Very professional and attentive thank you so much Danny for helping me through my chair rental for my wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful and my guest were stunned with how nice and comfortable the chairs were.

Had a super last minute request for a large event over a weekend and Danny was super helpful in getting us facilitated and taken care of. They went above and beyond and were available at all hours for a phone call to discuss needs.The tent they threw up was perfect and sturdy, and their team made sure nothing of the surrounding area/the ground was damage. Even with stakes in the ground they walked away with it looking like no one had ever been there. Will absolutely be using them again.

He went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I had the rentals we needed for our wedding and was amenable to us adding items a few weeks before the wedding. He even did a site visit to the venue and provided location options for the tent. Unfortunately, we had to postpone and ultimately cancel our wedding because of the coronavirus pandemic. Jeremy helped us navigate this difficult decision with compassion, empathy, and understanding. If we ever reschedule our wedding, we will be sure to use Peerless Events and Tents for our chairs, tables, and tent needs. They offer reasonable prices and their quality of service is unbeatable.

I have used several party rentals over the past several years but had the best service from Peerless. Their tents and other equipment are always clean and in good condition. This year, in addition to the annual 30-40 person Thanksgiving luncheon, I hosted a Hanukkah party and was expecting 70-80 people. We went to their showroom and met with Annette and she was so helpful. She agreed to deliver everything I would need for the Hanukkah party (tent, tables, chairs and linens) at the time they delivered for Thanksgiving. This was a 2 week spread but they only charged me a1-1/2 day rental fee. I also found that I was missing my napkins for the Hanukkah party and Annette delivered them personally. The guys who set up the tent were very professional and the Anette offered great customer service. Highly recommend.

Every moment of this rental was perfect. Quick responses, with a great attitude even when I changed my invoice like 5 times in one week. The sales staff was easy to talk to and helped me every step of the way. Drop off was in the time window. Service was professional. Pick up the same. Products were sturdy and easy to put together. I experienced the most amazing customer service and attention to detail at Peerless Events & Tents. I desperately needed white garden folding chairs for my daughters wedding Memorial Day weekend. When I tell you it was a last minute believe me, it was last minute! I called Peerless and to my surprise the chairs were available. I opted to pick up my order. We used Peerless Events & Tents for a holiday party. I worked with Patrick Hardesty and he was such a great help. Being that this was my first party, I was on edge and very frazzled, but Patrick assured me everything would turn out great and it did. We ordered a clear tent and cafe lighting, tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware and tableware. His advice to use flooring and heaters was a life saver and saved the party in unpredictable Houston weather. Peerless (formerly Houston Party Tent and Event) is an AMAZING rental company. Houston is full of very talented special event professionals and there are many companies to choose from when selecting a vendor. Peerless makes it easy - they have a great team of employees that take the guess work and worry out of events. James is the resident Tent Expert and can tent any and everything, while paying special attention to the surroundings and preserving the area with as little impact from the tent as possible. He oversees all of his events personally and is on site for complex installs to confirm the clients vision is carried out by his crew. The on site tent and delivery crews are all full of guys that have great personalities who are quick to jump in and do whatever you need them to. They pay attention to where they are and who is around so you never have to worry that they wont be equally as professional and polite to patrons and clients. Annette and Jeanette in the office are LIFESAVERS. You can call on them with any request, small, large, or very last minute (as in, Im on my way now to pick up a last minute need for my client! HELP!) and they are quick to provide what you need and with excellent customer service. The rentals and tents are always super clean and make you wonder why you went elsewhere before.

I Peerless for my wedding 10/20/2018 and they were truly amazing! The ordering process was simple with a lot to choose from. Delivery was on prompt and gave us plenty of time to arrange. Would definitely recommend again!

Prices Are NEVER consistent. I have requested quotes on multiple occasions and each time I receive a quote it is different from the online price. The sales girl try to tell me that because it is high peak season the prices go up. Thats BS. I had a quote done 2 months before for the same day and there was not a peak season fee tacked on to my order. Heres a helpful tip: You are an event rental company. Your prices should be consistent with your advertisements. If the prices change because of seasons you should not list them on your site, or you should list them as starting at $$ and up or you should make an amendment telling consumers that your prices change due to season. Another issue I had with them is that they sneak in ridiculous fees wherever they can. I am an event planner in Beverly Hills. I deal with contracts and vendors on a daily basis and they by far take the cake when it comes to BS. Other people may not pick up on it because they do not know any better, but my advice is pay attention to what you are paying for and dont let some company BS you into paying more for nothing. Renter beware!!!

Communication (from the time we ordered the dance floor to when they delivered it) was great. They answered all of our questions promptly. Delivery and setup were great and the guys worked quickly. The floor was as we expected it to be and was worth the cost. The one reason I gave this review four stars and not five was because they arrived for pickup an hour after the party was over. The venue was already locked up, so we had to get security to return. But other than that one snag, we were very happy with this company and will be repeat customers. We definitely recommend them if you want to rent a reasonably priced dance floor.

Rented a few tables and a dance floor. The dance floor was so necessary and the tables looked great! Delivery on a Saturday was a breeze and they picked up their items the following Monday.

I have used them 2 years and everything has been great except this year when they delivered the dishes to our venue, i was told he would not take them upstairs for me because I didnt tell them that when I placed the order. I had to carry the dishes upstairs my self. Very disappointed in that.

This is an awesome company to rent all your party supplies from. The entire staff are extremely professional, & friendly and always on time with delivery. I enjoy using Houston Party Tent and Event for all my events.

The quality of their tables and chairs are good but they lack of communication. We are not open on Mondays so when clients rent furniture usually we are given a two hour window for the pickup time. Peerless could not give any information on when they would pick up making it difficult to coordinate with staff. Their hours are 8am to 5pm but no one answered after we called 3x. The voicemail system would not allow me to leave a message before cutting off after 10 seconds.They dropped off the furniture an hour before the scheduled time on Friday and forgot half the order needing to go back and return. This causes undue stress on our clients.

We had an awesome experience with this company!!!! As soon as I talked to Denise at Houston Party Tents and Event, I knew this was the tent company I would use for my wedding reception. After several months of back and forth on the quote I went to their office to finalize the plans. Their place is amazing and all of the staff very nice. We got a grand tour of the facility and got to see how tents are washed in a huge washing machine!! Who knew such a thing even existed?! My fiancé and I met with James and he was able to answer all of our questions, address our concerns and even found several ways to save us money!The wedding was 8/17/13 and everything went perfectly!My father said the installation team was polite and professional. They arrived on time and finished on schedule. This was very important as all of our vendors were on a tight time frame to be completed on time. The tent was clean as were all of the rental items. The AC was COLD. The setup went off without a hitch! We had a last minute need Saturday morning. My day of planner called the office and said she expected the worst since tent companies are closed Saturday.. but they had an answering service who routed our call to someone who called her back within 30 minutes, amazing!! We paid for the additional items and they had them setup on time. The reception was amazing and everyone was talking about how beautiful it was!! We were on our honeymoon by the next day, but I was told the dismantling of the tent went well also.BRAVO! BRAVO! to Houston Party Tents and Events for exceeding our expectations and helping us create the wedding of our dreams!!!!
