We ordered our Zline stove, vent hood, and dishwasher through High End Flooring. The service was outstanding. Even when some components were on back order Ed was completely on top of the situation and kept us up to date. I would recommend this company solely based on the quality of service the provide.

I can’t say enough good things about High End Flooring and Ed, Brent and their crews. I have been struggling to restore my home since hurricane harvey. I have had the gamut of bad contractors, poor work, crooks, you name it. I stopped in High End Flooring one afternoon just to see if they had any tile deals. Ed had a beautiful plank tile in exactly a color and style I had envisioned and had been looking for at a great price. Long story short, they literally have rescued my home restoration. My tile floors are beautiful and look better than I imagined. Ed and Brent are so kind and patient, and the installers are meticulous, professional, show up every day until the job is done, leave a clean work space every day. They’ll be tiling the bathroom tub surround next. I have no doubt it will be just as beautiful. This has been the best contractor experience I have had in these two years since the hurricane. Ed, the work done by painters is not completed and the lacor is not applied as promised. I am trying to follow up with you since last 3 weeks. When can the guys come and complete the remaining work?

We have completed three projects with High End Floors. We have always obtained estimates from other contractors, High End has always been the most competitive. They have high quality products and a good variety of choices. They recently completed a bathroom remodel and we are very happy, the tile work was excellent. Ed is good to work with and accommodating when we made revisions and schedule changes. High End will be our first stop on next project.

We used them for my upstairs from carpet to wood floor. The floor level was very uneven. They didn’t tell us if not we could have spent extra money on it to fix it. And the lay the wood floor.. they came and tried to fix a few places but now it looks awful walking on it with ups and downs. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I used High End Flooring for everything they offered when building our home and could not be more pleased with Ed and his team. I’ve referred them to several friends and they were just as pleased. I highly recommend visiting with them before marking a decision.

High End Flooring remodeled our kitchen and both bathrooms, resurfaced our fireplace with stone, and repaired the cracks and wall damage from foundation repairs on the interior and exterior of our home, and refreshed our entire home. This included new countertops, painting cabinets and walls, powerwashing, preparing and painting the brick and hardiplanc exterior, rebuilding and tiling our walk-in shower, replacing floor tiles and baseboards. They virtually remodeled our entire home. They are amazing from beginning to end. From planning the project through completing it. Professional, courteous and respectful at all stages. If we could give them 10 stars we would and we already plan to have them replace the carpet in our study with tile in the near future. Believe it or not they are so thoughtful and diligent we actually miss them. Its not often you can say that after having your home totally rebuilt.

We had High End Flooring install wood throughout our 2nd story. Their references had good things to say and the prices were fair. They began installation on time and within anticipated timeframe. Sam introduced himself and his team. He advised me of several issues, such as leveling floors and uneven baseboard issues, as they came up and we were able to resolve them. Their were also tile-to-floor transition height issues which were satisfactorily resolved. High End made sure I was satisfied each step of the way. The floors look great. Thank you Fadi, Sam and crew for taking care of me.

The management team of this company is amazing, they really do try to work with you as other reviewers have pointed out. However, the installation process is a huge mess and headache. It took the installers 3 days to finish our floor and there are gaps and creaks in some areas. we were charged for 8 bags of cement that they didnt use all of. The gaps are audible when you walk on the floor. The workers took constant breaks and even turned on the air conditioner after we had turned it off. If there had been different installers, I may have given a higher rating, especially since they did my Aunts floor and did an amazing and quick job.
