I bought a new computer from Dell and in the process of setting it up I managed to screw up both the new computer and my old one pretty badly. Took it to ABI solutions, and Ady and Phil did some awesome work to fix the mess and set up the new one. They asked good questions and did it fast. Highly recommended.

Friendly, accommodating, professional! We brought down a new laptop. Ady was extremely helpful and took the time to explain his recommendations to us. He added MacAfee protection to our laptop, iPhones and iPads. He backed-up our old laptops to a hard drive and had the laptops recycled. The price was more than reasonable. The staff at ABI Solution are amazing! My son wanted a gaming PC built but clearly we didn’t know exactly what we needed so we went to meet with Ady and Phil and glad we did. My son has autism and normally doesn’t feel comfortable speaking to people he just met but immediately felt comfortable with the staff & got his questions answered by people who definitely know computers and clearly goes above and beyond for their customers. The staff took the time to build a gaming Pc that exceeded both of our expectations at a reasonable price. I also brought in my own pc and Ady cleared malware from it and working good as new. These guys are great! I was about to give up on my HP all-in-one even though it was only 2.5 years old. Eddy had it for 2 days, put in a new hard drive, updated all the software, cleaned it up. Runs better than new for a fraction of the price.

Certainly there are other computer repair shops around; and they may be alright for simple problems. But I had a problem other shops couldn’t touch, not a clue. ABI Solutions instantly recognized the problem and repaired my computer quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They are very responsive to your needs and concerns and always willing to help. And there was no waiting weeks to look at it like at certain other shops.

What a gem of a place. The owner Ady was excellent and very helpful with handling my Macbook Pro and also my HP Laptop. Both had issues with starting up, being slow and buggy. Not only did he solve both issues, he put in new solid state drives and now these computer are faster than when i bought them new. SO happy!!! If you need any computer/Mac work, i highly suggest giving them a call. You will not be disappointed!!

I am totally comfortable giving Ady and his staff at ABI an excellent review and recommendation without reservation. My wife and I are architects working from home due to covid and really depend on our laptops for our livelihood. My wife’s dell was having weird problems so I brought it to ABI on a Friday afternoon not really expecting a diagnosis for a few days. Ady was back to me within 90 minutes fully explaining the problem and solution and that I could pick it up later in the afternoon. Working again perfectly at a very fair price, also got loads of advice how to avoid future problems. These are the kind of people where it’s a pleasure doing business with them. Five star service!

ABI Solutions handled my bad hard drive problem fast and efficiently under an emergency, swapping out the bad drive and copying over all the files over to the new drive. Very knowledgeable in IT issues, I personally recommend this company for any computer related issues. A +++++++

When presented with my Surface RT problem, they started working on it right away. This was not your average run of the mill problem. Some of the troubleshooting procedures results made no sense. They persevered, and within about 45 minutes found the problem and resolved it.The Surface had been hacked by someone in the Uzbeckistan area. The hacker(s) changed several things in settings that made the PC act quite weird and uncontrollable.Kudos to ABI Solutions. Another job well done. Thank you ABI.

While I like the friendly & helpful staff & great service there @ a fraction of what big box stores tend to charge (i.e. Best Buy in Watertown in early JAN 19), I wish there was more T commuter Rail service there too since Im very independent on the T.

Ultra-friendly, accommodating, and HIGH INTEGRITY! I had an external hard drive stop working and called around to figure out my options for repair. Ady was very helpful on the phone and even more helpful when I went into the shop. He was able to fix my issue onsite, (and heres where the integrity comes in), however he took it upon himself to research the warranty and then let me know that I could have it repaired and my data recovered for free through them. He said it didnt make sense for me to pay him to fix it. A business person like that is hard to come by these days. When my next technology need arises, Ive got Ady on speed dial!

I found ABI Solutions after trying two other places. I would have saved A LOT of time and headaches if I had known to just go here first.
