Sonia is the absolute best! For years I have always done my own eyebrows and settled for the way they looked because I could never find someone who did them the way I really liked. Until Sonia! Ive seen her twice now, and I have never been happier with my brows. She takes her time, is so nice, and professional. The place itself is very cute and clean as well, located in a great area. I loved it here. My friend recommended it to me and I was a bit nervous because I have gotten a rash before in another place. Anyways I make my appointment on the same day and the staff is so nice and friendly. As soon as you walk in it is very nicely decorated and I forgot the girls name who did my wax but she makes you feel so comfortable. I was not nervous or anything! She also is very knowledgeable about waxing and explains the next steps in detail. I will be back for sure! I got a discount for it being my first Brazilian 😏

The best waxing studio in Houston! I used to drive all the way from The Woodlands just to go to Serene Wax Boutique. I have been waxing for 15 years and have tried multiple locations before finding them, its been more than two years now. Sonia, Stephanie and Jessica are great. Highly recommend it!

I found this place by luck and love it. I went to a different salon that used hard wax and had a horrible experience during and after my waxing. The technicians are wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the price! I will never go to a different salon again.

I absolutely loved my first visit to Serene. Honestly, this is the best wax experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend Jessica! Shes super professional - gave me so many tips and shared her knowledge on waxing and hair removal. Shes also super sweet! One thing that really shined for me about this wax salon is the type of wax they use is cream based. My pain level was substantially less than Ive ever experienced before. That, alone, is a huge reason I will be back. I love the look and feel of the place. Its pampering, inviting, and so much more fun than your usual chain wax establishment. Ill be back again - no doubts about it!

I would never go anywhere else for a Brazilian Sonia is amazing and everyone I have encountered is super friendly have been a customer for a little over a year and wouldnt trust anyone or any place else! My skin is sensitive but their soft wax is amazing always soft!! I love Serene!!!

Serenely Wax Boutique is absolutely wonderful! It was my first time trying a Brazilian, and Jessica was extremely personable and made the entire experience comfortable and painless. Ive heard horror stories surrounding Brazilian waxes, but my experience was so, so far from what I anticipated. I will happily, and without hesitation, make an appointment with them again. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Got my eyebrows waxed after 4 years. Im still trying to grow them out and she was so nice and careful not to over wax. She gave me exactly what I wanted and even gave me advice on how to continue to grow them and fill them in the meantime. Ill definitely be back, thank you!

Simply the best waxing spot ever. Jessica, Sonia and Stephanie are the absolute best. It doesn’t matter who waxes you, they are all amazeballs. Do yourself a favor and just get the wax package because you’ll definitely be coming back over and over and over again.

This is the only place I trust with my unruly brows. I used to go here because I worked nearby and I also had a friend that lived around the corner, and though both my work and my friend have left the area, I go out of my way to continue going to Serene every few weeks. I hardly ever remember to make an appointment, and am able to walk-in and sometimes even be seen right away. No matter who I end up with, I get the same quality of service which is really rare! Its a small shop with a small staff and they really take care of their customers. I highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here exclusively since early 2016 and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else!!!!! Jessica is amazing (she’s starting to feel like family LOL) and the staff are always so friendly when I come! Never a bad experience, ever!!!! I was already hesitant when I come in because the place was DIRTY. I thought Id give them a chance, but they burnt my skin including my eyelid skin while doing my eyebrows!! Please be careful of these inexperienced people. The place is also unhygienic and dirty!

Let me first start out by saying I am no stranger to body waxing and I have been going to a well known waxing center chain for the past 4 years to get basically everything done, so I was a bit nervous trying out a new waxing place! ESPECIALLY when I heard they use soft wax with strips instead of what I am used to - hard wax without strips.When I walked in I immediately started to calm down because I was greeted with a friendly front desk staff, and the lobby was very elegant and trendy.Much different than the corporate wax center look with the clinical feeling. The thing I liked best (besides my waxing services) was at the end, the front desk staff did not try and pressure me to buy a waxing services package, so I felt no pressure at all, and I left in a GREAT mood.Ive heard horror stories of soft wax/strip waxing before I was a guest at the other well know waxing center, but after leaving Serene, I was thinking about my service and how it went, and I am actually surprised that it hurt MUCH LESS than the hard wax at the waxing center chain.Stephanie B was my waxer and she was very thorough and professional. She did my Brazilian and under arms, and I HIGHLY recommend her. I loved her so much I rebooked with her again in 4 weeks! Her personality was friendy, seemed well put together, she seemed like she really liked her job! Stephanie did a GREAT job on my services- very thorough! Even in the hard to reach places! At the other waxing center, they can only go so far, I guess,or they dont care because they are timed with their services until the next customer, but Stephanie got even the most awkward hard to reach places.

I went to SWB for a bikini wax after being turned away by Pretty Kitty who could not service me for another hour and 45 minutes.; and I am so glad they did! Talk about divine intervention!!!! I was in a hurry and it was my first ever wax so I was pretty nervous. Then I met Jessica, she was professional, quick, eased my fears and had a joyful personality. I was just waiting for the pain as she talked me through the process. OMG I was still talking and she was done, no pain. My underarm wax the previous day at another spa was more painful....Are U kidding me? This young lady is a Wax Goddess ! I will be returning for all of my future waxing needs. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention, smooth as a babys bottom. Lol
