Wednesday I was cut off by a driver and then he proceeded to weave in and out of my lane. I’m not sure if the driver was playing on his phone or just couldn’t drive. Motorcycles are everywhere, your drivers need to pay attention and respond to someone blowing their horn.

After making an appointment, they wont come. They wont show up until theyre happy, and then they receive a bill that is ridiculously high. Stay away from them, this is advice!

After ignoring their way over priced estimate to replace my suppression tanks, nearly double the cost of the reputable company who did the work, they emailed my fire dept to tell them that my tanks were out of date. Don’t get mixed up with these guys, they charge too much and will screw you if you don’t do business with them.

Horrible experience with a phantom company. No One returns our calls or emails, all we get is bills from them and threat to ruin our credit if not paid.I DO NOT recommend.

Awful company to work for. If you wanna get into the fire alarm buisness, DONT choose impact fire! The technicians are good, HOWEVER, the management is piss poor, they will fire u with no evidence and no real reason.

This is one of the most poorly run companies I have ever done business with! Inept, incompetent! They tell you they will have your fire extinguishers done in a couple days fine, but 4 weeks of waiting with Ill check with the shop every time I call. THATS B***L S***T! I will take the thousands of dollars of business somewhere else.

We used to use OConnell who I guess was bought out or merged. Anyway, they came in a replaced fire extinguishers and charged us to dispose of the ones they took. (And they charged double what they would cost at Home Depot)I called and emailed asking why and who authorized it but with no answer. In 10 years, they have never told me I need one replaced - the local fire dept says they are good for a long long time.New Management must be telling everyone to go make some money.Extremely dissatisfied... will never use again.

I dont know how this company is still in business. Horrible comunication. A few times they just didnt show up. Most times when I call to try and schedule for a service, they tell me they will call right back. I never hear from them again. Dont waste your time with this company. Maybe its because Im in NH?

After complaining about being underpaid numerous times and feeling like I didnt have a voice, then finally parting ways with this company. I find a few weeks later a random check from this company had been mailed to me. I had already been paid my last check so this was odd seeing this. So I gave the Hood and Duct division manager a call to question it. He said if the check is live then its all mine and that, I earned it. It is too bad this company has lost and will continue to lose employees over there negligent practices like these. I had been shut down and spoken to like I was out of my mind, then they sent me the money I was talking about proving my point. Do not get a job with impact fires hood and duct division. They are a group of related swindlers who have got themselves ahead and not looked out for the best interest of its employees. Masking it as a family based business but that fact couldnt be the furthest from the truth. If you arent in the family or the circle. You are trashed behind your back and taken advantage of. If you keep your head down and dont question anything, they will only sometimes mess with you. AVOID AS A CUSTOMER. AVOID AS AN EMPLOYEE.

Cant be trusted at all, Not trust worthy company.They over charge and over sell the work.They would inform the fire department first, then propose the work to you, so that you get the work done from them at a higher price. You get one thing done then they will follow with different thing, never tell you the complete cost of the work first time.They started with $2K, I have paid over $10K and they sent me another work order for another $10K approximately. I know they wont stop there.This building have been here for 100 years I saw the last ownership fire protection bills, they were always less than $2000 for last four years.

Horrible manager. They cater to employees who do garbage work. Lie to customers and try to cover up the fact they don’t do the job right. Hire employees from drug programs that manager currently attends.

Terrible customer service and the gangster wannabe that came to connect a wire had to call someone 15 yes 21 times to ask how to twist the wire connector. I mean really customer service has gone right out the window these days. Honestly its hooking up fire alarms and cleaning kitchen hoods you would think they were into hacking computers to steal government secrets or something. In the end👎 to tri state.

Since they have been acquired, their pricing is sky high ridiculous.
