I was lucky enough to be found on LinkedIn by Michelle Hill From Agency 8 in Houston. Michelle is unlike any recruiter I’ve worked with in the past...she is actively present through the whole process. What I mean is some recruiter’s forget about you - I had one that stated they would check in on me weekly which never happened & that was three months ago. I had the privilege of working with Michelle and she was by far my favorite out of the 5 or so that I worked with from various other agencies. She was easy to talk to and quick to respond. If you had a preference in communication, she would honor your request. Within a week I was able to schedule my first interview and within another week, my second.
