The people that work here are so nice and knowledgeable. They never make me feel like an idiot no matter how many dumb questions I ask. You can tell they make every effort to fix your problem.

I needed all of my files from an old, sorry, ancient computer that hasnt been used nor fixed in a very long time. They were able to extract them all and put them in an external. I drove thirty minutes for their service and I would drive thirty more. Thank you so much for your help! So quick and efficient.

I had called a previous computer shop to fix and was told they had to send it out and it could take up to 30 days to receive it back. I work every day on my computer so that wasn’t going to work. Pats Computer Rescue is the best tech service we have ever used. Their rates are very reasonable, they dont try to sell you stuff you dont want or need, they are prompt, and they have often helped us deal with problems over the phone. I highly recommend them.

I’m not originally from this area so when my laptop was not charging properly I didn’t know where to turn. At first, I found a PC repair place in Stow and spent $50.00 but the issues was still not fixed. The owner said he couldn’t get any other part from his supplier (BS?). I ended up finding Pat’s Computer Rescue who called the manufacture (Samsung) to get the parts my computer needed and fixed it like new. I would recommend this place even if it’s out of the way.

I was disappointed to see that they are no longer in Medina, however, they were so helpful in my husbands medical practice in the past, and my medical business , it was worth the trip to Hudson. They are knowledgeable, professional, and patient.
