Standing out in the rain while the cashier makes eye contact with me and doesnt even come to the pay window to assist me what a waste if time last time I come here

I have been coming to this gas station almost three years the gas is always cheap price the have clean Restrooms and very friendly staff

Love stopping at this Shell gas station for my fill up on the way home from work. I always check the Shell app and they always seem to be the lowest prices around. Always clean and staff friendly even though they dont know me. Lots of pumps for gas or diesel. Never any waiting. All in all a good place to go for a fill up and snacks.

Clean and touch free restroom, necessary in these days of covid 19. Gas Pumps are modern and almost can fuel contact free! Payment can be made electronic at the pump, but youll have to lift nozzle to fuel 😂

Easy to access location. Great prices considering how close they are to the airport. Prices advertised on the board are for both cash and credit, as opposed to their competitor.

⛽ prices at this Shell station are 10-20¢ cheaper than most of the Houston area. Prices are the same whether you use cash or credit. Thats a big plus.They have a nice, large concrete lot with 25 pumps. Entrance access is good, but the exit is confusing.

So earlier today I went to get some stuff and put gas like I normally do but this type I had my puppy with me she is 6lbs and she was on a leash . You do know that we are not allowed to leave our puppies or any dogs in our cars so I decided to bring her with me inside to pay my gas and get the stuff that I needed and the employee really denied service because I had my puppy but there is no sign that there is no pets allowed in that store and I did read the signs that y’all had outside and there were no signs that said no pets allowed in the store and I will not be going again to that store to put my gas and get any other stuff because of the customer service they were so rude it was an older lady she was just talking mess to me . my dog did not do anything for her to be acting that way.

After somehow being prompted to come inside and pay we did, less than 1 hour after completing this $15.00 transaction someone manually tried to recharge $125.00 and of course was decline and we were notified immediately...sad!

Big, clean, great customer service. I stop here every time I come up 59. Great frozen food selection to heat up. Skip the fast food and do everything in one shot here

Rude, fountain drink was out of lids for the small cups. I asked for some and they rolled there eyes at me. Sodas were flat, and just because I didnt throw away the cups they got onto me. Girl with red spray painted hair. Was waiting to see if they would fix it but was giving attitude ....hope she goes back to school because she sucks as a cashier!!!

I wanted something quick, easy, effective and affordable and that’s exactly what I got. i gladly recommend!!

$6.59 a can for one of the cheaper brands of chew. Diet coke in fountain drink machine was out so I bought a bottle and was charged $1 for the cup of ice. Ill find another morning stop.

The attitude of the workers here is pathetic. No tissue paper in toilet and when informed they didn’t act like they cared. What is worth doing is worth doing well.

New store, clean, lots of pumps. Car wash available. Usually one of the best gas prices in the area. Good stop if you need to fill up on the way back to Bush-IAH.

Usually go here in the mornings. No problems but yesterday I found out that Mohammad Qureshi (the assistant manager) has a smart mouth and criticizes the customers when they make a mistake. I put my gold member number in wrong and he had the audacity to tell me to do it right or he wont take my money. Who says that to a customer?. I told him can I try again please. He tells me that hes not suppose to because the management checks the receipts. First of all gas stations are all about customer service and friendly environment. I myself is in the business and as someone considered an assistant manager he has a rude awakening coming his way. He needs to learn to speak to a customer and hustle the customer and want to take the sale. The corporate might need to see that he might not be the best fit for that role.

I like the store but the mens restroom could use some serious attention. I know its not all the stores fault. I see who comes in and its to no surprise why the restrooms look the way they do. Besides that the morning crew is great.

The manager who was not in a hurry and the assistants manager who was berating the cashier for something that was clearly not his fault along with my disheartening experience with the car wash that stopped half way through the wash. The manager would not give the refund for the wash and actually said they could not give a refund. He the realized I was recording the conversation and threatened to call the police. I told him Id wait for the to arrive. He then gave me the refund he said he couldnt. I left the store with soap on my truck. I have two stars because I felt bad for the cashier taking the abuse from the assistant manager. WOW!!!

They have some good prices on gas especially being so close to the airport...they dont gauge you like the place off JFK and Greens road.

No waiting with the 20+ pumps and the store has a large selection of merchandise such as novelties, refreshing drinks and snacks. Its clean appearance makes you want to explore all they have to offer.

I am a Lyft driver that frequents this gas station and I go into the men’s restroom to find it completely trashed and the employees have a wet floor sign up instead of cleaning the place

Various pumps dont work and card readers at pumps. Its been like this for at least 2months now. Slow pumps too. Seems like management just stopped doing maintenance on this heavy traffic location.

Arrived to make a purchase and used a coupon to buy a pack of cigarettes then he doubled scanned the coupon then tells me he cant use the coupon without a manager but he messed up.He obviously needs training behind the register and at least admit he messed up.

Lady literally stood behind the counter of an open 24 hour sign and did the throat slit motion mouthing we are closed. Then mocked me and flicked me off when I pointed to the sign. Love it

The one who tends to get up at dawn is always asleep the card does not work on the unpleasant gas bubbles low price but without anyone attending
