The staff who dropped off the tables and chairs were very kind and considerate. Their prices were reasonable and the owner of the company, Alex, was very communicative. This was a great experience.

This is our second time weve rented with Party Rentals of Houston. We had a great experience the first time that we decided to use their services for our parents anniversary party. They were very accommodating. They even provided a tarp-like layout right next to the wet slide that was part of the bounce house so that our feet wouldnt get muddy from the wet grass, at no additional cost! We really appreciated that! Alex was great and helpful! We enjoyed the snow cones too especially with the non-messy bottles of syrup! Our parents loved it and had a great time! We will definitely use them again!

We rented from Party Rentals for my daughter’s first birthday. They were prompt with all responses and answered all questions. On the day of delivery, setupwas done quickly. We rented a bounce house for my niece and nephews to celebrate being out of school. We loved the set-up and the snow cone machine that came with everything needed and snow cone syrup to choose from. Party Rentals was very great to work with! Just would have appreciated being notified the day before of the window time for setup, but they did call and text the day of and were very professional, no hassle. They are very timely to respond to you and in their delivery and pick-up. We had to reschedule due to weather and they were very accommodating for us to reschedule, deeply appreciated that! We will definitely use their service again!!

We rented a bounce house w water slide and popcorn machine for my sons birthday party and they arrived early, set up very quickly, sanitized the equipment twice and were very easy to communicate with. the only snag was that the popcorn machine door wouldnt close all the way but we just put a small heavy cup in front of it and all was well! the popcorn was absolutely delicious. the kids jumped and bounced until they came back to pick everything up that evening and Alejandro was super friendly. i would definitely book again. thanks again guys!

Easy to find. Easy to pay. Drop off was early, convenient, and took no time at all for setup. Slide was sanitized and rules were explained immediately after setup. Slide picked up on time. Kids had a blast all day. Perfect for my daughters 5th birthday party.

Excellent communication leading up to the day. They are VERY responsive via text which is what I used with them and it made it easy. The drop off time and pick up time where exactly as scheduled and they literally put it up and take it down in 10 mins which is awesome. Our unit was clean when it arrived and they cleaned again on so that was a big plus. Will use them again.

Excellent, prompt service took care of an ordering mistake I made. The initial order I placed would not have worked as I did not measure my backyard correctly and ordered a product that was too large. I realized this two nights before the birthday party. I sent an after business hours message to Party Rentals of Houston via their contact information on the website. I received a response within 10 mins. Fortunately, they had a product that would fit in my backyard and delivered it on time. For any future events I will definitely utilize this company.

Very seamless setup and takedown! We had a blast all the way up until they picked it up! The delivery guys even helped us get out in the end! They cleaned and sanitized upon pickup and were also accommodating with the rain by allowing us to have some extra time! Will be renting from here again :)

I rented a combo water slide connected with a bounce house from this company for the first time, because my usual spot was fully booked well PARTY RENTALS OF HOUSTON they have my business for life.
