When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. Then not even 2 minutes later, Kristen came over with the price sheets of all the inventory. Completely transparent. No hidden fees, no hidden agenda. Like buying from a friend. Kirsten was welcoming without being pushy at all.

This place is awesome! The selection is great, Amanda was great to work with and had everything ready to go. The night I decided to put a deposit down I noticed there was a sticker that was stuck from the previous owner. I was going to ask them if they could remove it but I forgot and the best this is I didn’t even need to ask. The car looked brand new upon pickup and no sticker! Now that’s amazing customer service!

Went to this dealership, filled out application, I was told every was good, they had me leave a deposit to hold the car for a week, until the finance department got back to them in the next day. Never heard from them, 4 days later I had to call and find out what was going on, I was told they were still waiting for the finance department to get back to them. A week later, I was told I got denied, but... it goes by your income, not your credit. I make enough money to qualify for all the cars on the lot, so I thought it was strange. Come to find out, while they had my deposit. Both cars sold, because they were both gone off the lot. After all that, I had to go back and get my deposit instead of them sending it to me. I then went to Kane’s Auto Sales in Manchester and got a car the same day. Loved them!!!. Try to avoid Bradley Auto if possible.

Prior to coming in to Bradley the last place I went knew a friend of mine, he gave a good reference, but still they wanted $3,500.00 down to get a car. The place was shady, was in a small building with all men, and they made me feel uncomfortable. Bradley was like a breath of fresh air. They are pretty good. The vehicles are a little expensive however if something goes wrong I can always rely on you guys to fix it, and work out a payment plan for the repairs. Its a team effort and it keeps us running. Also you all are good but Josh is super friendly, and great to deal with.

The first car I purchased from this dealer was back in 1994. I paid $2800.00 for it and two years later traded it in and received $2000.00 trade in value for it. Because they treated me so good the first time, I recently went back when my husband was looking for a vehicle. He found one that he really liked, the price was really good, and we bought it. We did have a problem with it, and it took a couple of trips for the mechanic to figure out what the problem was, but when it was found, they fixed it and let us know how sorry they were about the inconvenience. And, they were so sincere, Joe was willing to go over the bills we had and refund us some of the money. Because of the way we were treated, we gave my daughter the down payment for a car of her own. I was a little upset at first because of the issue with fixing my husbands truck, but then I remembered some of my experiences at the service dept of dealerships where we had purchased brand new cars. I feel I was treated better at Bradleys than at the service dept at Chevy or Ford. We also took both of the vehicles we purchased to our private mechanic to make sure we were buying sound vehicles. He could find no issues with them. A used vehicle can be an iffy purchase, but I feel that you can be assured you are getting a quality vehicle if you purchase from Bradley. They really care about their customers.

I havent ever shopped here , but I was looking for a car and saw your website and thought hmm, this place looks good I went through the page it looked good , but thats until.. I went to the reviews and noticed HOW MANY of the reviews were on the same dates & if you read through them carefully you realize A LOT of the reviews say the EXACT saying the exact same thing just in different wording, and they ALL have 5 stars except a few, even if a customer had an amaing experience getting a car with you its VERY UNLIKLEY they all would have given a full 5 stars, & also 61 pages of reviews in only 4 years , COME ON . So with all that being said I am sure you work hard at your job and are great to the customers that do buy cars from you , but the reviews are FAKE and that is very obvious and I cannot speak for everyone else but when I see fake reviews it makes me think the company is not very honest with there customers afterall.

I had purchased a 1999 Honda civic from Bradley Motors back in 2010. This was a great car and got over 200,000 miles on it when I sold it. Last March I bought a 2002 Honda Civic from Bradley motors and it is a great car. Joe and the crew saw that I had a perfect payment history on my last loan and got me into my new Honda within a day or two. This place is great not only to re build your credit but they treat everyone with respect unlike the BIG Butthead dealerships. I would rather support our local dealership than the big ones. The short term loans I also like and you can pay off your car early with no penalties and that I like. Bottom line is they are a great place to do business with and you still feel like a person not a sales number. Thanks Bradley Motors for being there for the people who need it.
