Always prompt and always fix the problem. The repairman is a good guy. He has fixed our lawn mower a few times under warranty.

They never showed up! Received a text saying service was canceled then another one saying the technician was on the why ,so an hour after I received a text saying they were on the way I called and I was told it was canceled because the technician couldnt get ahold of me which I missed the call by Two minutes tried calling back just to get his voice mail and not to mention they had my street wrong, guess thats what happens when you call India .

Our KENMORE ELITE refrigerator compressor failed after just 2.5 years. Luckily we purchased a master protection plan. A service technician was dispatched to our house within a week and replaced the compressor in a timely manner. There was no charge for this covered service.

Ive had to have service on my refrigerator 2 times now and its only 3 years old. Both times, the issue has not been resolved. I was told Id have to live with the sound its making. Heck no!!! For what I spent on it & having had the problem since the beginning, that answer isnt acceptable. Ill never, ever buy from Sears again!!!

Appointment time of 7am-4pm. My wife takes off work today to be available. No advance call or notice from Sears until my wife reached out to see when the repair rep was coming. Sears stated that their rep was running late and to expect them between 4:30 and 5pm. Needless to say they never showed up. Apparently communication isnt part of their business model. Absolute discrace of customer service! This is exactly why Sears is going out of business!

Setting up an appointment is a nightmare! The window is 7 to 4?! And then they change your appointment without notice, just an email at 4:00. After you have spent all day waiting for them. Terrible!
