Edit: After 5 months with my floors, it hasnt quite lived up to what I expected. The leveling of the floors with the compound they used and workmanship didnt quite work and one area is hollow (pretty obvious when you step on it). Ive given it time to set, thinking maybe itll settle over time, but no luck. I truly dont think its worth the trouble to have it fixed since its just a small section, but also, its in the middle of the area, which would require pulling up a ton of flooring to fix it. Im just going to live with it. The owners here were nice, but their contractors were quite bad. Thats why Ive downgraded my review.The folks here were nice and their show room is really cool. Im still mulling over a deal they offered me, though. One cool thing is that they gave me a full length board as a sample, so thats a lot better than the small strip most other places give you as samples. One suggestion is to ask if they have any discounted flooring if your project is relatively small. Theyre cool about it.

I love my floor!Armory was a great experience for me, they really went the extra mile. A few months after my floor was done, my washer flooded part of my new floor, and they came back and replaced about an 80’ area promptly and reasonably!I highly recommend Armory for their products and service!

We had a great experience with Armory Floors. They have a large selection and were generous in providing sufficient samples for us to make a final choice. Other vendors only provided small chip samples. The price was very reasonable for material and installation. The installation team worked quickly, and cleaned up nicely at the end of the job. As others have mentioned, this is family owned business, and as such you will receive stellar customer service. Highly recommended.

They were the only store who was willing to help me out with my damaged floor due to a roof leak. They came out twice to review the damage and tried to find matching floors for me. They even tried to get custom made flooring that would match with mine. I really appreciated their willingness to help even though it was going to be a small job. I ended up selling the place and we didnt replace anything so I cant speak to the work quality. But my interaction with them was great and I would go to them again if I ever needed to install or replace my floors.

Absolutely Fantastic ! After shopping at 6-7 places, i decided to get my flooring done here for few reasons. Its a family owned business and the owners are really great people to work with. They have been in the wood business for generations and are experts in this area. They will guide you according to your needs. Their rates are reasonable and the quality of wood felt much better than other big stores. For our installation, the owner showed up himself. This guy has great attitude and really loves his work. Always ready to go extra mile to make sure the craftsmanship is outstanding. Our flooring and stairs turned out really well. Would highly recommend them !

Armory Floors is fantastic! Family owned (by the nicest group of people!), with great prices and excellent service and support. They patiently walked me through lots of options, gave me a great price on flooring, provided tutorial for my diy project, and even let me use some of their tools at no extra charge. Plus, when I changed my mind about the color of the flooring, they made it easy for me to make an exchange. I highly recommend Armory Floors. I bought my engineered wood floors here a few weeks ago. I was so excited to install my floors in my new home. Once installed, I was very disappointed with the quality of the floor milling. I recognized that this is a manufacturer issues and would have happened regardless of what retailers I order from. However, one of the owners, Tanner, at Armory Floors provided exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to fill the gap of my floors to make it look better. He also reached out to manufacture and try to see if they can settle something with me due to the milling issues. Tanner is the reason I would always refer people to Armory Floors, and for sure in the future I would purchase from Armory Floors again. This is how a business should operate. He stands behind his customers when there is problem and not just sell & disappear. Tanner really did went above and beyond. And for that, paying a little bit more isnt a big deal. Although, i feel that their price is reasonable.

Great people to work with and very accommodating! Im a big DIYer and wanted to give laminate installation a shot. The team here is awesome. On their way home from working a different job, they were nice enough to stop by my house and give me some much needed pointers on how to make my floors look as professional as possible. They even let me use their chop saw for a day!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beware!! this place sells off-brand cheap wood and the whole family is untrustworthy, they hire Illegal aliens as 3rd party contractors in order for them to save a few bucks. They seem very nice but once they get your money they will not finish their work, if you want to be rip off this will be the right place. They were also 6 months late on their work and you better watch the worker because they might steal you stuff..

Tanner was great when guiding us for the choice of flooring and I appreciate his help there. The quote was also fine and the problem I had with installers. They took 3 days to do the job and 2nd day was spent getting tools from east side of town and it wasted almost entire day. Now on day 3 the installer worked like a maniac to finish the job. The only problem I had was the tiles we put in carpeted area have a floating feeling and have some air spaces in one area. I have tried contacting the owner to help fix it. I paid in full even though Tanner promised to fix it. But it has been over a year and now no response from owners. I am honestly wondering what is going on and now i read on one of the reviews that the shop itself is closed. Its sad as they do a awesome job in selecting and selling of the product but implementation was not up to mark and post installation service was especially bad! Now I am wondering if I need to refloor parts of existing flooring which has problem.

My husband and I had been working on remodeling our house we bought last year. The flooring was the last thing on the list, so we started shopping everywhere that we could think of. We checked out lumber liquidators and were not impressed with the attitude of the employees in there. When leaving we noticed Monster Flooring next door and decided to just stop in. Sam greeted us with a smile, and was more than happy to answer any questions that we had. He unlike others that we had talked, knew what he was talking about. After my husband and I talked it over in the store, we decided to buy the flooring FINALLY.. We originally planned on doing the install ourselves but, after seeing the price that Sam had quoted us for the install and the product we decided to go with them. The next day Sam came out to our house for him to take his measurements in the morning. He was there right on time and brought some samples, so that we could see what the flooring would look like in our house. Let me tell you we are SO glad that we went with them for the install. The floor turned out so much nicer than we thought it would. Luciano and his guy did such an amazing job installing the floor. He was very professional, and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. I will definitely be telling everyone that i know about this place. I LOVE my floors!! There was a problem in getting the quarter rounds nailed in and it took WAY too long to get someone back out to do it. But, I think I would give this company another chance, though, if we need other flooring done. I hope that this was a one-time snafu.

Beware they took my money. After they took the money to replace the pan in the shower and remove the carpet and place new wood flooring they sent an unprofessional that didnt know what he was doing and made the shower leak. I called them to explain to them that I have a really bad leak they said they would reach out but never did. Then I reached out to them and they say they are not responsible. Now I have mold growing around the shower the floor and my walls. Please be careful of this place I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I am going through .

Reasonable prices and AWESOME customer service!!! The owner were very helpful and even open up brand new product to let us see it in person, unlike lumber liquidators next door.

For anyone looking for flooring keep on searching. I used them for a large job & paid almost $5,000. The manager was suppose to come out & measure but didnt call or show up after wasting a weekend afternoon waiting on him. He called the next week & had some fabricated excuse. I rescheduled with him & ended up accepting his bid. The guys that actually put the floor in left the house in such a dirty condition. They wouldnt keep the furniture covered with tarp to prevent all the debris from settling in. After the installation there were several issues that needed to be addressed and fixed (flooring creaking in certain areas, staple marks needed putty, already many obvious scratches/marks on wood). I called Sam the manager many times leaving many voice mails trying to get the problems resolved. He answered once & said he would have someone come out & fix the problems. He never called back to tell me the date. I called numerous times with no response. This business is a joke & no professionalism what so ever. The owner answered once on my daily calls & said he would take care of it. But nothing of course. I am in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself alot of problems & do not use Monster Flooring. They are a joke! They take your money & are done with you!

Great installation and flooring. Nick was easy to work with and very professional. The only thing I would say is that they would give me a window of time that the crew would show up to the house, but the crew always came later than the window.

Tanner and his staff is amazing! Tanner took care of me when I was left with unfinished floors from a horrible experience with a different company -He is very professional and has extremely fair competitive prices! To top it off- awesome customer service!!

Straight forward experience, and I like the product. I like their laminate products, they seemed on the high end of quality (I shopped around quite a bit) and were in the mid-range price ($1.50 /sqft). The store only sells laminate and engineered wood, and the staff in store seemed to know there stuff. I also vouched for the more expensive pad, I appreciate that the pad isnt attached to their products.I had their installers come and do the flooring and trim work. They didnt need to come evaluate the job first, I told them the job was very straight forward ~400 sqft, on concrete. That saved me an afternoon off work, or added delays. It looks great. Out the door, with flooring, installation, matching trim, pad, it was just under $4 per square foot, which makes me happy. I will definitely use them again or recommend.

My wife went to check out several places for our remodel she wanted wood.She liked Sam & his knowledge. So We met him & scheduled an appointment for himto measure he was very prompt exactly on time. We were pushed to have the wood installed Sam squeezed us in.This turned kinda bad. the installer (highly recommended) was not working out,Sam fixed the problem & had his #1 installers complete the install & re-do ANY areas we wanted.The main difference between a good & a great company is how they handle problems that arise. Monster Floor Sale & Sam are a great company!

Worst experience ever. This is the most irresponsible contractor I have ever dealt with. They, not only keep delaying the work but keep lying by saying the will come the next day and never come or send someone Even if we change our mind on the wood color as it did not look as in the sample, they keep delaying. When we requested our money back they did not wanted to and hold big portion of it saying they charge stocking fee, even if the wood was NOT unloaded and did not was on the invoice. We are still waiting to get our refund back after more than one week. And as many people in Houston this was not a change floor pleasure is a need due to Harvey dissaster.

I scheduled a morning appointment almost a week in advance. The day of, no one called or showed up. Based on prior reviews it seems to be a reoccurring pattern. The product pricing is good, but service is lacking.

We set up an appointment with Sam to measure the house for flooring installation.When he did not show up on time, I called to see if he was just running late. He said that we will be shortly. I waited and waited, but he never came. He did not call ever and have not heard from Sam ever since. I will not recommend as there was no professionalism there.

Even though the company had changed, they still had enough of my 7 year old flooring to make the replacement possible without having to re-do the entire floor. And the price was right.
