Great gym for the price! Very clean and courteous facility. Staff is wonderful and there are lots of workout machines available any time of day. Tanning beds and massage chairs & beds are also very clean and usually have no wait. I recommend this gym.

Was a guest at this gym...lady at the counter was very nice and helpful...gym was clean and had sanitizing supplies readily available...

As far as customer service this place is the worst. I asked them last month to switch my billing. I was informed it was updated and would come through the correct account. This month was the same issue. I paid the first late fees as those were my fault. This time they cost me $70 in overdraft fees and also expect me to pay $30 for the late fees that occured. I asked to have my account cancelled which they would not do if the fees were not paid and would only waive 1 of them because thats what the system allows I work customer service and I know b.s. when I hear it. No wonder crunch is taking your business. To anyone thinking of working out here. Dont. Even their front desk help are clueless, unhelpful, and rude

Really clean and staff friendly. A little warm in thew back where the smith machines are. No 45lb straight bars or benches so you have do squat, deadlift and bench on the smith machines. Great variety of equipment. Good deal on black card membership, includes tanning, massage, etc. Not a hard core gym. Id give it 5 stars except for the minimum amount of free weights.

I absolutely love this gym. its so clean, and organized. the staff are so sweet and helpful and will always stop what they are doing just to explain anything you might need help with. I drive 30 minutes out of the way just to come to the humble because I love this location so much! thank you Jesse for always stopping to explain everything thoroughly.

Went in to cancel my membership. Had a rude staff member come to do it for me, she didn’t greet me or anything. Then she charged my account days before the next monthly payment was supposed to come out. All she said was I could still use the gym for the next month. If I would have known it was because she charged my account, I would have said something right then and there. Instead, she didn’t say too much and was very short. Hiring too many young kids with no customer service skills. If I was canceling and had paid the month I was in already, why charge me for another month when I’m not coming back? Just doesn’t make sense. My recommendation is to build your own gym at home where you make one payment for the equipment you need and you don’t have to deal with the mediocre, unprofessional staffing. Stop making these businesses thrive when they don’t care.

I come always to this gym, when I arrive for work in Houston. Normally I give 5stars. This time not cause I see its getting dirty. Tanning bed nr. 6 was not cleaned and mens side shower and dressing room was dirty. Stuff is to busy on they phone or flirting with guys/girls.On the management and owner, please go back how it was. Thank you.

The kindness of the employees make joining the gym a great experience. The cleanliness of the machines is a plus. Lots of amenities to use. Plenty of equipment so I am able to workout without having to wait. I made a great decision to join.

My husband and I love this place.

On the pulley machines (mostly adjustable height ones) theres some sticky stuff between the plates that makes them stick together if theyve been sitting for a few minutes. Youll be lifting 25 not knowing the 30 is stuck to the underside. Then piiiiiiiing it slams down. Maybe squirt a little goof off between each plate, or wd30 or something.

In and out, staff was friendly. I do think the stand up bed at this location is strong. I went for a few minutes less than I do at other locations and got the same results.

First time visiting this location and first thing I noticed is that it’s set up to where the place feels small. I normally go to the Spring location but since moving, the Humble location is closest. I did notice that their equipment is more modern compared to the other location. I also think this place is more well kept in regards to hygiene matters as I saw the their employees constantly checking that the disinfectant spray and napkins were topped off. Overall good experience and am glad the transition wasn’t a disaster.Edit: I took off one star because of some of the employees. To keep it simple and polite, their approach to customers is not it. Although this location is closer to me, I’ll be returning to my original club at cypress creek pkwy.

It is only a level one location, but better than not working out. They are in the process of moving a larger space in the same shopping center. People are friendly and helpful.

Nice staff and good prices. Unfortunately the gym can get very packed. Sometimes I would have to wait to use the barbells or dumbbells.

Ready for their ‘bigger’ location to open. Definitely overcrowded and the weight machines are always taken and people just sit on them. Also not enough mats out!

When I signed up, no one helped me or showed me around or anything. I was told to sign up online & then for reasons explained to me after the fact, I was charged additional fees for two months. Im in there. I gave it four stars bc for its low price, I am able to have full access to the gym as well as tanning.

I love this gym. Its clean and doesnt smell. It would beneficial if they added pilates & yoga classes and also a kids area.

Comfortable atmosphere w/ genuine gym etiquette....everyone is equall.. the gym has good vibes... yes and most important the gym is pretty clean and kept up .. thats a Big + during these times.

The gym is small or at least feels small, I will say that but won’t let that be the reason to give a 4 star. What I have found is to go at hours no one else will go, so super early, or late in the evening to not be so close to people. The staff is polite and have not had any issues. I think that it would be nice for their to be a tighter policy on wearing face mask here though just saying. I wear my mask and have been pretty good and staying away from others while working out just stay ware of your surrounding and clean up after yourself.

New member yet so far I really enjoy it. I got the black card which is a great deal as you can bring a guest any time unlimited visits. I have come in the mornings and afternoons and there is always machines to workout with. The employees I have encountered so far have been helpful and nice. They have massage chairs and tanning rooms. The womens restroom and showers were clean. Jesse I believe thats how you spell his name was also helpful in providing us information regarding the workout classes offered when he seen us looking at the class schedules.

Always a good experience here. Machines are cleaned regularly by staff and patrons. Good sense people want to take care of this place. Everything in good working order. Give them a try!

I joined a few days ago and the only thing I dont like is theres no area for JUST WOMEN !! and mask are not enforced I like how cleaning supplies were provided throughout entire place and people were wiping down after every use.. the guys up front were nice I was greeted and asked of I had anymore questions in regards to the facility Im going to try them for a month or so...

I recommend not going to this gym I called to cancel my membership they wouldn’t let me over the phone or freeze my account but when my boyfriend called a lady froze his account with no issues.... the lady I spoke to gave me attitude and was being really rude...

So busy, would recommend coming early in the morning or late afternoons. No one seems to whipe their equipment when they are done. And the weights are everywhere.

Came as a visitor today. The guys behind the counter were awesome, but later when a girl replaced them, she wasnt quite as cheerful and welcoming.Otherwise the equipment was great, everyone was cleaning between machines, and the facility was really clean and well maintained.

Incredibly courteous welcoming friendly employees that help each member feel a sense of belonging. The machines are in good condition. The club employees make the club itself clean and safe. I like going to PF Humble everyday.

First time in a gym ever. It was nice & the staff were very sweet & helpful.

This club could be a lot cleaner. The locker rooms are not in great shape with a lot of mold in the showers and an unpleasant odor.The machines are in great shape though and everything works. The black card area could use some TLC though.

Becareful what they do is tell you its so much a month and to give your bank account #. When you are ready to cancel they charge you 340$. If you cant pay theysubtracting every month. Beware!!

This place is not following CDC Guidelines. Walked in and masks are not being enforced at all, I felt unsafe and in danger. The app stated that the “crowd meter” was on bar one so I decided to go and when I stepped foot into this establishment; I walked right out, it felt like I was in a can of sardines. They should set a limit to how many people can be allowed because none of the machines are even open due to the amount of people who are actively there. THAT, or build another PF around the area, Thank you.

I been going to this location for about 4 years now and it is the best so far. Especially during this whole pandemic 😷 It has been the CLEANEST gym ever.I personally love it because this is my home gym and I have not gotten sick or felt any kind of way since this pandemic. Forever grateful ❤️🥺

First visit after joining. Very impressed! Great atmosphere, helpful courteous staff. Not a muscle head gym. More like an everyday people type of people gym. I highly recommend upgrading to the Black Card membership. Getting a massage right after a workout is the best!

I love Planet Fitness. Great place to get my workout in. Excellent price. Friendly and super helpful staff. No matter what time I have gone in the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. The place is always clean and even the other patrons are nice and friendly. Sometimes its hard to get out of bed, to get dressed and go do a 45 min workout, but I always feel better being there and when I leave. Im always thankful, appreciative, happy and feel great from my experience at PF.

Management is very unprofessional and I had a bad experience at this location. I called over the phone to verify details about signing up with them and the information they gave me was incorrect, of course I didnt find out it was incorrect until I went in and canceled right away. They ended up charging me a whole month even though the membership was cancelled the next day, and they claimed there was nothing they could do about the charge which made no sense since they had already told me over the phone otherwise. I had to go through my bank to resolve this issue because frankly the so called manager charles at this location was very unprofessional about it ,very rude as well and ever since he took over the situation it was obvious he wasnt trying to help in any way. This has caused issues for me that were unnecessary. think twice before even looking towards this gym and know if something goes wrong they will do absolutely nothing about it. & also just FYI alot of people go there without masks if thats something thats important to you.

Planet Fitness needs to enforce the mask policy. 90% of the members were working out with no mask. Looks like a super spreader event when you walk in. Ownership youve got heavy lifting to do with your staff. Please dont respond with the standard please talk to our management. That is your job.

I like that they gym is always clean and welcoming. I either go overnight or early in the morning. However, no matter when I go I always see employees cleaning and working to make sure the guests feel safe in the gym. Social distancing is implemented and I’m always greeted coming into and leaving the gym which is nice. It is also nice that the check in is touchless and there is hand sanitizer available throughout the gym.

I would give 4 stars based on my experience here in the past 3 years, but I had to leave a 1 star rating because they have at least 1 unethical employee that lied and said that he completed my membership cancelation. Be cautious if you decide to cancel, make sure you sign and receive an emailed copy of your cancelation before leaving. I ended up not noticing until 6 months later and of course they didnt offer to reimburse me. Crazy that they make you go in person to cancel, during a worldwide pandemic smh.

I wish i could give this Planet Fitness a 0 stars. Horrible experience staff is extremely lazy. I ask a question about a machine I cant go over to help you social distancing. Ok no problem but half of the people working out inside this gym do not have face mask or even doing social distancing. Then i go at night time around 1:15 am. Closed till 3 am i get it they are cleaning yet the employee is just standing by the counter on their phone. Dont claim you are open 24 hours if the place is going to be closed for 2 hours at night. Even worse these people want me to cancel my membership on their front desk and front desk makes it hard to cancel. I HATE PLANEY FITNESS BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE.

I’ve been to 3 different pf and this one is the best one in my opinion. They have the lay down tanning beds and the lay down hydro massage. They keep things clean and the air conditioner works really well here.

Its a great judgement free zone where its really easy to get started at a basic level. It is really affordable, and even the Black Card level makes it affordable to have massage chairs, hydromassage beds, Total Body Enhancement, and tanning. Its great to get back in shape!

This location has a better variety of equipment for all around. Definitely a good place to workout!

They stealing money from customers. I provided two credit cards for payments . And later one of my credit card account is closed and the second one is open. Planet fitness made their own to keep my closed credit card account as a primary and once the payment don’t go thru than they charge my second credit card and they were adding late fees each month . What a joke . They robbing their own customers

I go here daily and the staff is great. Distancing between machines and benches and convenient cleaning stations located throughout the gym.

Its more than okay. The staff is friendly and encouraging. I go for the cardio, and never have a problem finding an open treadmill. I do my work out, and believe me, its a show, with wrist and ankle weights, and ME, flailing my arms about, in muscle toning exercises, all the while, imagining Im a NYC catwalk, strutting my stuff, in the latest designer fashions......and nobody judges me. I have hit my goal weight, am maintaining, and now have the body of a male model!.....thanks to Planet Fitness, and an encouraging staff. Thanks a Million! Philip Clegg-Goss, chef and baker.......

I’ve been a member here on and off for the past few years. Every time I decided to drop the membership or restart, it’s a very simple process. I’m never over billed, or denied anything. I gave three stars because this gym is the bare minimum of gyms. Nothing fancy, but it works. The employees are fine.. not overly friendly or enthusiastic. I use the membership in the early morning hours so I can’t speak for when it gets crowded. If you’re looking for somewhere fast, cheap, and basic, this place is the best bet in the area.

The one star is for the staff only because most of them are great. The location is in a ghetto shopping plaza. Had two windows smashed and stuff stolen out my truck. No cameras in the parking lot. Had two pairs of sunglasses stolen inside the gym. It is crowded and the clientele is interesting to say the least, especially with all the virtually sign up for free promotions.So while I got an apology from the general manager, she would not waive the cancellation fee. It’s a numbers game, herding in the memberships. I can not recommend this location based on my experience.

The boyfriend and I just signed up with Planet Fitness. We travel for a living, so the many locations and 24/7 hours work very well for us. Here in TX we have been to three locations: Spring Branch, Barker Cypress, and now Humble.This gym is totally good. A great place to workout any time. Despite the fact that it was fairly crowded, I had no issues using all of the equipment that I wanted to use, which included a mat in the stretch room, an elliptical, two ab machines, and four upper body machines. I did not have to wait to use any of these. Other folks exercising were polite and friendly. The equipment was clean and well-maintained.Contrary to some of the reviews here, we had no issues with the front desk staff...we checked in and that was it, no problems.The main differences between this PF and the other two locations were as follows:- More people working out than at the other two locations- Slightly less clean than the other locationsI did give 4/5 because overall this PF had more trash lying around both in the workout areas and in the locker rooms. I also did not see staff members cleaning, as I have observed at both of the other TX locations Ive been too. Still, it was reasonably clean and I had a perfectly good experience.

For the price that it is, it has more than enough!
