Is it possible to provide negative stars!! I gave one star because it was the only option… Wow, these folks are awful. Bought a car for my daughter to have at college. Thought we were getting a decent vehicle. Within a week noticed some clunking around the front driver side tire and took it to a reputable auto mechanic... needless to say the amount of fixes and safety issues will result in more money then I paid for the vehicle. I talked to the person that sold us the car and he asked if I got a second opinion on the repairs... the lug nuts on the tires werent even tightened. I dont need a second opinion... the dealership told me they perform safety inspections on their vehicles prior to sale... I asked if I could see it. Dealership told me they delete all files once a vehicle is sold (which is code for they didnt do a safety inspection). This dealership does not have ethics or integrity and most importantly does not value customer safety. STAY AWAY!

I came here after seeing a car listed on CARFAX. Ive been driving my 2018 Malibu from here for a few weeks now, and its absolutely wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that this dealership gets all of their used cars from down south (no rust!!). This was my first big girl purchase, and what should have been very stressful for me was a breeze. Between staying open late so I could make it there after my workday to even dropping my new license plate right to my front door when they received it in the mail from SOS, Susan the owner and Tim my salesman were both so helpful and accommodating. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are very crooked. We are highly dissatisfied with the service we received from cars trucks and more. We brought my son his first car. We test drove the car. After testing we heard some strange noices. There so call mechanic took it in put it up to look under car and said it was the cadilconverter. It wasnt that at all. In fact major issues with the brakes and lines. We agreed to buy and have our mechanic fix what they said was wrong. On the way home, the brakes went out and almost cost my son his life. We called to talk with dealer and no apologies or action said it was our problem. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! It may cost you your life. Very crooked dealers. Seeking legal action

Very disappointing! My 16 year old son bought a used vehicle from them and it is junk. He even put close to $2,000 into and has barley been able to drive it. We had a complete diagnosis on it and found it isnt even worth fixing so now he is out his $5000. I never have trusted used car salesman and now I have seen it for my own eyes. Shame on them

Went to look at a car that was for sale, asked what the lowest price on it was .Rudely he said that was price listed on car. Pointed out the paint issues from rear end damage, and he stated that doesn’t affect engine. Wow, I was probably 1st customer on the 1st day of the month. We recently purchased a car for our son from Cars, Trucks, and More. We had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about details specific to each car. The prices were very fair and they appeared to have appropriate health and sanitation standards in place. We would not hesitate to return for future auto purchases.

They sold me a car with a rusted out frame and very poorly installed spark plugs that later began blowing out of the engine. They make the cars look pretty on the outside - beware of whats on the inside.

I did a trade for an enclave what should have been more. It needed fixing but could have been a great car for someone else. Overall. My denali i got. Was alright. But i probably wont be back for another.The people were super friendly. But vehicle wise. Have it checked 7 point inspection before signing and driving.

Jason Law helped me out and went above and beyond by staying late multiple days when I couldnt come in on time due to working late and picking my son up from daycare. He was able to get me a car in no time when I needed it. I had to bring my son with me through the whole process and he can be a handful but both Jason and Sue were wonderful with him.
