Rocky and his crew were great! He did our staircase carpet, two area rugs, and cleaned the tile/grout in our entry way. He came the morning after I called. He was on time and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this local company!

I needed same day service and when I called them, they said they would be right over.They arrived within 15 minutes! Rocky, the owner, came along and supervised the whole project to make sure It was done just right. I was most concerned about the crevices along the walls and stair edges, but they had a special tool and my stairs look new!They took the time to double treat bad spots anddid extra water removal so they would dry faster for me.Great service, friendly. efficient and caring. Rocky even called me the next day to see if I was happy with everything! IHighly recommended!!

I am thoroughly impressed with the services of Rocky and his crew at Stainbusters! They called on a Tuesday and he was able to come during a Saturday and so we didnt have to take time off of work! He was very polite and thorough and took many occasions to show me his work as he was cleaning our carpet! His prices are fantastic! Very impressed with the professionalism and personal touch this company offered. I called Rocky at 8:15 this morning and he answered the phone personally. He fit me in this morning and gave me a reasonable estimate with his word that I would be impressed. He took a carpet that has been professionally cleaned many times to my disappointment by others and it looks almost new. The carpet is 18 years old and had bad stains that seem to have vanished. The equipment is truck mounted and the steam is awesome along with his staff make for a job well done exceeding my expectations. Thank you Rocky

Our dog vomited all over our sectional couch and throughout 3 rooms of our house while we were sleeping on Friday night. The smell was so terrible and we could not wash it out with resolve carpet spray. I called every carpet and upholstery cleaner around Hudson, and Rocky was the only company that answered the phone. Rocky said he was booked for the day, but called his son in, to help us out. His son and another fella were at our house within a couple of hours. They did a fantastic job. My wife and I are very grateful that stainbusters went above an beyond to help us in a timely manner when we had a serious 4 alarm emergency. Thanks stainbusters! We will be return customers!
