Always great service and honest as can be had to do a tune up but even their own staff said if I had a dependable mechanic would be my best bet after the diagnostic was done will be bring my vehicles here from now on

Called Chuck after leaving another place and he was amazing by providing needed information over the phone. He was kind and gave me wait times which lucky me were none. When I arrived, the guys in the shop mad I didnt get names) were again kind offering the southern hospitality feel which made me feel comfortable. They worked together as a team to get me in and out quickly. Great work, great management, great teamwork guys!!!

Stopped by for a quick oil change and getting a flyer in the mail for 20.00 off. I was able to pull right into the bay.Josh the assistant manager greeted me and with in a minute or less I could feel the guy underground begin to drain my old engine oil.They checked all my fluids, tires, cabin air filter , engine air filter and I was out in less than 10 minutes. I was offered water and a snack as I waited in my car

Josh was assisting with my needs. both of them were kind and sweet offering me water while I completed my course work.Chuck is the manager , he was very helpful with the information I needed about my car. He also took time to come out and say hello.Quite atmosphere, they complete the job in a timely manner and I drove away feeling safer to drive on the road. Came here for the first time this Saturday morning to get my oil changed. I told the manager Chuck when I got there I would like to make this place my regular oil change place. He assured me he could convince me to do that. Well they did. Great service and great employees. Thank you guys.

Just got new tires, everyone was super sweet and helpful and they did the work in the time quoted, the lobby was clean and cool, I had gotten an online quote with additional charges and I didnt need them and they didnt try to make me pay anything unnecessary, Im very grateful and will definitely be back for other services needed!

Very friendly service got me in very quickly and were very informative with what was being done to my vehicle. Josh went above and beyond both on the phone and in person, giving me all the information I needed and even helping me out with pricing, customer service off the charts. I have been here several times for work on my car and my boyfriends car. Each time is a friendly experience. They are very knowledgeable, quick, and professional. They changed out the oil on my car, the coolant, Freon, and aired up my tires all under 30 minutes. For my boyfriend they have done oil changes quickly and well. They even help solved a engine light problem in about 10 minutes. Not mention the price is reasonable for all the service we get.I would highly recommend to use them for your car needs.

Eron was amazing ! I had already drove so many miles to evacuate hurricane Laura. I cried all through the state I lost everything. I drove all the way through Texas. I was headed to my hometown in Illinois. From the time I called to ask if an appointment was needed to driving from the establishment after the oil change. Amazing customer service, Quality work as well as reasonable prices. Eron even looked at my windshield wipers and offered a coupon. When I move back to Texas I have my favorite place already set.

Paid $36.47 for an oil change after all was said and done; went on Tuesday for the $5 ladies day discount. Haven’t paid below $40 for an oil change in I don’t know how long (and I drive a Honda Fit). Hands down—best service, best pricing. In and out in under 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

I drove up this morning with no appointment and was able to get in/out in less than 30 minutes for an oil change. The young man that greeted me was polite and friendly. We were traveling home and a tire wouldn’t hold air. They looked at it and determined it wasn’t repairable. Replacement tires weren’t in stock but the team here put on my spare for no charge to get us on our way. Class act!

I’ve visited this place twice now and the staff is incredible, both times I was helped by a red haired young man who was very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here because it’s great.The place is very professional and clean , and I’m impressed with how fast they are.

So far so good. Dropped off 2 of my vehicles and left one there to be looked at and will be bringing the other back tomorrow to fix and take home. Very honest over the phone and what we were told was exactly what happened. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Josh was attentive, personable and transparent about what was needed and what I could probably do on my own at my discretion. This was a completely different experience from a couple of years ago. Super friendly & super quick! Went in for an oil change and happened to go on a Tuesday which is Ladies day and received an extra $5 off! My husband and I were in and out in about 15 minutes, didnt even have to get out of the car! This was our first time here but will definitely be returning for any future car needs!

Went there for an oil change and a brake check because this other oil change company told me I needed my brakes changed immediately *felt as if they were trying to get extra money out of me* long story short i actually didnt need any new brakes. These guys gave my brakes a thorough inspection along with great customer service. This will definitely be my go to auto shop for any minor auto repairs.

This place is amazing. The construction on FM 1960 has made it tough getting into the place but it is worth the extra effort. All staff i have encountered are honest and fair. Service is speedy and the waiting room is clean with coffee and a nice selection of magazines to choose from. My oil change took about 10 minutes. The techs inform you about the needs of your car but never pressure me into buying something i do not want.

I came in for my car’s oil change and not only they did that, but they also rotated my tires in less than an hour. Adam was very knowledgeable about everything being done to my car and he explained everything in detail. Their customer service and professionalism is unlike any other place. Stopped by for an oil change while on my lunch break today and this service is unmatchable! I got to this location for my oil change at about 1:15pm and was done by 1:30! They really aren’t lying when they say it’s a 10 minute oil change, amazing. The customer service is excellent at this location. Chuck was so nice and friendly. He told me all of my available options for oil as I have never been here before and which type would be best for my car in the long run, which was very appreciated. I was also offered water due to the extreme heat. This topped off the service I received! It was a very thoughtful gesture. Bless those guys hearts working in that garage in this heat, I couldn’t imagine.. Chuck really does work so hard and you can see it. Get that man 10 fans please!!!! He deserves it. Extremely reliable service. Rolled up for an oil change I needed since I’m about to drive halfway across the country. I drive a little 428i BMW, and the total for a synthetic oil changed worked out to right around $70. On top of that, having mentioned to the owner I’m about to make a long drive, Chuck (super friendly & sociable guy/owner) went out of his way to check all belts and top off my coolant.Awesome service, no BS hidden fees for services I didn’t ask for, nothing shady about the whole operation. 5 stars

I very highly recommend this place. Chuck who is the manager will give you a no nonsense diagnostic and not try to sell you what you dont need. He will make recommendations but will not take advantage of anyone. Theyre extremely trustworthy and great mechanics and the repairs are done in a very quick timeframe. I will be bringing my cars here for all repairs from now on.
