After leaking water heater panic set in, I was referred to and called Richard T.Curley for help…I got a call back an hour before they opened. Rick came to make sure I had cold water even though it was his daughter’s 12th birthday. and made sure a new hot water heater would fit in the tight space available. As soon as the proper hot water heater came in, he immediately installed it professionally and quickly and I am wicked relieved and would highly recommend that anyone give them a call. They, as a family, truly go out of their way to solve the problem in the shortest period of time.

Mr. Curley and his wife are great!!! They rescued me (not a lie). The day before a big interview, I was about to take a shower when I realized my hot water heater stopped delivering hot water. When I went to investigate, I found a big, growing puddle in my basement.I panicked about how long it would take to find a plumber who would do the work, and how long it would take to replace the unit.(Did I mention I’d been unemployed for about a year? Also why I REALLY needed that pre-interview shower.)Richard’s wife answered the phone, recognized the panic in my voice, calmed me down, and told me she would talk to Mr. Curley when he came home for lunch and see if he might be able to stop by right after lunch.These two were as good as their word, and better than most plumbers’ word, in my opinion.Not only did Richard stop by, but he diagnosed the problem, and actually FIXED it right then and there - replaced one part and did some wrangling with another. He did NOT sell me a new unit, he did not overcharge, none of that.I literally paid less than I might have for an estimate visit by most plumbers. All this for someone who was a first-time caller/customer.I am and will be forever grateful to Richard Curley Plumbing.(And yes, I got the job.)

I had a leaking zone valve and contacted Mr Curley, he was quick to respond and to correct the issue. During his inspection he observed other issue that were creating additional problems and he made the required fixes. His demeanor and workmanship was impeccable and I would recommend him for any heating and plumbing issues you may encounter.

I called to make an appointment regarding some bathroom remodeling work ..and spoke to the secretary who said that I would hear from mr curley and never received a return call. Im writing this after waiting for almost 2 weeks for the return call that never came..since they dont have the simple courtesy to return a phone call to someone interested in hiring them. I would strongly advise not dealing with this company

Honestly the first time he came to my house he did a great job and I paid him on the spot. The next time he came to do something fairly simple he stayed for 3 hours and charged me $1000+, he said hed bill me later and the bill was completely ambiguous and marked up. He also charged a late fee before I got the first bill and threatened legal action so I pay immediately. I feel robbed. Stay away.

Mr. Curley was very professional and reasonably priced. He was able to fix my garbage disposal within minutes. I am so glad it wasnt a bigger problem and he didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Very honest plumber.

We had Mr Curley work both at our home and businesses. Always courteous, professional and cost efficient. Would definitely recommend them.
