I was a faithful customer of two years until recently. I ordered 7 dozens of sunglasses that were either stolen or delivered to the wrong address. They were not helpful in attempting to help replace or refund the money or product. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service as well. Jenny stated that their job is to package the orders and make sure the tracking says delivered. They dont care whether it actually was delivered to the right address or not. It sucks that even in a pandemic, companies are not willing to help out their customers. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Save yourself the time and hassle.

I live in Cali and my glasses were sent to Minneapolis a year after I ordered them in 2019 they were delivered to the wrong coast. I just got a email today saying that I am going to finally get them, it is 2020 lmaoooo. Someone dropped the ball and just walked right past it.

I have purchased sunglasses from here multiple times and have nothing but good things to say. I will continue buying glasses from their HUGE and stylish collection.

I ordered three dozen frames from them and they arrived with a dozen being incorrrect. I had a event where these frame were required and told the company that I had a hard deadline. They told me they would send the frames right away, the date they promised to ship the replacements came and went with nothing being sent and no communication. I followed up and they said they would now not be able to get me frames on time and could do nothing for me. Terrible experience, do not use this company.
