First off this place is amazing, and what usually makes amazing places are the people, and this is exactly what you get at CB Auto Fall Creek... the shop manager, more like a concierge, Jason, is top notch and makes his customers feel welcome and part of a family. I will definitely consider other services at this location in the future!

One day I pressed my breaks and they went to the floor. I got it towed to Christian Brothers. Albert called the next day and told me my break line rusted through, a couple thousand to fix. I resisted a bit, seeing the underside of my car looked to be about 90% rust. Albert assured me I had a good car and it was worth fixing. After over a week I went to pick it up and when I got there Albert told me they pulled it up to have it ready for me and another break line rusted through at that very moment. Now he tells me it will be about 3 thousand. Another week goes by I call and ask about my car he says it’s not done I say I need it by X because the Ubers charges are really piling up. He says they will try. X day comes I call and Albert says should be done this afternoon. I go around 12 and I wait there until closing at 6 o’clock. Albert says it’s done but I’ll have to come back another time so they can put the bottom shield back on, to not drive on gravel roads. I pay $3000 I leave. Get the shield put back on. I was not treated well, I will not be back.Now to present day, I took my car to get an oil change yesterday and the Mechanic tells me I have an oil leak and a list of other things due to severe erosion. He does not recommend spending the money to change the oil let alone fix the issue. I tell him I just spent 3 thousand to have breaks fixed maybe 4 months ago, he was shocked. He said get a new car stat. I am not sure why Christian Brothers did what they did but emotions aside, that is my review.Update: Mr. Ken Williams (owner) and his wife Charlotte have restored my faith in Christian Brothers Automotive, as well as my faith in humanity. Ken requested I come in so he himself could take a look at my car. The oil pan indeed had a slow leak. Ken fixed it free of charge, in a very timely manner. While Charlotte drove me to and from the airport, upon drop off and pick up. These are truly two people that radiate kindness and I am grateful to have met them.

Took my car in to get an oil 🛢 change. My service advisor was Chandler Helms. After paying my invoice I was about to get in my vehicle and noticed the oil light wasnt reset and they didnt put air in my left rear tire. Isnt that considered under visual inspection? Well after they reset my oil indicator and put air in my driverside rear tire I drove off and guess what? The tech put 55 psi of air in my tire. I wanted to turn around but I was pressed for time. This was the last time I will take any of my cars to this location.

They gave a fair quote on the work that needed to be done (not the lowest but not overpriced either) and were efficient in their communication about what needed to be done. Their system sent emails regarding what work was identified broken down by immediate need, recommended work, and near future maintenance and I could select item by item what I wanted done directly on the work order with the price quotes available.Personally, I like this interface rather than trying to take it all down over the phone because I can see everything in one place on my own time. Overall I felt the price and service met my expectations.

I found Christian Bros a couple of years ago and brought my 2015 Tahoe in several times for different repairs. These guys are rock stars! It is refreshing to be able to use a repair shop that actually does what needs to be done and do it well. They have gone far beyond what I would have expected and bent over backwards to make sure everything was made right. If I had more stars to add, I would! Give Terry and Brent a call, they will take good care of you with honesty and integrity.

I made this review based on first impression and I gave them three stars about a year or two ago. And I was not really happy with the service they fixed the issues to make it right but no happy fully because of the inconvenience. Since then I have been back several times. Based on having more experience with the business and giving them a chance to make things right but of course I was nice about expressing my concerns. I had issues with some repairs that was not up to par for me. But I had my worries that the out come would an other shop giving the run around to fix it correctly. No problems no worries the owner took care of everything fixing their mistakes. And that’s why they will continue to have my Business. So now they have earned my 5 stars. Thank you ken.

These guys are super nice and knowledgeable! I was asked if I still have the original warranty on my car because there might be a leak, which would be covered by my warranty, instead of just telling me to get it fixed with them! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Wow! So, I’d been having trouble with my Tahoe since getting back in town. I googled places near me. This place appeared and I read other’s reviews. Let me tell you, the reviews are not exaggerated. This place took the time to explain everything, sends status/progress texts and dropped me off and picked me back up once my vehicle was done. Oh! Don’t even question the service. They all walks around and run this place like a well oiled machine. I was impressed. I knew then, that I’ve found my go to shop should I ever have any more auto issues.

I scheduled a diagnostic for check engine awd light being on. The price was $114. I was then quoted $538 to have more time to see where the problem was.. or drop the gas tank. A gas tank only has a few screws... So why would anyone pay for there car to sit there to actually diagnois the actual problem, when an appointment was booked?I did book the appointment based on reviews from Google.I dont think this place is capable of honest work maybe they are just good at oil changes.I ended up taking it to a different mechanic whom diagnosed, found the actual issue and corrected the sensors lights and repair for $250Use caution when booking... Pricing is unreliable and high

I had an oil change and tire rotation service done here. Great place! Very friendly and professional. I love their shuttle service. The owner dropped me off at work and the owners wife picked me up from work when my car was ready. Both were very friendly, nice, genuine people. Their vehicle report is excellent, very detailed with pictures. I havent seen that before. I highly recommend and Ill be back for sure.

Very disappointed. Called about a problem with the engine, whoever answered the phone said to bring it in and they will diagnose it. Well they never called to say they couldnt diagnose the engine and they couldnt take apart the engine because it didnt have all the OEM parts on it. But we still had to pay for the diagnosis that didnt happen. Called back to say we could put on the original parts of the engine so they could take it apart- nope. They meant to say they dont take apart engines at all there. So that was a complete waste of time and money for us. You knew there was a problem with the engine, you charged for a diagnosis, and you dont even fix engines like that there? Ridiculous. I shouldve been informed of that when I called.

My Mr. Was towed there yesterday and he was so impressed by the service, cleanliness, professional staff and said they even had a snack tray with sandwiches. Sandwiches! Where are you going to find anything other than 6 hour old coffee at an auto shop. Hes a hard man to impress and they certainly did it. We highly recommend this business. Having an amazing experience in a repair shop is almost impossible. They exceeded expectations and are operating in excellence.

Maybe the best experience I have had in an autoshop. Extremely friendly staff. The waiting area is nice and clean. Their service is top notch. I came in for a transmission fluid flush and they did a complementary inspection of the vehicle. My favorite part of this experience is that they sent me the report of the condition of my vehicle to have for my own records. I will be coming back and highly recommend.

Took my car in earlier this week for some routine service and to also have an issue looked at. They did a tremendous job keeping me updated, inspecting my vehicle, and being very fair with the prices charged for the work they did. I highly recommend them! You can tell that they put a lot of effort into being honest and transparent with you about your vehicle.

We’ve come a couple of times. Much faster service than the dealership. Very detailed in their inspection tests. They provide pictures and a summary with the amount for parts and labor. You pick what you want to get done. They drove me home as well so I didn’t have to wait. Everyone is friendly and we came back when we had another issue.

They did my inspection in a very timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and Covid containment measures are enforced.

Wonderful customer service! They make you feel like youre the only person they serve when interacting with them. Plus, I love the fact that they will give you a lift to any location within proximity while you wait!

They have been nothing but nice and courteous to me. Had to wait for a bit due to some other issues with the car but during that wait they offered their shuttle to take me to a nearby location. When decliner, they still were super nice and checked in with me multiple times during my wait to make sure that I didn’t need anything and to also give me updates when they could.

I bring my van here for regular maintenance as well as repairs and they have always been wonderful. They have even diagnosed my car when the dealer couldn’t and then didn’t charge me anything so I could get the work done at the dealer under warranty. They are honest, fast and so helpful!!

The job - a full pneumatic suspension conversion on a 2004 Navigator, was done promptly, expertly, & exactly as quoted, including the tax. They know what theyre doing. I definitely will visit again when my next vehicle issue inevitably arises.

Ive taken my vehicles here a few times to get inspections done. The staff are always very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I never have to wait long for the inspection to be done!

Husband went in to get his Toyota Tundra looked at after having gone to a Toyota dealership due to a check engine light. The dealership quoted him over $2K to fix the issue and after reading great reviews at Christian Brothers decided to have a second opinion here. As soon as he walked in he could sense the environment and staff were friendly and helpful. The truck was looked at, staff informed him of needed repair, cost was significantly less than the dealership, left his truck overnight due to it being close to the end of the day, got a ride home, was picked up the next day to go pick up his truck, met Ken who was extremely generous and kind, finally paid and got his truck back. He said the customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated their honesty and we will now only ever be having our cars serviced here. We will pass along the good word of the quality work here. Looking forward to working with our new car doctors.

Some time back (maybe 4 months ago) I drove through some high of water and had to be towed to this Christian Brothers. I was quoted a reasonable figure to diagnose the problem. The result was that I had bent a rod and my engine needed to be replaced. They quoted me for replacement of the engine which was out of my price range so I decided to look elsewhere. The person at Christian Brothers whos name I cannot remember now told me that he spoke to the manager about my situation - that they would not charge me anything for the diagnostic. This even though they had already given me a quote, and there was some work involved in order to gain access to be able to make the diagnosis. I did not even request this and was ready to pay. They acted with integrity and I appreciate that.

Great place, definitely recommend. Never have issues getting an inspection - have had bad experiences at other places in the area where they never seem to have someone qualified to do inspections when you are trying to schedule. Also they drive me to my house and pick me up once my car is done if it’s going to be a wait.

If youre wary of mechanics, I promise you can ease your mind about this place. Regardless of your beliefs, the people who work here really are great Christian people. They WILL NOT scam you into spending money you dont have to. But they will check out your whole car and give you an honest assessment. They even have an interactive tool that demonstrates how different parts of your car work so you can understand what theyre talking about.

My check engine light wasnt working so I took my truck in. I ended up having to drop it off. They had a shuttle service take me home so that I could leave my truck there. Very nice and convenient. I ended up just needing a bulb replacement for the check engine light. Price was good and they even did a courtesy check to make sure there was nothing else wrong with my truck. They noticed my reservoir had no coolant, so they filled it for me for free and then let me know to come back if I have any problems with the coolant system. Very nice place with good mechanics highly recommend and will be my go to place for future repairs

First time here, bringing wifes car for inspection and oil change. It was newish, very clean, super friendly staff, and even coffee service (they seriously brought a tray out with coffee and fixns out for me). They go over the full inspection in detail and with pictures and all, explaining everything. I will be coming back.

Awesome customer service. Had a flat tire on the frontage rd of Sam Houston Parkway with grand daughter and I could not loosen bolts off the rim. At that point I looked up and saw Christian Brothers and walked over and asked if someone could help with the tire. The young man at the counter said, if you can just drive it slowly over we will change for you. I asked if I could pay for the service and they said no and Happy Mothers Day! Such nice young men.

The owner was so nice! I recieved a free oil change and safety check as well. I was offered water and coffee. The entire staff was very friendly and I will definitely be returning.UPDATE: 08/2018Ended up with a flat coming off of the freeway yesterday, so I stopped at the gas station near this location. I was so worried about how I would get help, but I called the store and they were glad to help. The mechanic was so nice and helpful. My spare was put on and I was back on the road in no time! They are life savers!

I have had my two personal vehicles serviced by the Fall Brook and the Atascocita locations since 2010. Never once have I ever left unsatisfied.Johnny and Ken have an incredible, knowledgeable staff and are professional in every aspect. I have been using them for 2 years since we relocated from up north. Recently I went to get my Jeep looked at and Kent Morrison helped me and went above and beyond for me. He contacted a dealership and found out I was under warranty so instead of them fixing it. He referred me to them. Once I got my Jeep towed over there they told me I wasn’t under warranty and Kent got in touch with them and got it all straightened out so I only ended up paying a deductible instead of the whole amount. Kent went out of his way after my Jeep want even at Christian Brothers. Thank you again for all that you did.

My Dad’s serpentine belt and water pump went out on a trip to Houston, and these guys saved the day! They are so friendly, laughed at our ridiculous antics while we waited, chatted with us, and got the job done in a timely manner! They were wonderful!

I brought my vehicle in to get an oil leak fixed, of course they recommended some other repairs I was ok with that. So after it was all said and done I paid well over $1000.00 but they never fixed the oil leak. I contacted them to let them know it was still leaking brought the vehicle back in to them they cleaned the oil off an insisted that it wasnt leaking. The next day I took pictures of the oil leaking from oil pan area and sent them the photos. They asked me to bring my vehicle in for a third time. No Thank You!

Got a free oil change and they did a good fast job getting my car ready

When I called about scheduling a car inspection, i spoke with Ken about a engine noise. Based on my description of the noise, Ken suggested i first contact my dealer to see if the problem would be covered under the power train warranty. I brought my car to dealership and it turned out to be the turbo, and the repair (approx. $2K to $3K) was covered under the warranty. Not many automotive repair shops would give you that kind of advice.

The people here were friendly and helpful even when my credit card was declined.

Summer 2018: for my 18 year old vehicle, i paid $350 for a diagnostic and pigtail connector for a repair that could have been done with 5 of electrical tape. they also tried to sell me a part that i didnt need. its hard to find an honest mechanic.

3 Stars because when the guy did answer the phone he was nice and helpful and actually spent time looking for the product i was trying to purchase from them. However after calling 10 times to get a error message same number and everything kid you not. they finally answer. DO NOT waste time trying to call these people i rang them from several different phones with zero luck.Trying to buy some transmission fluid but they were out and if i wanted order some over a week wait time? Geez. Now i get it they do auto repair they dont make big bucks selling transmission fluid.
