I went to this repair station, they told my my phone needed an LED repair and mother board, first they told me 2 days to get it done. I paid in advanced. I called 2 days after and they told me in needed to be done in a week, a week passed and these people kept digging my calls and were very unprofessional. 3 weeks have passed since I’ve seen my phone I paid for the repair before hand which now I regret. The guy names are Alex and Jonathan. This Saturday the person told me he was gonna give me my phone back and refund because they weren’t working on it. Please people these people do not care about what they are doing. Save your money and go somewhere else. I’m still waiting! This is so unprofessional!

I wish I would have seen the reviews before having service done here. I had a horrible experience with receiving a still broken phone and not being able to get the full cost of what I paid for it back (after being told before service was rendered that I would receive a full refund). It was very disappoiting. When I got on the phone with someone from upper management the guy was not kind to me. I literally left in tears and with full regret. I will never go back to this place again nor will I recommend their service. Please avoid and go somewhere else.

Got my screen fixed in less than 20 minutes. The screen looks better than before. Amazing service!Coming back to edit my review after noticing that my screen wasn’t working properly. The problem with fixing a screen at a place like this, means they are only fixing it superficially. The inside of your phone might still be affected and you are making it worse by not going to get fixed properly. This has happened 2 times with 2 different phones.

My experience with this location is really great. They always have my phone ready quickly. This is my 3rd time fixing a phone here and I have no complaints. Its also very convenient that they have a location in the mall where I work so I can always get fixed asap.

Bad service. Been up here twice to pick up cell phone. First it was shipped to wrong location. Promised it would be at location by 5 pm on Saturday. I told them I wouldn’t be able to pick up that day. The promised and assured it would be there next day. I show up the next day and the phone is no where to be found. Technician said no one had dropped anything off. Didn’t even bother to contact me that phone didn’t arrive. Real bad customer service. If possible I wouldn’t even give them a rating.

I was initially impressed. Brought my cracked screen IPhone in for a repair. Took an hour. Looked great. Comparatively cheap. Was told they don’t warranty scratches and breaks (reasonable) but they do warranty screen issues etc caused by installation. All seems to be reasonable and fine. Then I got home and tried to answer a phone call and could only hear and be heard on speaker. And it started getting really hot and burning battery twice as fast. So I called them back and they said bring it back and they would take a look. Again, decently impressed. I didn’t have time to bring it back that day, so planned on going back next afternoon. The next day it slipped from my hand onto the kitchen table (a drop that with my case my phone had survived a thousand times). Barely a knock and the new (obviously off brand) screen not only cracked, but lost a big chunk, exposing the hardware beneath. I didn’t bother going back because I figured at this point they wouldn’t believe the second drop isn’t what screwed the phone up (granted I am assuming, and didn’t actually ask. Hence I gave two stars instead of one). And I would have to buy a new subpar screen again anyways (come to think of it, the fact that they were so insistent on explaining that they did NOT cover cracks and scratches should have been a red flag that their product cracks and scratches easily).I’m biting the wasted $65 and doing what I should have done in the first place: take my phone to an actual Certified Apple repair store.

In my opinion, does not even deserve one star. Had a screen replaced, bought a new case, new screen protector, and bought the “lifetime” screen replacement warranty. A month later, screen cracks after a minor drop, my wife takes it back to kiosk, and they say they cannot warranty the screen even after verifying in their system that we bought the replacement warranty. My wife calls manager Salman Khan Ali, he tells her that he will not warranty the screen, that she could call everybody, including mall management and God, and that he will not do it unless we spend another $39.99 for another screen. Please heed my warning and DO NOT SPEND ONE DIME HERE!!!!!!

I have several friends that had cell phones repaired .My friends told me not to go to these other shops because their parts are crapy and their service was terrible.I found out for my self when I visited these other repair shops their prices were high and some of the employees were rude .I took my g3 to Advance Cellular Repair in the mall and was greeted with very nice and proffesional people and my phone was fixed within a 30 minutes!!. I recommend Advanced as a level above to these other repair shops.

So here i am, walking in the mall right. we were just trying to get a phone fixed, because it was cracked and we were in a hurry. we see this phone cart near Forever 21& we think it must be good its called advanced electronics. the guy told us it was going to be a 100 dollars and that he could fix it. so we were thinking oh that is not too bad, lets go for it. he told us 40 minutes or so and got a number he could call when it was ready. WE WAITED 3 HOURS AND NEVER GOT A CALL. so i then decided to go ask him if the phone was ready and it was (he acted like it had been ready for hours like are you serious i gave you my number for a reason not so you could call me trying to go on a date) anyways.. we get the phone and notice a small black dot in the corner and a color change in the screen, almost a dull color. we immediately tell them and they go ugh and knew exactly what they did, but we just shook it off & they fixed it withing 5-10 minutes. we go home and notice the color is still dull and quality is bad, so we try restarting it & it is still bad & now is glitching horribly. we drive back to the mall AGAIN, & told them our problems and while we do this we notice the phone screen isnt even on all the way. the guy very rudely says its not his fault & he has to see it glitch before he can do anything to help us. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. luckily the phone glitches right then and they told us we had a three month warranty on it and they can fix anything everything on it except for cracks on phones. so yanno the man rolls his eyes takes the phone and said it would take about 45 minutes. IT TOOK FIVE HOURS AND NOTHING WAS EVEN FIXED. and they wanted us to pay even more money. HA. we left& asked for a refund which we didnt get. never will i ever go there again. EVER. i HIGHLY DO NOT reccommend this place and would suggest Apple or literally any other place. God Bless you all and have a nice day.
