I had my wax with Adrianna. First time here for Brazilian wax. The receptionist was nice and sweet. Adriana was sweet as well. But not all hair was removed. I had some wax in butt too lol. I don’t know whether she was just rushing to proceed to the next client.

Came here a few weeks ago as a first timer for wax. I unfortunately didnt really have the best experience and was at my appointment a lot longer than I expected. I had to leave my appointment after some time and left with an incomplete service.I called the next day to speak to the manager. I was pleased to feel the manager genuinely cared to take care of my service in a way that it should have been. She set up an appointment the next day along with a complimentary exfoliator. I had a completely different experience the second visit and left happy. I will continue to return for wax treatments.

I’ve had two Brazilian waxes done by Krys, and I’ve never had such a better experience! I’m not new to Brazilian waxes. Before coming to this location and to Krys, I’ve always had some left over wax or hair after a session. It felt like others were rushing the process and didnt actually pull the hair by the roots. Krys, on the other hand, did an AMAZING job of removing the hair quickly while minimizing the pain as much as possible. She is also very down to earth and easy to talk to, so she made the whole process very pleasant. I am definitely going back!

This was my first time coming here. I was reading the reviews online beforehand why several great ones about Adriana. They were accurate reviews. She is awesome, awesome, awesome. The young lady at the front was also very friendly and welcoming.

Jocelyn is such an amazing wax specialist. She knowledgeable, personable, and the results of her waxing lasts much longer than other places.My issue is with the front desk staff. Seems like they’re literally there to take payment and that’s all. Every waxing special I learned of through Jocelyn. Each time I go to her she recommends me a new special that the front desk staff has never made me aware of.Today I called to make an appointment for a friend and I and was informed that my friend would have to call to make her own appointment. I then called another EWC right down the street and made the appointment with no issue.

For my first time this experience was amazing ! Miss Crystal was amazing and did an awesome job ! I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and calm. I loved it! I highly recommend her.

EWC Meyerland is my absolute favorite location! I’ve been a customer for years now. I’ve been to many locations (when I absolutely have to) but this location is by FAR my favorite. I was immediately greeted by the office manager Stephanie when I arrived and escorted to the back. My esthetician Crystal was personable and made the process as painless as possible. I come to this location faithfully based on my excellent experience with the staff. The front desk hostess Alexious, is always great in greeting me and following the new safety precautions before my appointment. I personally go to 2 waxers, Crystal and Naja, who are both amazing at their jobs! My waxes barely hurt and they make sure to leave me without leftover hairs after my wax. Great location and I would definitely recommend the Meyerland European Wax Center to all my friends!!

I’ve been going to this location since 2017. They have always been very professional and clean. Naajia is the one. I know this may sound cliche but she is the G.O.A.T at this location. I am a person who likes to stick with one person when I find my person. I don’t like dealing with different people every time. I ended up in Naajia’s hands when I received a wax but was not 100 percent satisfied but when I tell you all she took care of me she did!!. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all it was like I was going to my friend to let her do my Brazilian. Lol. She makes it as painless as possible with that being said everyone’s tolerance for pain is different. She has her way of doing things and it works. I only go to her and if she’s not there I’m not going. I make sure to have my next appointment booked with her before I get off the table.

My waxer Joselyn is very thorough and very nice. She is very informative. Always on time and she never rushes if the client before was late. The people at this location are very professional and show great customer service.

Maybe lets try a better and more personable receptionist.. no enthusiasm or nothing... I asked how she was doing and no response.. if my daughters appt was today at 2PM I would have canceled.. but going forward Ill try another location maybe I can get better customer service when calling inquiring about something..***Also i just was told that my daughter who is a college student in Orlando was trying to set up her account and the young lady at the front did not assist her even after the person that did her services asked her to assist my daughter... it was very very rude and my daughter was unhappy and confused as to how to set up her account fle Orlando.

Ive been getting waxed for quite some time and coming to this location I felt like my skin is about to rip off which I feel like that at any location and Im use to it. I know its required to wear a mask due to covid when you come inside, so the receptionist comes outside and ask me were my mask was (which was in my hand at the time) she says you need to wear it when you come inside and the way she said it was rude. I work in Healthcare and wear a mask all day so of course I already knew I had to wear it before I can get waxed but, if Im waiting my turn outside Im allowed to have it off for a bit. I have found another waxing business that doesnt make me feel like my skin is being ripped off and is cheaper to

I went to a new waxer today named Crystal, since my normal waxer no longer works for the company. Crystal was AMAZING she made my wax so smooth and easy and was very nice and friendly. I am definitely sticking with Crystal as my waxer. Also the receptionist Kayla was such a beautiful soul she was so nice and cheerful. Give both of these ladies a raise!! Today was my first time at European Wax Center, I normally go to Beautique but with everything going in I thought I would give them a try since they are much closer to my home. I read the reviews online and decided to make an appointment with Adriana because she has excellent reviews. I certainly see why! She is awesome! I got a bikini full and it was my first time getting it all off. She made me feel really comfortable and explained everything. It also helped that we are of same ethnicity and she understood the coarseness of my hair and how to take care of it. I booked my next appointment before I left and am very excited about my new journey! If you are reading this and are wondering if you should take a chance, do it! Book with her, you will not regret it.
