RG. financial, Tax & Insurance is AMAZING, their knowledge of preparing my taxes saved me money. I retired from my profession and filed the 1st year with a tax preparer I used for years. I decided to try RG the following year, because I heard so many great things about the company. They reviewed my taxes and was able to use a form my other preparer knew nothing about, which lead to me owing a lot less taxes. This is the only tax preparer I will ever use. They make sure they know everything about your particular situation to ensure they don’t miss anything. Their professionalism and friendly attitude make you feel at ease. It’s nice to relax and know that someone is looking out for your best interest.

I went here on January the 25th 2021 to file my taxes. Once I went over my paper work my zip code was wrong. I called and sent messages for week it finally got updated. They say the IRS has received my return but every time I log onto the website for the IRS. They do not have information on my name or social. So I am currently on hold with the IRS to see if my taxes were filed. Its almost two months later it doesnt even say anything online when I put in the information besides we have no information contact your tax preparer. Which I have done a few times with no resolution.
