Very fast and they did an amazing job on fixing my screen. I just got out of a car accident and never thought my phone would work, I came, they fixed it and I was incredibly satisfied with the results.

I came to The Fix needing a front screen protector for my new iPhone 12 Max, and had it done within 3 minutes of entering the store. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and did a great job.

When I first came to this place they did an amazing job on one of my phones....I brought a second phone in and been having trouble with the phone since they touch it.. The phone was only suppose to get a screen repair now the phone will not stay turned on...glitches alot..automaticallyturn off in the middle of calls...as well as the screen cracked internal an hour after getting back from them...I am sure they are purchasing the screens from Harwin getting them cheap charging alot....The place is full of kids working there that does not know nothing about fixing phones..they were constantlyasking questions working on my phone...It took them almost two weeks to get the corrected screen for my phone after me calling 5 times and no one returned my call...I had to go up there to this location 5 times and phone still does not work the same...I finally just paid the phone off and purchased a new one...I would not dare use them ever again.

Let me start by saying they fixed it that’s the only reason I didn’t give 1 star, but the service and communication was horrible. I was told it would cost a certain amount to fix my cracked glass. Upon returning to pick it up, they changed the price, they did not call and ask if I wanted to proceed to pay more for the service it was just done.This was an upsell, because when I protested the increase charge he explained he could have done what I asked but it would take a couple days. I did not have the extra money to spend on that cost. I planned on purchasing accessories also but I would never return or give them anymore money, since they decided to take it upfront. Very disappointed and upset with the dishonesty!!

Its very rare and seldom i drop a review on certain service or purchase that i have because I dont have time for that. But this cellphone shop told me that they gonna diagnose (not fix) the problem of my broken phone within 2-3 days but until now exactly 2 WEEKS!! from the time i handed my phone to them nothing has been done. Very poor customer service, so unsatisfactory. Take the risk of leaving your phone there and it will take ages to be fixed. Dont give the customer any false and lies about your quality service. So disappointing!!!

Highly disappointed in the service at this location, dropped off MacBook laptop for diagnostic test to troubleshoot, got there the tech was not in the office. Left the laptop to allow time for them to service on February 10, until today February 26, 2021 and laptop was never fixed. I picked up after being lied to several times about the status. Wasted one trip after being told it was ready and fixed. Decided it was not worth continuing doing business after the run around on if my laptop was fixed or not. My daughter picked up my laptop, two screws were missing at the bottom and my charger appeared to be swopped with an older charger with a tear in the cord. So annoyed, not even going to ask for a replacement. Warning this place is shady, don’t do business here!

Very friendly and informative. I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S8. It was the battery. These batteries are a pain to changeIt also needed a new back. They fixed the issue for a great price. My wife and I went to lunch and they called us within 30 to 45 minutes. Glad to have my phone back without having to be in debt with a new one. I will go to The Fix for all my phone repairs.

This location is ran by young boys with no customer service skills. I was told by a manager at this location that the product that I purchased if defected could be fixed or exchanged because of its malfunction the day it was purchased. Which was two weeks ago. As I suspected the product was defected. I tried to return it with the manager at the fix in deerbrook and was told that he was no longer with the company and that he wasnt answering any calls from the sales associates. A kid named Hugo refused to honor the agreement made and was informed by (whomever he called) to charge me for a second pair! After I refused I asked for the persons named who advised him and he refused to give it to me. He also talked about me when I left the store in front of customers calling me cheap and laughing that I didnt have his real name or his last name. That customer found me at my store because I am a manager myself in a location next door and told me what they said. She was very upset that I was treated that way and refused to to do business with them. I will be looking for the number and name of the owners due to the comments that was made about a customer in front of customers! I dont recommend this location to anyone its ran by CHILDREN! And the sell defected PRODUCTS!HUGO I WILL BE REPORTING YOU. THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU SHOULDNT BE LEFT ALONE TO OPERRATE THIS STORE!
