Dropped off at 12:30, promised at 3:00 and it was done at 3:00. And most importantly the charging issues are fixed with my phone. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I brought my phone in which I broke 4 years ago. Shane was able to access and retrieve over 1000 photos that have great meaning to me. He is knowledgeable, very responsive to the customer, and just all around nice person. He offered a level of service seldom seen today.

Had my screen repaired yesterday. Came out great.They really went above and beyond expectations. Had an appointment for today, but they were able to get me in and out yesterday. Professional, Curteous, fast and worked with the device coverage I had to get the phone repaired for a small deductible.

While I was not able to get my issue resolved at uBreakiFix, Shayne was very professional and helpful in trying to find a solution for my issue. He walked me through the steps he took to problem solve and explained it clearly for a non-techie person like me. I would go back to uBreakiFix if I had a future tech issue and needed support.

I needed my IPhone fixed and after AT&T refused to help (they said I could buy a new phone), and the Apple store didn’t work out either, I went to this company. The customer service of Junior was outstanding and they fixed my phone within a few hours.I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I was connected with this store when looking to schedule an mobile appointment. The experience with customer service was aweful and the over all price was different than what I was told, customer service said it would be 30$ deposit and maybe 100$ for the screen. At the end of the repair I was told 220$. I could have easily purchased a new phone at that price, definitely more on the expensive side and I won’t be using U break I fix to repair anything else for me in the future.

After 1.5 hours of working on two problems with my phone, the tech determined that neither could be resolved without replacing the system board, which would not be cost effective. The phone is still working, albeit with two minor issues, both of which I can cope with. There was no charge for either time or labor. Thats exemplary of honesty and competence in my opinion. Theyve done good work for me in the past, and Ill continue to use uBreakiFix.

Customer service was superb, they actually tried to help and were conscientious about my issue. They were honest, and that is definitely something I can respect. UBreakiFix, explained what they thought the problem was, expressing to me that it would be a disadvantage for me to spend a large amount of money repairing the phone, considering the motherboard was shot.

I couldnt find the Newington business location. But Jeremy called me to lock in a earlier visit to fix my phone. This guy was super professional and fixed my cracked front glass in 20 min. Im so glad he took on my claim. This is under the glass for a back glass replacement, told almost done testing, failed, redid, testing, failed, and over n over...mucked up the underside of the glass. Even worse is all4 customers in this location waiting for their phones all had issues because of this replace. Oh yea better believe Im goin up the chain. but your people offer to put old glass on if i want but wont go and do the job right. DO NOT trust this location at all. Samsung needs to rethink their partnership with this company, and Apple as well.

My phone was not repaired in fact it was given back to me in worse shape than when I brought it. I brought it in for a screen replacement, it was a Galaxy note 20 ultra, I was told my phone should be done by 3pm, no call yet so I called, I was told my phone WAS repaired however failed a one of the 200 tests done when finished, it was something about a temperature sensor in the phone, they told me that it failed therefore they must undo the repair and give my phone back to me the way I had brought it in. So I was upset, however I understood, my wife picked up my phone as I was at work, when she picked me up from work and I opened the box to look at the phone, my back glass was destroyed... It gets worse, I wont go into detail but when I called send spoke with someone at the store and said I wanted my back glass replaced because it was not like that when I brought the phone... This is what she said to me why do you need a new back glass your phone is been anyway... My heart literally sunk hearing that, these guys think they are so good at what they do that if they cant fix the phone no one can apparently. So I responded to her oh.... Alright Ill just throw this $1300 phone of mine away right?.... Oh but it gets worse, when I brought my phone to them, everything worked fine minus the screen, a door knob I was installing for my wife closet had fallen right on the screen one night thats how the phone broke, otherwise I baby the hell out of my phone, so nothing else was damaged at all what so ever... So anyway...I bought my own screen .. For $300 and had it installed at a shop, I sat with the owner/tech while he worked on my phone and watched him he was very careful and professional, after he was done, my screen turned on, and the phone worked.... Or so I thought..I put my sim card in, and my phone would not get signal at all .. It recognized the sim but it seemed the antenna wasnt working or damaged, next I noticed my phone would not vibrate, after that I noticed the bottom speaker wasnt working, and lastly, the microphone would not work, so no one could even hear me if I could even make a phone call.... When I called and spoke with the tech that worked on my phone prior to finding out he broke my back glass, he never told me he did, also he denied breaking it, he also denied damaging my phone, however they gave me a new back glass .... At this point what good is that right?...I thought I just got screwed out of a $1300 phone that I love...I called Samsung, spoke with one of the kindest and most helpful reps I have ever spoken to, his name was Marshall, he himself was upset at what I had been put through with this place, luckily enough i was sent a prepaid shipping label and was told to send Samsung my device and it will be taken care of, also he said he was personally going to get to the bottom of what happened here at ubreakwebreakmore ... You want your phone fixed? Stay far away from this place, I will never step foot near this place againI wish I never went there, I should have done the repair myself... This place is so awful, Im 35 years old, 3 kids...a grown man, and I literally cried after what they did to my phone and what they put me through... It hurts...I have 3 kids I work 60+ hours a week to support my family, my wife is a stay at home mom so my income is the only income...I had been saving money since my note 8 to buy the next note, but when the 10 came out I didnt have enough money saved, when the note 20 came out I had enough money to buy the note 10... So I actually borrowed some money from my family to be able to buy my note 20 ultra... And they expected me to just throw it away because they couldnt fix it... But they made it so much worse I could have just bought a screen and it would have been fine, now its useless... And not to mention the fact that I bought it from eBay, so for some reason it wasnt in Samsung USs system I was almost denied getting it repaired but the rep at Samsung was so amazing they were on the phone with me from 10:30 to 2 am trying to figure it out for me... $400 for a new screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max but they took it right in and had it done in under an hour.

My Pixel 4 XL got mangled and I thought for sure it was beyond repair. The screen was smashed in multiple places, facial recognition no longer worked, there were more dead spots on the screen than working spots, etc. It was unusable and I thought, unfixable.In desperation mode I brought it to uBreakiFix in Hudson to get a second opinion. They immediately tried to set my mind at ease and told me it would be as good as new within hours. We fix phones worse than this all the time! (I still didnt believe them).Well, within a few hours my phone was back in my hands, looking and working like new. They even replaced the battery! uBreakiFix is well worth the money!

They fixed my new Samsung phone. I typically live with a cracked screen, but because it was only two months old I decided to have it repaired. I called them on Thursday. Made an appointment for noon on Friday. They said it might take up to four hours. Repaired like new in two and 1/2 hours. Great customer service.

Changed the battery in my Note 9 in just a couple of hours. The fingerprint sensor was also malfunctioning when it went in, and they were able to fix it by just reseating the cable for it - did not need replace the sensor nor was I charge extra for it.Made the appointment through Samsung, but Samsung has no access to uBreaks scheduling, so youll probably have to reschedule. Because of this, I suggest scheduling the service through uBreaks website instead.Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The folks at uBreakiFix replaced the screen on my sons phone quickly - it took about 2 1/2 hours. The phone came back like new, and my son was thrilled that he didnt have to get a new phone as he really likes the current one. The shop was set up to have only one person inside at a time to encourage social distancing, which I really appreciated. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I had an issue with a cracked iphone screen and this location took care of me. There were a couple things we needed to sort out and the manager made sure my needs were met. Service was fast. I happened to be in the store when the district manager was there and he went above and beyond to help me out.

This review is long overdue. A short time back I asked them to look at a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge which kept rebooting for no reason. I had previously replaced the battery, did a hard reset, etc. with no resolve. They did a complete diagnostic on it and determined that it was a bad mother board which meant it could not be fixed. When I returned to pick up the phone the following day they refused to charge me. I insisted that I pay for their time they spent working on my phone at my request but they refused to charge me saying it was their policy not to charge anyone if they cannot fix it for any diagnostic. You cannot find this type of service anymore in todays world. These folks were fantastic!!! I will absolutely be bringing any of my devices to them for all my future repairs. I did not know they are associated with Asurion!! Asurion is a product warranty service and repair center which has an outstanding reputation in the warranty business and is the preferred extended warranty service offered on BJs products.

I brought my phone in for a charging port replacement and a battery replacement because its labled as a google certified repair place. however during my first visit the wireless charging broke while it was being fixed, meaning I needed an entirely new motherboard if i wanted my phone to function normally. i paid almost 190$ for this. got the phone back, and the back camera no longer works, the battery wasnt adhered back down, and the bottom firing speaker was definitely not firing out of the bottom anymore. I brought it back again to fix the camera, free of charge this time. i just got it back and the charging port doesnt work again. everyone there is super nice and i appreciate them taking the time to attempt to fix this phone twice, but at this point my phone is still broken and i dont want to bring it back again for round 3. sorry guys );update: im going to update instead of change because I still think this is important but! a little while after I got a call, manager wanted to fix this, give a refund, fix my phone all that. after a bit of back and forth over like almost a couple weeks, finally was able to bring it in and have it fixed for good. and im happy to say they did. they kept their promise on it, and my phone is finally actually fixed. although I shouldnt have had to go through all these hoops, they understood and fixed their mistakes. i appreciate and respect it!!!

The store in Hudson, MA. Took great precautions. Had a table set up with alcohol and paper towels right at entry to wipe your phone. You leave it on table and walk out door. Promised in 2 hours and it was ready and looked great. Highly recommend

These guys actually do a really decent job at getting customers taken care of and back up and running. I was quoted it may take up to 15 days to replace the motherboard on my Galaxy S10 and to my surprise it was done in 24 hours.It was easily booked in covered under warranty through Samsungs website.

Great service! Extremely professional and very reasonably priced. I would not have wanted to try and replace the battery on my LG V30 myself. The new battery is great. My two year old phones battery was draining quickly but now the charge lasts like it did when it was new. They gave me a quote that was very fair. My battery was a special order so I paid 1/2 up-front which was fine. They had the battery in hand within a few days and we scheduled a time that worked for me. Took less than 2 hours. There are plenty of places to go in the shopping plaza or you can get work done on your laptop/tablet at Panera right nearby while you wait. I had an appointment to have the screen on my phone replaced, they said they had everything. When I arrived for my appointment they didnt have the parts in stock.

In todays world its tough to be without your phone. They were able to fix it while I waited and when a complication came up, resolved that too as fast as they could. My phone is fixed and Im back to my life.

I brought my phone in for a screen fix and they ended up breaking my phone. That was 2 weeks ago and Im STILL waiting for my replacement. Asurion is awful and I do not recommend this place (owned by Asurion) to anyone.

This place is big on customer service! Very polite and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. Finished the job ahead of their timeframe and quickly notified me via email and text. Easy in/out for both drop off and pickup. I told the associate helping me that I’d been in the Dedham store the prior week and that the Hudson store is night/day - in a great way. Great experience overall! It’s out of my way to hike up to Hudson, but if I had to use this chain again I’d make the longer trip without a thought! *Didnt rate on value since this was an insurance-covered repair*

I had a Note 10+ with a damaged display that I wanted to get fixed so I could retrieve some confidential information from. I sent the phone to UBreakIFix and they repaired my phone however undid the repair because I would not supply my pin.  As I said, I have some confidential information on the phone. I was willing to pay full price for the repair without a thorough test of the device.   It is absurd that uBreakIFix (or Samsung) went through the expense and effort of 2-way one-day shipping and installing/uninstalling the replacement screen.  I am very disappointed in uBreakIFix and Samsung. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung however I am going to reconsider my loyalty going forward after this experience.  I will not recommend either companies products in the future.

John helped me when I brought my phone in because my battery was draining much faster than expected. My phone passed the battery test, but he looked at a couple other stats and could see that my phone was in fact losing battery quickly, so he made a phone call and was able to get a battery replacement approved under warranty even though the diagnostic said my phone was fine. While he was working with that, he did some research and discovered that there was a known issue with the camera for note9s manufactured in a certain time frame, and since mine fell in that time frame he went ahead and fixed that as well. The process was fast and painless and I would absolutely recommend bringing your device here for repair. The staff went above and beyond.

The service tech was knowledgeable and very competent. He quickly understood the problem and diagnosed it immediately. The phone was ready in exactly the time he said it would be ready in. I got a phone call when it was ready, and had my phone working and ready to go when I got there. The only minor, unwelcome surprise was it when I got home I realized they had taken off the screen protector and didnt tell me about it at the store. I would have bought a new one right there, now I have to get a new one.

I had the battery replaced in my Pixel XL. The work was done expertly, on time and at a reasonable price. They even saved my old screen protector.I am perfectly satisfied.I have now had 4 things fixed here: the battery and screen on my Pixel XL, and the battery and keyboard on my five year old Toshiba laptop.Everything was done on time and at a very reasonable cost.

After months of problems, I was all set to buy a brand new phone. But someone recommended I go here first. They fixed it in 5 minutes and refused to take payment. I didnt know that kind of selflessness was still around. I bought a bunch of accessories from them to help support this place.The guy behind the desk is super calm, patient and chill. Very honest. Very capable. If youre looking for honesty, integrity and talent, this place had all three.

It is been one and half month, my laptop sill not fixed. My laptop only had a fan problem, my battery broken after they fixed for me. They broke my laptop, and do not know if it fixable!!!!! Do not come here, they cannot help only make things worse.

The location was not too far from home. Their hours were convenient. My kind of phone screen was in stock. The repair was complete in less than an hour. Keegans customer service was flawless and she was genuinely cordial.

Despite the great reviews, I had an awful experience trying to get my Samsung Note 9 repaired. Very poor communication and service.Brought my phone in for a screen repair and was told it would take up to 3 hours. I gave them an alternate number to call since they of course had my phone. Didnt hear back so I called the next day and was told they were just wrapping up and itd be 20 minutes. I asked them to give me a call when it was done and still didnt hear. 3 hours later I decided to just go and found out they had called the number of the broken phone.They then said they couldnt fix the phone because of defective screens from Samsung and they supposedly found a motherboard issue but wouldnt go into any details when I tried asking. I dont see how they were wrapping up the fix when they had issues with the replacement.Told me to just call Samsung and have them try and fix it but didnt give me any more information of what to explain to them was the problem.

I got my SIM card royally jammed into my phone. I went to two other places before I ended up here and not only was the gentleman able to fix it, he did it for free because it took him less than an hour. Even sealed it back up with manufacturer licensed adhesive so that my phone would still be water resistant. Been recommending this place to everyone. Amazing customer service!

They replaced the back glass of my galaxy s8 plus. Overall the work they performed was great; however, I was told the repair would take about 45 minutes and it took almost 2 hours! The staff said their diagnostic software was having issues and this held up the process. I would have appreciated if they communicated this to me while I was waiting.

I brought them my Galaxy Note8 for a screen replacement so I could send back to my carrier due to a software crash. Unknown to me they are partnered with Samsung and were required to fix the phone completely including the software. They were informative throughout the entire process. The glass screen that was replaced is lifting off of my iPad and is not attached, the home button is stuck down. The sensitivity is way off. My iPad would have been better off with a cracked screen I should not have came here. When I called to have them look at the work they did it took three days for them to answer the phone only to tell me it would be another week before I could bring it back now Im left with an iPad with a glass screen its very brittle and about to break and I was told if it break before I come back in a week if its on me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told theyd get back to me when they had time

I broke the screen on my Samsung Note9. The staff here was able to fix my screen and got me in the same day I called for an appointment. The female at the store was very pleasant to deal with and checked in with me during my visit while I waited for my phone to be replaced. 1 hour later my note9 is back to new condition again. You guys are super amazing. Highly recommended

We didnt want to use this place, because ultimately we didnt want a broken phone, but in the end, we were happy with the service and the quality of the repair.

Buyer beware. They did a great job fixing my screen but their customer service is horrendous. They sold me a liquid glass add on but never told me I needed to register the purchase. My screen broke and they wouldn’t do anything being unregistered. I called Corporate and they advised me to go back into the store so they could help. Left the store with a broken screen. They didn’t even offer a discount.

Took extremely long couldnt fix it the first time so they tried again and damaged my phone worse than it ever was!

Brought in for new battery for my IPhone. Took it right then, said about 45mins. I mentioned the Touch ID function wasn’t working and if they could take a look. Came back 45 later and phone was ready and the touch function is working again for no added charges. Great job,
