Repairs to a vehicle that hit a deer--replacing a headlight, radiator, and hood--took ONE MONTH to complete. Initially had no rental cars available for 5 days. After said repairs were completed, we discovered that they failed to put the insulation liner back in. Had to return to the shop to have that completed. Lack of timely communication from shop while vehicle was there. No calls or updates for the first 2 weeks. We had to initiate contact first. Incredibly poor customer service.

After hitting a raccoon and causing slight damage to my front bumper I contacted Heppners. The staff was very professional and knowledgable! They replaced my bumper and matched the paint perfectly! The work was done on time, as promised. I highly recommend Heppners!

Mason & the team at Heppners were amazing. I was consistently updated on the status of my car. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. The repairs on my vehicle were done quickly & the work was wonderful. An added bonus was they cleaned the inside of my car too. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely be returning to Heppners.

Hit a deer with my truck and took it to Heppner’s. They were very communicative during the repair process and did outstanding work. Paint matched and all the body panels lined up well. When I got the truck back it was clean and I was very pleased with the work they did. Would definitely recommend.

Had to get a front bumper and some other things repaired due to an accident. Mason did a great job of setting up the appt and getting me in ASAP. They were even able to finish 2 days earlier than expected! Highly recommend if you are looking for fast and quality repairs, be sure to ask for Mason, great guy to work with!

I asked for two estimates one with just painting my hood and one with painting hood and blending my fenders. It wasn’t until after they painted it when they added up all the cost and told me the two estimates they gave me one was for painting the hood and one was just for the fenders. I wish they would have given me the estimates i asked for in the beginning. I never had this issue with the three other shops I received estimates from. Not only that but my clear coat was still soft after three days and I had a small scratch, but the manager said that’s normal... The best advice I have for this company is they should always tell the customer the grand total before performing work. I really wish that I would have went with a different shop that would have done more work for less $

They did a fantastic job on my Honda Accord. Steve was excellent, great communication and they got the car done in 4 days! They handled the insurance claim and my rental car reservation.

My mom hit a Turkey Friday night so we started looking for body shops over the weekend and ended up calling Heppners auto body out of Hudson. I spoke with Tony who is very professional and pleasant to talk to. He had a tow truck pick up moms Rouge that Monday and my mom was back in her car on Thursday that same week. I was very pleased with how they handled everything and how quick they were. Ill highly recommend this auto body shop to everyone.

Absolutely poor communication skills between them and myself. I basically had to initiate all contact outside of email letting me know that they found more damage on my car. Car was not delivered on time and had to go back for a hood adjustment and a part that they did not put on the vehicle. I did it reach out to heppners corporate office spoke to a gentleman by the name of Doug he took my information and never returned my phone call.

I had a really good experience with Heppners Rivercity to fix a sizable ding in my SUV. Masons communication was top notch and he was always professional, polite, and personable. My vehicle looks like it never had so much as a scratch.Something didnt go according to plan, though: they accidentally dropped my bumper while reassembling things. It had to be repainted, which added a couple extra days. It was an accident, of course, because they are imperfect humans just like me. After all, I dinged it first!Customer service is challenging when youre the one who makes the mistake but Mason and the Heppner team handled things very well. They apologized, paid for the extra days I had my rental car, and made sure I had daily updates about how things were progressing. Mason even stayed a little bit past closing so I could pick up my car today instead of tomorrow since he knew I really missed it.If I need auto body repair again, I am definitely going back to Heppners Rivercity.

My wifes car was sideswiped in the target parking lot, not bad but you dont like running around looking not kept up, i took it over to Heppners right away, i was there maybe 10 mins. you cant tell it was hit at all, thanks jerry

Had a comprehensive claim from my auto insurance; they recommended Heppners Auto Body. Drove over there, they were able to give me a quote ($0 for me), and a scheduled time and duration. It was done when I wanted and they went the extra mile doing a few little things that werent included in the quote (vacuumed interior, washed floor mats, etc). Professional from start to finish. Great service.

I had a 2019 chevy sonic that was rear ended 18 hrs after buying it. It was brought to Don A. In inner grove heights Mn. He did an amazing job taking care of all my needs in a timely fashion. Then Tony in Hudson did a flawless job on it and a speedy repair and maintaining constant contact with me. They seemed nice and helpful when we brought the car in for an estimate. He even sealed up the broken window with crash wrap for us. We were told up front that it would be several weeks before they would be able to work on it but they would email an estimate. That was two weeks ago and we havent heard a word from them. I dont think I would go back regardless of the estimate.

On a family vacation to the mall of america, I rolled down my window and it came crashing down. I called up Heppners auto body, they took me in right away, free estimate, they understood my situation. 20min later my car was fixed, they didnt charge me anything, really polite. I met the owner, she also was very understanding. Thanks for helping us out.

Decent customer service very high prices

My car was damaged by road debris. I took it to Heppners for the estimate and repair. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done on the car. I cant tell where any of the damage used to be. EXCELLENT work!

The only issue was, I was told all parts were available and to drop it off anytime and they would start right away. Turns out that was incorrect, so instead of 7 days, it ended up 3 weeks. This tripled the money spent an a rental.
