Dolores and Amber were astonishingly helpful and took the time to help me right before store close. Dolores especially went above and beyond to make sure all my packages got shipped correctly. Will be coming back again.

Erica at this location is a life saver. I visited two other locations to plot several drawings for a very important meeting tomorrow. The bad storms on Monday had taken out our plotter at work. Kinkos has always been my backup. The first two locations they were also having issues with their plotters. Humble location was my last hope. I tried to use the kiosk and plot my drawings. The paper jammed and the job wouldnt finish just like at the other two locations. Erica came to help. She asked permission to make copies of the files and she would continue to try to get them plotted and I could go home and wait. No one else had even offered. I really appreciated the offer but I wasnt hopeful because the plotter issues seemed to be universal in the area after the severe storms. I was shocked and thrilled when Erica called and let me know that she was able to complete my print job. Such great customer service!

The Hispanic lady at this location behind the counter is very unprofessional and obviously a liar. I came into the building with 3 customers already in there, one being helped at the desk already, so I stood behind her and waited for 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. I do mean NOTHING! Not a hello, do you need…etc. The Hispanic lady was not helping anyone at the moment, and was on the cpu right beside me. We even looked each other in the eyes TWICE! Still nothing. My husband and I decide to get on the cpu to attempt a print ourself (to figure out how to), so I let the lady behind me in line (that was already there when I walked in) go ahead to checkout. Moments later I hear “hello, how are you, how can I help you?” The Hispanic lady is helping another Hispanic man as soon as he walks in. Ok whatever. We still needed help so I was back up to the counter to ask how can we get a print TODAY. The lady looks at the design and what we had chosen on the cpu and told us give her an hour but to email it over to her. Another 13 minutes go by before she returns to me and confirms what I need to print and the specs only to tell me that what I need done can’t be done there, and come back 3 hours later. After telling her she told me an hour, she says I’m lying in front of all the customers and that she never said that. But that’s EXACTLY what she told my husband and I!!She also seems to be so bombarded and weighed down by the work she has to do AT WORK because she kept complaining to ME about how much work she has to do while I’m trying to place a print order!!! The absolute worst FedEx ever

The worst customer service. The lady behind the counter was beyond rude. They need to hire people who are educated. The lady was terribly rude. I would never recommend this fed ex. Unless you like the inner ghetto come out in their employees

I dropped off a package on October 27 with the invoices, then the package was returned back to me because it was missing commercial invoice. Fedex can look cctv to see what happened to the invoices which was dropped off along with the item to be shipped.

Refused to ship our box even though the contents meet the requirements of fedex per our contract with fedex. Then they act like they ship when all they do is hand the box to FedEx. This company and location is a joke.

The positive is this place has some great people. The negative is they advertise all the printing they do and it is not true. They are a copy store. They take a digital file and copy it. That is NOT PRINTING. I went to pick up an order I placed for a trifold brochure. I see a white border around the whole thing on both sides. What??? The file had the correct bleed???I look at it and I am like, This is a brochure, why is there a white border around it?!?! The young lady says We cant do full bleeds. Why dont you say WE ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING PRINTING! in your ads.They cant fold a trifold. They cant even package what they have printed. 200 brochures piled in a box.I give credit to their employees for trying. They trimmed it up nicely.But the fee for these brochures was over $400. I had them reprinted by a professional printer in a rush and they were perfect for $303.Dont use for more than shipping and copying.

I own a small business and every time i need overnight services i run up to the local office in Humble. Amazing staff always helpful to me. always asking is there anything else. i can not say enough for these ladies how much I love them!

My mother ordered a package to be delivered through fedex and they scanned our package before they sent it out and now it is lost. We can’t get a hold of anyone important enough for us to call that has the phone number of someone can get a hold of the drivers. It’s simple people scan the fricking package when you deliver it to the door step of said adress.

The internet is deplorable, the customer service is nonexistent. I felt so frustrated by the fact that most machines there arent functional and you have to seem to have to interrupt the employees interesting conversation about how someone they knew was at a social gathering. I will be very hard pressed to want to come back. At this point I think I would rather buy a printer and print my own documents.

I go in to print a hardcopy of my DD 214 (military papers). It is saved as an email attachment. I find the email, click on the attachment, it opens and I select print, 2 copies. I stay on until I hear it printing. I close everything down and make sure that I log out of everything. I pick up my copies and they are blank. Im not sure if you know how this printing service works, but you pay a flat rate, per minute to use the equipment and a set price for each copy. Not a lot, just under 3 bucks.When I ask one of the people there, she tells me that I did it wrong because it didnt print the picture.Apparently, I opening the attachment is not enough, I must download it to the Fedex computer, open and then print. She then told me to log back on and do it again, but to download it before I pressed print.I tell her that Im not paying for blank copies (which I already had because I had to pay upfront to get on the computer ).She smiles and tells me that she will credit me back the 2 blank copies (28 cents, seriously?) But to do it again, and the implication is do it right this time, because she adds, even though it isn t our fault.Seriously?I had a choice. I could either allow that to piss me off, it did, to the point where I would remind her in a less than respectful way that these documents are delicate in nature and I dont want them downloaded to their computer, regardless if they get erased 2 seconds later. Additionally , there was nothing that said that i had to download anything to their computer (which I wouldnt normally care, but not this) before I even logged on, rather than telling me afterwards.So, rather than be an ass, I took a loss (not the money, but rather than correcting her arrogance) and write the review.

It has a non-trained staff I sent 20 days ago to Mexico and it turns out that I could not send footwear which the person saw that I would send and did not say anything now I have to pay if I want my package back despite being already paid to send it and not I arrive 😡😡😡😡
