She was outstanding from the very beginning with helping us make decisions about staging and pricing to procuring and organizing amazing photos. Then, when there were some challenges during negotiations she really shined and showed her talents in making sure we got the most possible for the house (and stayed on top of a very complicated situation with the buyers mortgage company) while maintaining a positive relationship with the buyers (something that was important to us). We moved out of state but if we were still there, there is no doubt she would absolutely be our realtor for any future transactions.
