It started with a phone call to Cindy in the office and then a prompt and courteous on site estimate from Phillip and ended with Chris cleaning our carpets today! We have had McCarthy Cleaning clean our wall-to-wall rugs for a number of years and never been disappointed with the results. Phil from McCarthy did a super job this year even after we had delayed getting our rugs cleaned during COVID. McCarthy uses the latest equipment and takes extra care to protect corners and baseboards. They also do not “dump” rinse water as they clean protecting our well and septic systems. I had a carpet cleaning appointment scheduled with McCarthy Cleaning Co. today. Estimated arrival was 9-9:15am. I received a reminder notification last night and a notification this morning when the service rep, Chris, was en route. Chris arrived within the estimated arrival time.The purpose for scheduling the carpet cleaning was to remove heavy dog messes on a white carpet. Chris inspected the carpets and gave very professional, and honest feedback about what he could and could not accomplish with the service I booked. He also educated me on additional services he could perform, pricing, and expected results.Ultimately, I decided a simple carpet cleaning would not achieve the results I was looking for and Chris accepted my decision to cancel the appointment.Even though the carpet didnt get cleaned, I am extremely pleased with my experience. McCarthy Carpet Cleaning recently cleaned the Berber carpets in my 2nd floor efficiency apartment. The carpets are essentially white with brown accents. McCarthy cleaned them five years ago when I moved in. After the cleaning, the traffic pattern dirt was gone, and the rugs looked close to new. The technician was professional, courteous and thorough. I was looking for a company to clean and seal in the bathroom. Stanley Steemer does not do stand up showers so I found a local company. I called McCarthy and within minutes they scheduled an appointment to come take a look, he did a quick test to see if the chemicals would work and scheduled an appointment to come do the job a few days later. He did an exceptional job cleaning all of the grout in the master bathroom and he replaced the dried out caulking in the kitchen and bathroom. They made a 10 year old kitchen and bathroom look brand new again. Everyone was extremely professional.

Let me start off by summing up my experience as a great one and one word that describes it: WOW! We booked them for a professional Deep Clean of our tile floors and carpeting for a small business.Since COVID it has been very difficult to get companies to respond and even to book services like professional floor cleaning. They are all overwhelmed and booked up, I had been calling everyone and many dont even respond. BUT, McCarthy Cleaning Company responded to my request quickly and they also communicate by text message too!! This was ideal for me since I run a couple of small businesses and cant always answer my phone. They set up a date and time for a quote, all was also texted to me and I even got updates when they were on their way.The date of the work I got a text message when they were on their way and they were on time. The process of the work was explained to me and the steps they were going to be taking, they were professional and courtesy. Once the work on the tile was in process they showed me their progress and explained the next steps for a deeper cleaning. Let me tell you that the tile floors were sooooo bad and I had no idea what color the grout was supposed to be but from their work I saw it was light grey/white. The floors looked amazing and good as new. The carpeting was also great and the entire process was seamless.Let me just say if you need any of the services they offer you must book them. Needed my carpets cleaned right away. Called McCarthy carpet cleaning at 9:30 am and they had Chris there at 1:00 the same day. Cleaned 2 bedrooms and a basement rug. Basement rug was in tough shape all I was hoping it would look a little better but Chris did an incredible job on it and it look greatWill use this team again

The team at McCarthy was great! They were very responsive with starting with my initial contact and answered the phone after 6pm. I was very pleased with this service. The professional service person arrived on time, set up quickly. In addition, he did a good job, in spite of some challenges with the carpets, and managed to get most of the carpet square footage cleaned around large furniture etc. He was very courteous and professional.

My son used a sharpie on his bedroom carpet over the weekend, I called McCarthy cleaning Monday and they came that same day and offered to do a test for free to see if it could even be removed, and when it could they did it right then. So happy with their quick response, professionalism. Would highly recommend.

The steam cleaning of our ceramic tile was great.

Very professional. Arrived on time. Cleaner was wearing a face mask the whole time which we really appreciated. He was in and out in a little over an hour, and cleaned 4.5 ‘areas’. Our carpet smelled like dog which was the primary reason for getting it cleaned, and now it doesn’t smell like anything! We couldn’t be happier.They said we could put furniture back in 8 hours, but we chose not to, as it did take a solid 36 hours to fully dry. Just something to keep in mind if you are getting carpets cleaned.This was no problem for us, but good to keep in mind.

Just purchased a home and had no idea what stains were in the carpets. An area rug was left on top of carpeting in the living room hiding more stains. Two techs arrived on time. They surveyed the areas to be cleaned and got to work. They did an amazing job! Carpet I thought might be unusable was rescued! Professional. McCarthy cleaners completed ceramic tile and grout and sealing for 2.5 baths and kitchen floor. John arrives on time, got right to work, and was done in 3 hours. The floors and baths look great and everything is beading up as expected. The price was ~ $550 which was more than fair for the 4 rooms. Obviously, a good choice if you are considering the same.

This year we added kitchen tile/grout & a couple of area rugs and are thrilled with the result, especially the kitchen which I never felt got clean enough with my steam mop. John was able to remove the pet smell from the basement & the kitchen tile and grout got a much needed perking up, as did the area rugs. John is very respectful of your home. He uses booties, an entry rug and pads all corners that the hose passes by as well as the entire door he comes through. These guys are obviously committed to customer satisfaction. Our house was just put on the market and we had open houses coming up and we really needed the carpets cleaned in the worst way. They were able to squeeze us in, and this was our staircase plus the entire upstairs, wall-to-wall Berber carpet, ~1500sf. We thought the price ($290) was very reasonable and they did a great job. We are pretty crazy about maintaining our home, so we were pleased to see that they have plastic guards to protect the corners of your walls and baseboard trim while they unroll the hose through the house to get upstairs. They are super nice on a personal level as well, so we made some new friends along the way. Highly recommended; would definitely call them again if needed.
