I had a very positive experience with KBA. They worked v hard on a technical problem transitioning from Mac to a Surface. They were not able to complete all the tasks I asked of them, but did manage to resolve some tricky issues. They didnt charge me a cent. Great guys.Tim

KBA technology was great and really helpful. They had to replace a part on my computer, and from the time I brought it in to get looked at to the day I brought it back to get repaired was only a week and a half. It also only took them half a day to make the repair so that I could have my computer back for school. Extremely helpful with all the questions I had and great customer service. Highly recommend!

My old 2009 computer quit working and KBT was able to build a new computer around my old drives and I lost no data. They did the work in a week and the results were great. I am so happy with how fast my computer is now and most of all my data is all there.

I had lost data on my Mac and couldnt figure out what was wrong or how to recover it. The man working at KBA that day (11/27 - sorry I dont have his name) quickly fixed it and showed me the problem and fix and then didnt charge me! WOW, the generosity was such a nice surprise. I will definitely return when the next problem comes.

WOW! These guys were amazing. My Mac was making some strange noises after being dropped on the pavement and I had to wait a week for an appointment at the Apple Store. KBA got me in immediately. Luckily, they could not find a problem with my computer. Even though they had spent a day trying to figure out the problem-which has not reoccurred-they did not charge me anything. This is a wonderful local business to support!

Had an older computer ahead and used laptop wanted it cleaned up have security added to it they did it in less than 24 hours then I brought my current laptop in just to have them look it over make sure it was in security mode they did that once again a couple hours later it was done price was right people were friendly knowledgeable I take my stuff there again anytime

One of my friends had a issue where their computer was stuck in a bootloop after taking it to KBA they responded by saying it was 1: a broken hard drive 2: The motherboard was broken 3: The CPU was broken. If this company knew a single thing about computers they would understand that you cannot have a boot loop issue with a CPU or Motherboard unless you are insanely unlucky to where they both break or one of them breaks if you have this issue with a motherboard/cpu you should just buy a lottery ticket because of how rare it is. This specific issue was fixed by 13-14 year olds.... Very disappointed in this work

Made my day! My son dropped his phone and it stopped working. Our carrier didnt even look at it, juat wanted us to file an insurance claim and send it in. TBA looked at it and 5 minutes later had it working. It only needed to be reset! Saved the day and saved us the hassle and the money of filing a claim and having to pay our deductible. They are now at the top of my list for any future electronic issues. And the worker, I failed to get his name, was very friendly. Nice job KBA!

When trying to power on my Surface Book it would show a low battery sign and then turn off. After many attempts to charge/fix it I brought it to KBA. They told me that it was a hardware issue and that Surface Books are too difficult to fix. I was better off just getting any info off the computer and cutting my losses. It didnt feel right for some reason. I took it home and my kids (ages 9 and 12) picked it up and decided they were going to fix moms laptop. Well guess what Im using to type this review? My Surface Book laptop that my kids fixed! I am extremely disappointed in KBA. It feels like they did absolutely nothing to solve the issue, just gave up. From now on I will consult my kids first I guess.

I briefly dropped my phone in the water Kayaking. My phone was fine after a night of rice but my camera still had internal condensation on the lens. They were able open up the phone and clean the lens in 10 minutes. I was also happy to hear that they can help us choose the right camera and setup for our home security system. Glad we found them.

I live in Minnesota and was recommended KBA by a friend. I called and was able to confirm the device I was going to get repaired would be able to be done while I was in town. The price was better than expected, the time to fix the device was WAY quicker than expected, the services was just incredible. Bottom line...if I have another phone or computer Ill be driving to Wisconsin to have KBA work on it.

I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced, and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable process along with excellent customer service! I had to bring my phone back in the following day because the screen had started lifting (due to a design flaw in my phone, not their work), and they quickly came up with a way to fix it, and took care of it immediately. Great customer service!

KBA is my 1st go-to for computer or phone issues! They’ve helped clean up a sloth computer, replaced cracked phone screens and recently ran diagnostics on an old computer. Service is always fast and so reasonably priced. Plan to head to the New Richmond store to replace an older phone and perhaps a computer. Super friendly staff and I always feel they are looking to help me solve my problems not cash in on the opportunity.

I stopped in to see if they could do some repairs to my PC that another local company couldnt get fixed. Absolutely no personality to anyone who works there. I explained what was wrong and they said no problem. When it was ready they told me they took care of it and it works fine. Got it back to the office and of course its doing the same thing. I brought it back and dropped it off again. They called and said they did some more stuff to it and its ready again. Same result. Still dont work.

Excellent Laptop Repair Service! I brought my laptop in because I had several keys that were sticking. I had looked up how to do it myself and I thought that the procedure was too complicated for someone like myself to take on with the neuropathy I have in my hands. Was told my laptop couldnt be fixed. Tried myself, ended up going back the next day due to not having the correct tools at home. Was about to explain what needed to be done and together we got it fixed.

Phone wasnt charging, was worried it was the battery, turned out the charging port was just dirty, they cleaned it in like a minute and didnt even charge me for it. Totally awesome.

My tower was slowing down at an alarming rate. I brought it to KBA for a diagnosis. Within an hour, I was informed of a need to clone the hard drive and install a new drive. I was quoted a very reasonable fee, $150, and asked what I wanted to do. I agreed to the treatment plan and picked up the tower two hours later. I brought it back to the office and everything works like new. Thanks Jacob.I am certain my former specialized software company would have taken advantage of my misfortune and tried to talk me into another $13,000 “upgrade.” Thanks again!!!

They have had to fix my phone a couple times and now my husbands. I just brought mine in for water damage and it was fixed the next morning. The same day I picked my phone up my husband dropped his phone in water and he had to get his fixed also. They are fast, they communicate with you, and the price you just cant beat! My Macbook Pro had gotten a virus, I was completely locked out . I really didnt think it could be fixed. These guys were so great. It was kind of an odd thing, apple was stumped too, but these guys got it fixed. They were friendly, explained what we could do, and they are very reasonably priced. I was amazed by their prices. My Mac was up and running great in a few short days. I really appreciate how professional they all were. yet so very friendly. Always had time for any questions. I highly recommend them to all. I really cant say enough about how good my experience was with them.

They were great in getting me in right away when I cracked my screen after it dropped out of my pocket facedown onto a rock. Had the glass protector replaced at the store as well, to be sure it was a good quality. Unfortunately, my screen cracked at the top after putting it in my work bag for less than a minute. Not dropped, no sharp edges against it. Wondered if this was a common problem after replacing screen and maybe not installed correctly, perhaps new phone glass was not the same quality or the protecting cover was not a good quality. Stopped in to talk about the 90 warranty, but surprisingly this does not qualify even though both the new protection glass and the phone screen were purchased there and was within the 90 days. Very disappointed!! Would not spend the extra money here, as it clearly does not mean customer service and there truely is no 90 day warranty!!

Dropped my phone and the screen powered on but was illegible (static look). There wasnt any cracks in the screen or any other visible damage. KBA told me the motherboard was bad and I needed a new phone without hardly even looking at it. Spent less then 5 minutes with my phone. I then took my phone to a local competitor for a second opinion and I am glad I did. The competitor quickly diagnosed the problem that the screen was simply unhooked from motherboard and fixed it in a couple of hours, all for $55.00. Saved me a ton of time, money and hassle. KBT staff was NOT knowledgeable or helpful and I do not recommend!!! There are better places to go.

I went into KBA technology with a broken screen on my iPad mini two they repaired it and did a wonderful job but later that evening the screen started to on and hear from the rest of the iPad so I notified them about the situation and then they addressed the situation immediately and repaired the screen again at no additional cost and they completed the work in a very timely manner. The staff there were amazing with their customer service and communication with me and I greatly appreciate their business and believe that they are an amazing company and there is no Where else quite like them. They did an amazing job and greatly appreciate the competitive prices and give them complete customer satisfaction

Terrible, they replaced my iPad glass and put new button on but the button barley worked and it costed WAY to much, well i used it anyway but then it just would skip around and press a bunch of random stuff and asked if they would check it out, it took like a month and costed 200+ dollars and when i got it back it was worse and the screen sell of, so i am telling u people do not go there u will waste your money. The reason i give one star is because the people where nice and helpful but they lied about things like what was wrong with it ect.

Dropped my laptop off with briefcase holder. Came back after it was fixed and asked where briefcase holder was. Claimed they didnt know where it was at. In the future make it policy to not leave your holder with them. Thieves!
