent from here again.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs. While I was there I watched them clean and repack a huge tent for the next rental. It was impressive how they all worked around like a bunch of ants

My cousin tried to get ahold of CARL on 4 separate occasions and when she decided to go with a different company he emailed her a very nasty and rude message. NOT COOL CARL! Very poor customer service!

I disagree 100% with the negative reviews of A to Z. They did my wedding in June 2014 and were first class all the way. We rented a 40x120 beautiful tent, chairs, tables, linens, china, lighting, the whole works and everything was perfect!!! Carl and his team made our dream come true, were courteous, on time, and made every effort to make sure our special day was nothing less than amazing. I would recommend A to Z to anyone wanting a great event!!

Worst experience ever. We rented chairs from the for our wedding. They were an hour late, the chairs had to be set up the day of the wedding. They were fully aware of the arrangement. Not only that, their employees were worthless. They did not bring a dolly/ handtruck to lift 3 300 pound stacks of chairs. Me and my groomsmen had to lift the stacks of chairs ourselves. Totally and completely dissatisfied. Its unfortunate they are one of the few businesses in the state that do this type of work. No competition breeds complacency and poor customer service. Would not recommended this company.

(Huntington, WV location) This company is HORRIBLE. I cannot stress it enough to any bride/wedding planner/event planner: DO NOT USE THEM. They provided the tent for my wedding this June and it was a horrifying experience. Not only were they a day late setting it up, they left the tent COVERED from top to bottom in mud. There were holes covering the ceiling. The linen tablecloths were COVERED in mud. The dance floor, covered in mud and scratches. The center pole covers, covered in mud. I just wish I could upload the pictures of the disaster that they left for us and actually expected us to use for our wedding. After arguing with them for a solid day to come and clean up their mess they finally sent someone but it took them hours to clean up the disaster they had left and my wedding rehearsal had to be moved to another location costing us even more money and causing even more stress at the last minute. The owner to this day refuses to return my calls or emails to discuss how unpleased we were with their services. You cannot be any more unprofessional than AZ Rentals. All I can say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are terrible, terrible people.

They did a beautiful job for my outdoor wedding at Ritter Park in Huntington. Our reception was indoors and the chairs and linens were perfect (delivered was on time, and they picked everything up afterwards). It was stress free for me, just what I needed on my wedding day.
