I’m so shocked about the experience I’ve had with this Modis. They found my application on Indeed and reached out about an opportunity with Electrify America. I was excited bc it seemed perfect! With Covid going on this work from home position would be perfect.After passing multiple interview processes I received a verbal offer. I asked for a written offer letter for my consideration that was denied for 2 days before I received one. After receiving a informal written offer I was reaching out to my recruiter for clarification on the terms. Not only did she give me completely false information she became very unhinged on the phone. Going as far as threatening to retract my offer after asking questions pertaining to the jobs PTO and holiday pay and having up the phone in my face.To protect my offer I wrote her superiors about my experience and it went as fair as speaking on the phone to her superior for 2 hours.When her manager wrote me another informal written offer letter with accurate information I asked for an extra day to consider. When I called back to officially accept the offer she said that “she needed to have a meeting with EA because it seemed they overstated” this was after telling her I had turned down 2 offers for this job. Come 2 days later she says the position was no longer available.I believe that I was discriminated against after trying to protect myself from her disgruntled recruiter. She told me that my email was “upsetting” completely turning the situation on me and blocking me from a great opportunity. Stay far away!!

Susan Duenkel is the most ignorant recruiter I have ever seen. She contacted me first, then chat. Then when she asked for the compensation, I told my range. She then tried to lowball her own customer by stating that a 4-6 years experienced SDE can only make $65K a year? 100K is only for 7-10 years of experience? What planet are you living in?Not even a good bye and wish best of luck at the end of phone call, just hung up.Ignorant!

I worked through a layer (Arkhya tech inc) for this Company and didnt paid me and reached an employee Lilian.Vargas for pay and i think they have a linkups and they Supported them and later they said they will pay and i requested for pay for 1 year later they said they didnt have money pay , guys 1 year literally they showed us torcher and now they are not Responding

Had a great time meeting with Taylor a Manager that works for Modis. Very upbeat and positive attitude. Very helpful with getting the job I wanted. I recommend this agency because it is the best agency I have been to. Very professional and clean atmosphere.

This staffing agency really goes beyond client care in staffing in that, not only are they going to find the best match, but they also make sure that the candidate will be comfortable in part of their future team. What staffing agency can say that they have actually been part of client interviews for any given type of role? What agency has taken the time to learn about their client to where it is almost as if the recruiter has been in the role themselves? From the receptionist to staffing agent and to the business development manger, these folks know what they are doing and will make you feel at home, leaving you with the confidence you need to ace your interview. The time I had taken for the interview was nothing compared to the priceless information and advice given from this team. Thank you Modis!

Modis does not return your calls or emails, left many voicemails and emails and even applied for Jobs on there site and nothing. Even when I asked for a call back to speak to someone nothing. The are truly unprofessional and do not even know the basics of customer service. If you are looking for a job contact another firm and show them the job on Modis the will be able to find that job and get it for you. Do not do business with the firm.

Modis is a company that just wants to place people. Quality and commitment are of no concern. They will take your hire out for check ups but no matter the hires feedback ..fake or not they are driven to comission. I would never use them as the candidates I received were weak at best. When an employee left weeks after the deal deadline and they met with them many times I lost my investmest. Buyer beware. They dont really do a good job for what you are going to pay. If you lose an employee they basically tell you too bad so sad. Just another biz. No secret sauce.

Terrible, horrible, all talk and no show!I have tried using these guys for the last 5 years twice and they have failed me time after time. The most recent visit was to try to get me back to work since Im unemployed and they had me talk to a recruiter and he talked a big talk and promise to help me work on my resume together so I emailed him my resume to get worked on and havent heard from him since late August 2016. My theory is, if MODIS dont like what they see in you or on your resume, they blow you off.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I have been very disappointed with this employment agency.They talk a good game, but that’s about it.They never follow thru unless there’s a commission. I am a job seeker with excellent qualifications. When Modis contacted me for an Interview it was a BS Look and See interview with no substantial job lead available. What a bunch of crap to waste my time to come down to their office and just chat about Modis.I don’t need Mo of Dis!!!It’s like Poop or get off the pot! Find me a job or even an interview. But don’t just say Yah Yah we’ll find you something and then forget about me. Im so tired of dealing with “Fresh” Recruiters that don’t have a plan.My best success has always been with an older female recruiter that is working on their own. Those recruiters have HEART! And will get you employed, not a crumby sweat shop employment firm.Thanks for putting up with my Rant!

Very disappointing company to work for, PERIOD. They recruited me for a job with Shell Co. downtown at 1 shell plaza. They first tried to undercut me on pay and once I got that straighten out, it only seem to get worse from there. The issue was me receiving my paycheck on time. I went 3 weeks without a paycheck because THEY misspelled my address wrong. It got so bad, I had to tell them that I wasnt going to work until I got paid what I was suppose to be paid. Then, once they got that situated, it got even worse. The contact they put me on was from June to August. Once August came, I didnt hear from the contractor being Shell Co. or Modis on if my contract was to continue or not. I mean no one had a clue on what was going on. So I took it upon myself to find another job. Once I found another job, I gave my supervisor a week notice. Later on, I found out through the un employment agency that they said that I had quit my job and that the contract was not finished even though it says that its a three month contract on plenty of papers that they gave me AND Shell Co. stating otherwise. SMH, these guys are very unorganized and have no idea what one hand is doing.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible staffing agency full of talk, no results.
