I had chipping and faiding on my 2011 Silverado. They restored my passenger rear fender and tailgate to factory mint condition! They matched my factory paint perfectly! When I got into a wreck a few weeks ago my FJ took a beating. My son Wyatt hated seeing his baby hurt, so I needed to take him to a shop that would fix it right, and in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised by my buddy Sam Noor’s recommendation to his affiliate, also Sam, at Bass Collision.They came to pick my truck up from home, and came out to the car rental location to pick me up when my truck was ready.Not only did Bass perform the repairs as promised, they did it right on time, and the quality of work was top notch. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen ten-year-old, sun-damaged yellow paint; but they managed to blend, and paint-match all the panels. Sammy and his team & family run a great body shop! He does high quality work at a very reasonable price. I hydroplaned in my Mustang and the insurance company wanted to total it, but Sammy was able to repair it and it runs like new!

The owner Sammy is honest, doesnt cut corners even tho his prices are amazing, he makes sure to tell you what needs to be done and if there is a more money saving way. a man that gets his younger children to work in his shop during the summer and holiday times is says a lot about his character and values! also hes willing to work with you and very personable!

This place is awesome. Beat Maacos price by a lot. I got rear ended by someone with no insurance and had to pay for my own vehicle to be fixed. They went above and beyond. I took them parts and even without paying or asking they installed them when I came to pick them up. Very quick turnaround. I will refer everyone I know and will be back when I need more paint.

Sam was awesome! Not only was the issue fixed professionally, he went above and beyond. He also worked with my insurance company after identifying further problems that they missed. The whole process was seamless and the value was incredible! Hopefully, I will not ever need to go to a body shop again, but if I do, it will be Bass Collision!

I cannot say enough good things about Bass. My wife was in an accident, and the tow truck driver was a bit pushy about going to Bass. We anticipated the car to be totaled, so it didnt really matter in the moment. Sam and the crew at Bass were able to show that the damage was all cosmetic, and gave an incredible price to get the car looking new again. We had reservations, but Sam walked us through each step, explained the options, and made sure we were happy.They do full service work, so they were able to open a side account for some interior cosmetic repair, and a few odds and ends that happen on an older car. When we drove off of the repair grounds the car was in better cosmetic and functional shape then it had been in for some years.I would highly recommend the shop to friends and family, and will be using them for future needs.Thank you Sam, Carla, and the whole Bass team.

Brought my car in for Sam (manager) to diagnose a non-lit headlamp. Was afraid Id be paying hundreds of dollars for a replacement Xenon HID, plus related parts (e.g. igniter, control unit, etc.), possibly waiting a week or two for my favorite supplier to mail everything from out-of-state. Sam found a local OEM distributor who was able to get the bulb to his shop - within an hour - where he immediately installed it in my car for a very, very reasonable price!

Great work and service, cant thank them enough, they repaired my 2013 vw c.c. and I didnt have to call them not once, and it was ready on time.

Bad customer service and after insurance company gave approval repairs took forever, they gave us like 3 different completion dates. They said the car is finished but they cant release it because they need a supplement from the insurance company that authorized the repair because of a strut.

Absolutely terrible. They blew my engine out and insisted that the car came in that way on top of that i had interior damage done to my car that was not there. Currently working on a law suit.
