Beast Mode training is the best personal training experience Ive ever had. I started in 2016 a few months before my wedding! I got the good hands on, challenging training that I needed. Im the type that needs to be pushed and pumped up (because Im a slacker, and will stop at 10 reps when Im supposed do 15). On top of that, I was able to train one on one with the founder, Mr. Beast Mode himself who is a former body builder and trainer. I focused on toning by body with concentration on my mid section and upper body. I achieved the results I wanted by which made my wedding day even more special to me. Since I hve been consistent with Beastmode I have seen major result in sculpting my body to my goals!!! I have enjoyed it so much that I come everyday!
