My home and flooring was 20 years old. Buffaloe Floors And Up came in and replaced all of our carpets. Bedrooms were replaced with a high grade of carpet and the rest of the house was done with engineered flooring. They were very friendly and upfront with what they can do and what we had to do. They set a schedule that was very reasonable for us and allowed us to do what was necessary to accomplish the flooring installation. The project was done as planned and all work was done expertly. Okay. Nice enough. Hard really to see the tiles in their stacks. Drastic difference with the helpfulness of Daltile down the street who pulled tiles out for us to see and gave us samples to take home

From start to finish the team at Buffalo Floors made it about as easy as it can be once I decided to replace the carpet with a hardwood laminate. The installation crew was in and out in less than a day and the floor looks amazing!

My experience with Buffaloe was excellent! Byron was our point person at the store and Daniel was our installer. Byron is extremely knowledgeable about the process and was very patient answering all of our questions and helped with our final product choices. Daniel worked very efficiently and was extremely thorough, careful, and methodical when installing our glass tile. Our final project looks totally gorgeous. Would absolutely recommend Buffaloe!

This place is obnoxious. They refuse to tell you prices so it’s impossible to know if you are even looking within your budget. What is the point of picking something way over your budget, waiting for this place to tell your builder before you find out if you wasted your time? When I asked for a price, the salesperson laughed at me and said ‘you’re in the design district’. Ok buddy, I live in River Oaks...and I don’t like wasting my time or being treated in a demeaning way.

Everyone in this store really knows about the products they sell. I had so many questions about low VOC flooring and they were very helpful. They also have some tile that I have found nowhere else. Many wonderful brands of wood flooring too.

I cannot overstate how happy I am with the service that I received from this company. We have slightly unusual floorboards in our house and we were trying to match the remaining rooms with what we had already there. Byron took an enormous amount of time and care finding the perfect match for us. Carlos installed the new floorboards and I was amazed at how meticulous his team was in providing a great outcome. At the end, they tidied up such that the house was cleaner than when they started! Its nice to see great service.
