Very unethical. I should’ve trusted the other reviews. His M.O. seems pretty consistent w other reviews.He called w an estimate for the repair, I said it was too expensive (as I could find an equivalent used TV online for cheaper), he said he’d try to find the part for cheaper, but never called w the new estimate.He just called saying my TV is ready for pick up, and my ttl is ~$10 cheaper than the original estimate (still steep for a 10yo TV). I NEVER AGREED TO THE WORK, and is now holding my TV ransom since he claims labor and part are owed.Do NOT go here! They’re not trustworthy, and do not behave w any bit of professionalism.UPDATE: Just talked to him again; he wont provide any solutions, and is sticking to his unethical position of charging me for a job that I never approved. He is now claiming that, since Im refusing to pay for it he has the right to sell it because theres a sign on the door that states so. This is a complete scam; save yourself a headache, and do NOT go here.

The led lights went out and my tv would only give audio. Sunny fixed my 65 quickly and the price was right. Will be a repeat customer

The guys was rude, is charging an outrageous amount of money, and now wont return my TV back.I shouldve paid more attention to all other reviews about this place, but, its a pretty appalling business he runs (if you can call it that).Very disorganized, doesnt stick to his word, and has a very abusive approach to his business.DO NOT GO THERE!NO VAYAN A ESTE (DISQUE) NEGOCIO!

Do not go there. Very unprofessional, and abusive approach. Very rude to customers, and do not have any ethics.Took TV there, they claimed it was repaired w/o a proper cost estimate of how much itd take, and now the TV is stuck w/them b/c Im refusing to pay for a service that was never agreed to.

Terrible customer service.I was told a outrageous price to fix my TV. I declined and was told to come pic it up. I then called around to to price check. Me being lazy I called back to negotiate rather than take it to the place that gave me better price (other side of town). I was told couldnt change price I told them ok Ill come pick it up.I got a call back saying to drop price 25$. I said no Ill pick it up again. Got another call asking me to go for the 25$ discount. I told him 50$ discount he agreed to fix it. One week later I called to ask if it was done he told me no part just got in. Got a call 20 min later saying it was fixed. I go pick it up the was told my price was back at 1st price quoted. Im upset the technician call the owner and the owner told me that the original price was a discounted price because it was higher and Im looking at the ticket and it says the original price on there which is quoting .I said sir youre a liar you telling me it was higher but you quoted me the same price youre telling me now then he went on to say he didnt want to argue with me that was the final price and he would take the parts out of the TV and I could take the TV. Smh

Don’t waste your time or money!!! The owner is unethical. My TV was keep over seven weeks. They never keep me informed regarding the status of repairs and could not fix the TV. He would not return my $25 deposit. What a thief!
