I like this place. I always take my jeep cherokee hear but I took my Acura today. I had a pleasant experience as usual.

The team here is always fast. Ive only had one bad encounter when I went for an oil change and a gentleman approached me asking me what I needed when another worker rudely interrupted him, no excuse me or anything, and rudely redirected him to the client before me. Never looking back to say, Im sorry but we have to finish with this customer and will have someone help you shortly. He shut me down and out as if I were invisible. I left that day in order to avoid going there as I do OH SO WELL. So he costed them money that day. Other than this incident, My Sticker has done an awesome job😌

These guys worked really really hard - literally - to find out problems of your car so they can sell you overpriced stuff. I was there for the inspection last month. Firstly, one dude did the inspection and didnt find any issue. Apparently they didnt want to give up - another man came in and started walking around my car and checked every single item carefully. After a few minutes, they came in and told me my windshield wiper blades was too old and the blade came off a little bit - they would fail my inspection unless I buy a new one from them. Meanwhile, another dude started playing with my gas cap for a few min (see pic) and told me that the gas cap was bad and I needed a new one. I insisted he check it with his tools - turned out theres no problem at all, its just too old.So to sum up - these good people worked very, very hard to inspect your car and find problems. If you really want them to find problems and spend money on parts, get some extra cash and come here. However, if you just want to have a quick, no hassle inspection and get your sticker - RUN!

Got my oil changed the guys were quick & fast

Even on a busy Saturday at the end of the month, no wait, took only 10 mins to complete the inspection and I was out the door.

My husband and I have come here for our inspection stickers and after trying several places to have my oil done with no luck (either the places didnt have the filter or would take hours to complete) we decided to stop by. I was treated with respect very kindly by the staff, the waiting area was clean and the wait was very short maybe 20min. The man who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions with actual answers about my car. Was very pleased and will return :) keep up the great work

Highly recommend this place for their great service. I always come here to get oil change for my car. The staff are super friendly. For one who doesnt know much about car, they are extremely helpful. First person I encountered was rude. The next person raised his voice/yelled at me because I accidentally brought the wrong insurance card. I understand I made a mistake by bringing the wrong one but that is not a reason to speak to me in that manner. I had been coming here for years over a decade to be exact and I have never had a bad experience until today. I wont be going back.

First they tell me to pull behind a car and wait. Then they tell me I should have gone inside and waited in line. Then when I got inside, they guy inside helps the lady that arrived 10 minutes after us. So I decide to take my business somewhere else. But I was confronted again by the technician who told me to wait in the first place and was yelled at. 15 minutes of my time wasted. And no inspection. I dont understand the other positive reviews. I received horrible service today.

I dont know if it was me or just a bad experience that day but this job seems very rude not very detailed it seemed like they just thought they were better than everyone. I definitely will not be returning
