ACME Party & Tent always takes good care of us here at Wildcat Golf Club. Their pick-up/delivery process is always on point, and even when we call them last minute for items in need, they are always very accommodating. We host a wide variety of events, and it comes in handy having a company like ACME due to their wide range of products they can offer.

The team at Acme Party & Tent Rental are the best in the business! They pay very close attention to detail and make sure that their customers are completely satisfied. They made sure we had everything we needed for our event and even thought of things we didnt even know we were missing. Thank you Acme for helping us put together a flawless event!

I recently rented chairs and tables for my 10 year old child’s birthday party. I have rented in the past and have also referred many to rent with Acme on S. Post Oak. When I contacted them I was told that policy changed and there is a minimum $100 requirement even though I was the one that had to pick up and return the items. Fortunately the rep was kind enough to waive it this time around which was appreciated. However, today I’m giving 1 star because of the cleanliness of the items. The tables had mud and dirt on the legs of the tables and definitely wasn’t good for my hardwood inside of my house. The chairs had sticky spots and such on them which I had to wipe down. I did attempt to contact the office about my complaint prior to writing this review but I was told no one was available to speak with so I was transferred to a general voicemail. It has now been a week and no one has called me back. I will make sure not to do business with them again! It was okay to charge me but when it comes to taking a complaint no one is ever available!!! Typical business practice I guess!

I am a customer for life! I was over 50 minutes late (on a Friday before a major holiday!) picking up my rentals and they stayed open until I was able to get there and get my order loaded. And they were super nice about it -- especially Jacob! Honestly the best customer service ever -- above and beyond!

Always day and reliable. Reasonable pricing and quality materials. Well packaged for self pickup. Love the convenience and large selection. One start party place. They think of all the details.

I had rented a tent, tables and chairs for a party on 2/28. Due to weather, we had to cancel at the last minute. They were INCREDIBLY nice about it. They even waived the (very reasonable) cancellation fee. I will definitely use them if I ever need rentals again, and would recommend them to others. Clearly customer service is a priority to this company!

I worked with ACME recently for an event I threw for my boss. The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone at ACME was incredibly helpful and professional. They helped me figure out what we needed and walked me through the reservation and the contract process. I was a little worried because I wasnt sure exactly what time the equipment would arrive. But everyone communicated so well with each other and with me. The day of the event, everything arrived early and was set up quickly. They got the layout exactly how I wanted it. The event was a huge success and everything was flawless. A huge part of that is due to ACMEs amazing crew. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I rented tables, chairs and linens for a party at my house. The price was decent and they were conveniently located. I went and picked them up, and that process was pretty easy, some of the staff in the loading bays were sort of rude, but whatever; everything else about the experience was fine. If you are picking up, come early with your patience and prepared to wait a little. Its really more like 3 1/2 stars. I would probably use them again.

Called to get quote on rental . Still have yet to get back with me. Very unprofessional. Luckily I found another rental company who was more then happy to help!

Best price in town. They delivered when they said they would. And, picked them up in a timely manner. Pleasant to work with. Have used them several times and will do so again.

We have used them several times and the Staff thinks of everything to make your event sparkle.... and they have such an extensive inventory. Acme is in the know on current trends for impressive events with lasting impact.

Worst company ever. Never delivered the tables, etc.... we ordered. When we called them to find out when they would be there, they could not tell us the delivery time. Our contract stated they would be there by 9:00 am. It was now 10:30. We were one hour from our event starting. We cancelled at that point.They REFUSED to refund any of the money - over $500.00, because we cancelled since they never delivered. The manager Adam was very rude and told me to dispute with the credit card company because they dont refund. I asked to speak to the owner, John. Ive left numerous voicemails for him and he has never bothered to call back. I guess a small order like ours doesnt matter.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. SHADY AT BEST. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.

We have been using there services for close to two years for our events. They have done a great job.

My company bought a tailgate package from ACME for the last Texans game. It was better than I expected for the price. I didnt know they made tents like this. Everything was ready for us on Sunday morning. All we had to do was move the tables around and plug our TV in. I will definitely call them again for our next outing.

Ive used Acme Party and Tent for both Suntronic & Smile Avenue Family Dentistry events! We use them every year for Suntronic party rentals for many years now: Chairs, tables, bar tables, etc. and i recommended them to Smile Avenue Family Dentistry for Bar table rentals for their grand opening. Each time we rent with them they have been an absolute delight! You get to talk to a real person and dont transfer you from person to person. Recently i couldnt meet my return date because of an emergency and their customer service was absolutely great. They were so flexible and understanding. 5 stars for Acme Party and Tent! I called to inquire about renting something and the young lady who answered the phone told me that they didnt rent it, but as it turns out - she didnt even know what I was asking for or what it was used for. How can you say you dont rent something before you even understand what it is?No faith that they would be able to support my event after that!

First of all I would like to start with an advice: STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! My first impression was awesome. Could not be different after some reasonable discounts considering I was paying in cash. But here goes the truth: They don´t know how to work with people. They don´t know how to handle problems. I was in my weeding day with a lot of things pending to do and they called me with a problem in my credit card telling me if the information was not updated right away the order was going to be cancelled. It was not all... Avoid any unexpected situation, because apparently they don´t know what is unexpected situation and they will charge you every single penny of the supposed discount they gave you in the beggining. I could not be more disappointed. The delivery is in their time and who cares about having a planning day, right? HORRIBLE service and disgusting people to work with. Quality was just ok. Some tables was not really in good conditions.

Everyone was very helpful. Emily got me checked in and got my materials ready for me to load in my truck and I was out in less than a hour.

Over priced, weak and made poorly. White Stanchions - filthy, divots, didnt use because they were so unpresentable! Poor customer service. Said they would give me better stuff if I even came back.

Disappointed. I do events all over the country. We decided to use Acme based on their professional affiliations. While the quality of the items delivered was acceptable, we were charged for a damaged linen. The linen was not damaged by us and despite the fact we had a damage waiver and several email conversations, they still charged us a replacement fee. I now have had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I deal with rental companies all over and never have I encountered such an issue. Acme has lost a repeat customer for a number of events in the area.

ACME came to the rescue. The company we used every to provide the tent, table and chairs for annual event bailed on us last minute. I called ACME and they made things happen. The price was right, setup and teardown were on time. They will be my go-to in the future.

Horrible costumer Service, i rented glassware and I was short 6 glasses, when I talked to the manager to make sure Not to be charge for the missing glasses he was very rude, first he told me that was impossible and than he told me that he was working on a big order and that he was not going to worry about 6 glasses, he made feel like my business was not important because was a small order, I’ll never come back again!!

Just rushed over here from work to make it before they closed at 5 just to have two lazy cows sit on their butts and not open the door for me. I made it around 4:45 and just wanted to inquire about how to rent chairs for my wedding. The whole store front is glass top to bottom so I know they saw and heard me knocking and I even moved down to knock on the window sitting right in front of them. They just sat on their computers pretending not to see me but I saw one of them look up at me and then away. Once I realized they were purposely ignoring me I left but they wont ever have to worry about me bothering them again because I will be taking my business somewhere else. Btw, this place looks really dingy and disorganized (you can see inside) so Im sure their products are too. What business has a dirty, dingy disorganized showroom like this smh

Acme has been the provider of our stage for the festival since its inception. They are always on time and always provided great customer service.
