Very satisfied with the service. They were able to describe the difference between the work that was needed today, and what work could wait for a few thousand miles. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell or take advantage. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my brakes are performing well now.

I was helped by two managers as they transitioned from brake times. Connor and Cedric were very thorough, explained every detail. Connor even kept me up to date on times my car would be ready as I was there during a lunch break. Great service and great employees!

Needed an oil changes this past weekend. I initially stopped by Jiffy Lube initially but they had a two hour wait. Saw Brake Check and dropped in. They had me in and out in about 10 minutes. I didnt even have a chance to sit down. The guy at the counter was very friendly and professional, and their price was extremely fair. I normally do my own oil changes, but circumstances required that I utilize somebodys services this weekend. Their quick service and fair price now has me reconsidering whether its worth my own time and effort! Good work, Brake Check! Five stars!

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. First of all I did the online price quote. When I get there the guy tells me straight up I don’t know who quoted that price but that ain’t happening sweetheart. I’m like okay whatever I just need my brakes done. My brakes were squeaking and making loud noises. So his technician works on my car for over four hours. I’m thinking brakes are good only for the very next day to hear the same noises again. I go back speak with the manager and tell him what’s going on. He drives my car and comes back & said I definitely hear it. So fix sir I paid you for it. He then said oh you need to drive the car for 500 miles and the noise will stop. BS I have driven the car over 500 miles and still the same noise. Still til this day there hasn’t been any resolution to the problem.

Gabriel has a great team here especially Al.Al took the time to carefully explain potential problems with my truck and did it in a way that I was able to make and informed decision about how to proceed. Give both of them a raise.

The staff prioritized getting my wheel alignment handled quickly for me, routinely updated me while I was waiting, and were generally likeable and friendly to me and everyone else they helped. They made it an efficient and pleasant experience (as much as car maintenance can be). The staff also seems really knowledgable; the main person who helped me has been at this location 17 years. Its likely Il come back when I need an oil change or other basic maintenance.

I have a ridiculously high plywood camper built on my truck and came by before closing on a Sunday. L was able to get me in regardless of the inconvenience and let me know that I needed a new tire with a referral to a shop down the street. Will definitely return. Great service!

These guys couldn’t help me but they were as honest and nice to work with as you could want. No fault of their own my Land Rover Discovery has a bleed value that was corroded to the point it couldn’t come off. They spent an hour and a half with the vehicle and didn’t charge me anything. After I take her to the dealership to have the part replaced I’ll be going back and staying a loyal customer.

I took my car to get new brakes, a few days later there was a grinding sound coming from the rear brakes. He claims the rotors were bad but FAILED TO MENTION THIS WHEN I PAID THE INITIAL $400. Nonetheless he filed them down more so the sound is gone but Ill need new one sooner due to their negligence.

Am so upset right now because the manager told me he was going to do a brake check to see if it was my brakes well he come back with a list of things saying this is what you need and the cost will be 423. and some cents to prepare your car but it wasnt the brakes its something else and my brakes are making noise. Then he had me waiting from 1pm to 6pm didnt tell me he had to order a part for my car . I think he charge me to much for my car and he did because am a woman . This not right for Me. Some one here forgot to lube the oil can and now it can’t be removed not only that I was charged for a new one that was never replaced. Now I’m going to have to get the oil pan replaced

You replaced everything but the problem which was $1900. The problem still was there. The damnest thing was they told me what problem was before I drove off . I am very confused. Spent another $200 today. Never use you again.

Good customer service, was ready for my vehicle at the time of the appointment. Was dissatisfied with the fact that the service I got did not come with a warranty and I was not informed of this prior to the work being done.. This I find will cause me to NOT be a repeat customer. Every other place I have takeny vehicles for front end alignment has came with a 12/12k warranty. I would not recommend this service to others thru your company

This place was great. I dont know his name, but i can only assume he was the manager. Great customer service. He talked me through every step and tried to work with me and prioritized the most necessary fix at that moment. He never pressured me to get my brakes fixed. Got all 4 brake pads and 2 rotors replaced, 2 resurfaced all within 1.5 hours. Great place to go. A little pricey, but the warranty is definitely worth it

I highly recommend this 610 & Ella Brake Check location, I go to them for all my brake and alignment work. The employees there are very professional and get the work done in a timely fashion. The manager Gabe is the best!! Gabe keeps me informed throughout the whole process and makes sure I’m getting a fair price.

Pretty straight forward. I showed up and they replaced my rear pads and turned the rotors in about an hour and for only a small amount more than I could’ve done myself. Bathrooms could use some work.

Showed up and apparently they did not have the wheel lock to do my alignment, apparently its been broken for 2weeks prior to me showing up, would have been nice to have been informed of it when I made my appointment so I could change to another location.

The manager on duty for the afternoon of 9/10/19 could not give me more trouble after attempting to align my vehicle which was previously successfully aligned at this exact same shop WITHOUT issue on 8/25 with a different staff.He claimed the vehicle was too low and then attempted to explain why and did an extremely poor effort in trying to resolve the problem that he created (again, I restate I had this same vehicle aligned without any problems a few weeks ago AT THIS LOCATION).I quickly pointed out the solution to the problem and he did NOT want to hear it. I quickly went down the street to pep boys to have my vehicle aligned WITHOUT any problems. And pep boys down the street does NOT have an in ground rack. The rack actually appears to be HIGHER than the one at this brake check location. I guess you get what you pay for and I will gladly spend more money down the street to not deal with a pompous, rude, front man and to have my vehicle fixed with out any trouble. I am extremely glad I did NOT sign up for the life time alignment here and will gladly do so at pep boys.I have attached photos to support this statement. Receipts and pictures of my car getting aligned on an above ground rack.

I go here whenever I have brake and alignment issues. The gentleman Gabe is one of the most honest mechanics I’ve worked with. Always tells you if there’s any problems and if it’s going to be extra of charge before working on the car while other shops just go on with it. They realized that my control arm had a lot of play AFTER MY ONE TIME ALIGNMENT and said as long as a replaced the part the next alignment was free of charge. I definitely recommend going here and not being worried about being scammed

I had my brake pads, rotors and alignment done here. The gentlemen were very informative, and took me back to see what exactly needed to be done to my car, pointed out the problem parts and explained why my car was making the noises it was. I got a breakdown of my bill, and they were kind enough to apply the discounts that were on the website that I didnt even know about. Overall, I left happy with the service, my car drives waaaay better, and the only reason for a 4 star review is the price, which again I understand with parts and labor adds up. Would come again if my only issue was brakes, but since Im a terrible driver, I probably will always need more work than just brakes!

Oil change: Quick. Competent. Polite.

This is what happen when you take the car to this place. I didnt mind to pay more than $600 dollars because is certified.Once the tire came out we found out that they didnt change the rear brakes. I asked them why the tire fall off and they dont have any answers for it. The only answer they have is that I have to pay MORE money to fix it.Thanks Good this didnt happen on the freeway.

Charged full price for an incomplete alignment, caster measurements were left in (red) extreme negative! My entire front suspension was replaced the day before and technician could not figure out why he couldnt get casters in (green) even though front suspension is completely new!

Came here after an alignment place threw my whole truck outta wack, these guys down here took care of the problem & understood on what the issues were, they took great care of my truck!

The manager was very nice, professional, and I experienced very friendly service. Our brake job, oil change, and tire alignment got done all in 2 hours. When it comes to cars, I am very unknowledgeable, and so he recommended and showed us the work that needed to be done with the car, which was much different compared to other shops that don’t care enough to talk with the customer. Overall, mynew go to shop for oil, brakes, and tire alignment.

I brought 3 cars to do my oil changeChrovelet traverse 09, Toyota Avalon 03, Hyundai sonata 07....all got the stander oil change...the one thing that surprised me was when I brought my Hyundai 07, a 4 cylinder (smaller engine) in to get an oil change and the price was way higher then the other two vehicle...yeah I made up my mind these people are bunch of hustlers and dont wanna give good quality work for the right price....Other receipts had the number of quarts the car took in and this one didnt, yeah kind of funny...

Okay the guy is nice and all but I paid 80 dollars for an alignment and I get my car is a little old it’s a year 2000 but the guy said he did an alignment 3 times and he couldn’t fix it not to mention my car goes to the right and he kept saying it goes to the left I wouldn’t quite recommend especially if you’re paying 80 bucks for an alignment
