Excellent service. Dropped my vehicle off and was told that it would be 6 to 7 days before they could even look at the problem. Two days later, after dropping off the vehicle, it was done !!!

They were able to get us back on the road the day before the holiday weekend. Hope the guys enjoyed the cookies!

Ive been here a couple of times and couldnt of had a better experience. I recently needed work done on my car and I went to bell tire first for them to check it out. They gave me a price way higher than I expected and told me that a bunch of parts needed to be replaced. The total cost came to about $2000. I went to Meyers for them to check it out and did not inform them of what bell tire told me. I just asked for them to check out the problem. There list was way smaller and completely reasonable. There price was over a $1000 cheaper than bell tires and they had no idea I even was comparing the two. The customer service is excellent, theyre real and honest people here looking to do good work. They dont attempt to take advantage of people and I will never go to another mechanic ever again. Meyers has my business for life because theyre honest and genuine people. I could not recommend this place more.

Called to make an appointment to have my tires rotated and my AC level checked, Jamie told me they were short staffed do to holiday week and it would be next week sometime before they could get me in.... Really? This was Thursday before Easter, so i went right next door to Grand Oaks, in and out in 45 minutes, great guys, good service and priced right... Looks like I found my new auto repair shop!

We are new to this area and the dealership was becoming far too expensive for maintenance for me. Our friends recommended this auto shop - they had used them recently and found them to be run by real stand up folks. I found them today to be engaging, knowledgeable, friendly and honest.I went in today because I wasnt sure if I needed new brakes or not. My mileage says its about time and at times they would squeak. We all know brakes can cost a lot. But you dont want to be unsafe either - its a conundrum.Meyer automotive made time to see my car today. They performed the analysis and said my car was safe to drive my family in my car - which is my #1 priority as I am certain it is for most everyone else.Meyer automotive treated me honestly. Stopped in because my low tire light came on. By the time they walked out it was flat. The gentleman tired to air. He Found a slash and changed the tire (spare) without charging me anything. They were friendly and helpful. Awesome!

Daughter makes appointment to take car in has to wait 1 week . Finally gets in guy says he just needed to reset engine light then tried to charge her 109 bucks for a part she had already replaced. So she picks it up.engine Light goes back on as soon as she pulls out of the parking lot . Takes it back guy says he cant do it now till next Wensday another week why doesnt he just say he cant fix it Total waste of time. Thanks . Will definitely spread the word.

Finding a good mechanic is proceless! I trust Bill Meyers with all my major automotive repairs. I live over 30 miles from his repair shop but still make the drive to make sure my vehicles are fixed quickly at a reasonable cost. I wanted to buy a car nearby and got it inspected here, and the owner was totally honest and I could tell how he really works to keep his reputation that way! He explained the only thing wrong with it and fixed it for very cheap. He also said the place I got my car from doesnt like Myers because they are honest, and they have got in arguments over it. For that reason I trust Myers and really really appreciate theyre honesty and work they did!

The Myers family is honest and talented. They have been providing reliable automotive service at the right price to our extended family for a long time. They know what they are doing and they wont be happy unless every customer is happy. They are now in their new facility at their former location on Grand River across from VGs on the west side of Howell. This may sound like a commercial, but its not -- when you treat people right they treat you right and thats all this is.

Fair price, honest, and they do their repairs in a timely manner. I take my winter truck here and Myers Automotive always does a thorough job on both their inspections and their maintenance.

Amazing service and such a hardworking, amazing family that owns the shop. We were told by Belle Tire in Howell of a bunch of repairs that needed to be done and quoting us almost $1000 for said repairs. We thought something was off, and took it to the Myers family who was nothing but honest with us and stated 90% of what Belle Tire said was wrong. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I live down the street from Myers Automotive, so I dropped in to get a lift kit installed on my Jeep Patriot (yeah, I know...lifting a Patriot, haha haha). But in all seriousness, the customer service at Myers is unquestionably top notch. After having an alignment issue after the lift kit install, I dropped in and mentioned it to them. Over a period of 2 days, they spent multiple hours working to get my alignment squared away (the lift was causing an issue with the alignment). They didnt even think about charging me extra for all the hard work. Theyre the real deal. Theyve earned my loyalty for sure. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.
