The service was wonderful and quick! However, my floors were still wet which caused condensation to build up when I picked it up AND later that night when the frost hit. The inside of my windshield was frosted, as well as my back window.Would recommend, just make sure to air out the carpets/floors if deciding to get the floors shampooed.

Ben and Richard were very professional and patient with everything I had to say regarding the service that I was looking for. They adressessd all the points that were discussed and I will bring my vehicle back again for a second more detailed service.

I had the makeover done and the car still had dust on the dashboard, the back seats were not cleaned, the door jams were not cleaned, not all areas of the car were wiped down, the exterior had multiple streak marks, and the windows didn’t look like they were cleaned. I gave 1 star because the mats were cleaned and the car was vacuumed. But for that price, I could have done that part myself. I will NEVER go back.

Drop off was fast and efficient. Nick addressed all of my concerns and did a great job on the detail. Took the time to walk around my truck in the end to highlight things that we could work on on the future. All on all a pleasant experience.

These guys do a killer job for an extremely reasonable price. I am very picky about my vehicles and my truck and my wifes car look incredible.Thank you!

Paid the guys $20 extra to spend a little time on the wheels. Came out half washed and wouldnt let me go back through...horrible place and Will never go back

I disagree with the previous review. The locations are not all the same! The locations are different franchises and can vary quite a bit based on owners. Cory in the Howell location was awesome. He really gets the nuances of customer satisfaction. They did a wonderful job on my Escape. I take very good care of my cars. This detailing was to ready it for sale as it is too cold to do it myself. I highly recommend this location!

I was very impressed when I picked up my car. It was spotless and I didnt know it was possible to get all the grime out of the seats after my kids destroyed it. Scheduling was also very easy. I will go back!

They worked pretty hard to get my Silverado clean, I had just finished a sugar beet harvest to the inside of my truck was really trashed, those folks definitely earned their fee on this one.

Chad was very helpful and personable! They did an awesome job on my dad’s F350 Dually at an amazing price and got it in for me on extremely short notice for Father’s Day!! I’ve already set up to take two more vehicles to them!

Took my sons vehicle for detailing and not really expecting much. The vehicle is older and was quite a mess. When we picked it up after it was detailed , we were in shock ! They did an exceptional job ! Seats and carpets were cleaner than I thought possible. Not only did they do a wonderful job, their rates were the lowest that I found. Highly recommend!!

Received a Groupon for my birthday and finally had a chance to use it. I took my vehicle in for a complete detail, both inside and out, and was amazed at the results. When I came back to pick it up, I wasnt sure it was even mine; it looked better than the day I bought it! I honestly was a little skeptical at first that they were not open when the site said they would be, and seriously thought about returning the voucher since they were suppose to be open at 8 AM and I inconvenienced not only myself, but someone else to ensure I was picked up and arrived 20 minutes after 8 (definitely call before hand, however, as they do require appointment). But, after all was said and done, I was able to get it in the shop later that day, which they helped me with at another location to be convenient to work, and have my car detailed. It really looked amazing afterwards and it really changed my mindset on the morning I had with them that day. I really do appreciate their time, and I think they dealt with me just fine considering I was not happy about them not being open at the desired time (there was frozen soda all over my car so it was already a bad day as one could imagine). I wouldnt say it was great that morning, but fortunately, they made up for it and did an amazing job. I would use them again, I just highly recommend not expecting the doors to be open at the listed time especially after holidays. Try calling at 9 AM maybe as they would be catching up from the day prior. But, definitely try their interior and exterior deal for $250 about :) Really guys, you did great considering I wasnt so nice. The customer is not always right and I apologize for any issues I may have caused that morning for you. Thank you!

Exterior looked great, interior didnt look like anything was cleaned, and I specifically asked them to focus on it.

I bought a interior and exterior detail on Groupon and was impressed with the results.They do a good job and the manager is pleasant and friendly. He has good people skills and a very customer-first attitude.I would definitely recommend them and will be going there next time.
