Superior service from initial phone call to the completion of the demo and dry out process due to a plumbing leak that impacted two rooms in my house. Each person I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Quaid, the service tech who came and emptied out the rooms and removed the flooring was courteous and explained to me each step of the process that needed to be done. The staff who came to check the drying process were equally as professional and informative. I highly recommend this company.

ServPro Manager Steve did an excellent job of finding storage needed for our personal property and motor home after our pole barn was damaged by a tornado.Quade and the crew that he lead efficiently and carefully moved items into storage and then back into the shed after it was rebuilt.Very happy with the service provided by SevrPro and highly recommend them.

Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating. They came and “sterilized” the basement, brought many commercial air dryers and dried the basement for several days. We would recommend this company to everyone.

We had mold issues at our home. Servpro of St. Croix came out and took a look at the problem. I expected them to help us get rid of the mold or at least provide recommendations for professionals that could help, but that is not what happened. We were basically told to run a bigger dehumidifier and there wasn’t much that could be done. We were left to figure out how to clean up and fix the mold problem on our own, which was extremely disappointing given we had sought out professional help.The communication was also incredibly unsatisfactory. I sent an email with a list of follow-up questions after our appointment and I never got a response. I called multiple times with no success, eventually asking for a response by email to avoid trying to connect voice to voice and there was no response for weeks. I finally just gave up. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and was very dissatisfied with my experience with this company.

Wow I have no words to thank Steve at Serv pro! Wonderful to find honest and trustworthy people when you are questioning major home repairs. We had been given some mold information from another company diagnosing our issue and quoting us thousands to repair it after paying them $300 to look at it alone. Steve went above and beyond by asking questions, requesting the photos we were given from the other company and discussing in detail our situation on the phone. He was honest in saying what needed to be done to fix the problem and it was not even necessary he come out to look at it. We hands down trust and would use this company in the future! We uncovered black mold in our basement while getting ready to remodel. They quoted us a almost 1/2 the price of another company. We’re very informative, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a ventilation probem due to improper roof ridge vent. Chris did 8600.00 dollar estimate to remove all insulation and clean mold. They would have covered it up. NO REMOVAL OF SHEET ROCK WITH MOLD GROWTH. This company is a quick cover up and could be hazardous to your health! Also he claimed my new furnace was the culprit Not the mesh ridge vent installed by RIVERSIDE EXTERIORS OF RED WING. They actually put new ridge vent in and now I have proper air flow. Chris you need training on mold. Get a dlue and do not use this place for ANY MOLD!!!!

Our company worked with Steve at Servpro and he came out and looked at our VCT flooring that needed stripping and waxing. After his assessment we hired the company to come complete the project. They came last week and did an excellent job. We will defiantly be using them again and highly recommend them for sure!

So this was year #2 for me to have ServPro out to my house, as awful as it is having septic flow into your house , they had everything cleaned and sanitized very quickly. not only did they clean up every thing they dealt with my insurance and actually got everything covered including my lower level redone after i was told that it would not be fully covered. I cannot say enough about Steve and Chris thanks and thanks to you crew for making a horrible thing twice be ok but i really hope to not see you again for this reason. thanks laurie

This company and Employees are the BEST! I took a new position as a property manager for 40 units. One of those units had a hoarder, the worst Ive ever seen! 2 cats & a dog that had not been outside for probably a year. Steve came out to the property and continued to work with me through the entire process of eliminating everything in the unit little by little to try and save money. The entire unit had to be demoed including the new appliances. It was bad and the employees had to wear masks & protective clothing. They worked until the smell of animal feces & ammonia were gone completely . Im truly amazed at how well this unit turned out Thanks to ServPro! I would highly recommend ServPro to anyone! Im so impressed with their service that Ive hired them to strip, wax and buff some flooring in another unit. Call them and you will be satisfied with the work.

Amazing service and quality of work. I had many companies give me the run around but when Servepro of Hudson came, they cleaned up the mess perfectly, found my issue and even helped me solve the issue. I would highly recommend them.

VERY IMPRESSED!We had the living room, stairs, and a huge basement carpet and 2 area rugs cleaned. Everything looked like new. We have 4 cats and a dog and I never expected all the stains from them and general traffic to be removed but they were. We will have additional carpet cleaned by Servpro-Saint Croix Valley in the near future!

Within 10 minutes of the phone call to my insurance company reporting the fire at my little house, Emily from ServPro was on the phone setting up an appointment with me. She along with Myron arrived the next morning and she told me from that point on I had nothing to worry about. They dug in and took care of everything. She took pictures and documented every bit of damage, submitting it to me for my approval and turning it into my insurance company. They carefully packed everything that would be cleaned. They emptied the entire house. She told me that if I needed anything to be sure to call her. And when everything was cleaned an entire crew brought it to me at my new place. The whole process was seamless. And ServPro made that happen for me. I cant thank them enough.

Had the hardwood and carpet cleaned in a house we had just purchased. We did have some concerns with the outcome of the Hardwood floors. They did come back out and re-swifer the floors. 2 months later all furniture was moved out to do some ceiling and wall work we discovered the carpet was covered in stains we thought had been cleaned. We were frustrated because we had just had the carpet cleaned and thought it was all taken care of. After writing a review Linda from Service Pro called on her own time and made everything right to make sure we were satisfied. She also explained to me that sometimes stains can resurface after an initial cleaning which we did not know and they would have come back out to clean those spots. I honestly was not expecting that and I do appreciate that kind of customer service as you do not find that a lot of places these days. Thank you and we would recommend Service Pro to others!!
