SCAM!! Took my money a few years ago, and I never heard back from them.

Global tax helped me and my family. Not only am I pleased with the representative Vanessa Garza, which she was very professional with me and guided us through the process but if her staff were very welcoming. Ed I believe is the owner is so informative and gave us so much information that me and my family didnt know. I want to thank them for there help and I would 100 precent recommend them. I work for a CPA company, we have been getting a steady stream of new clients lately who were once clients with Global Tax Services, I dont know anything outside of what our new clients are telling us which is they were robbed of thousands of dollars and nothing was ever done. IRS does not have returns filed either that clients swear they signed and was supposedly sent to the IRS by Global Tax Company. Take that with a grain of salt if you will. I thought you would like to know what we are being told from the horses mouths so to speak.

My parents went through Global Tax Service trying to get help with lowering or even erasing what they owed to the IRS. They talked a good game without fully going into detail about what was the TRUTH and what they could actually do for them. Well after taking $5,000 dollars from my parents they stated that since they have a house they cant do nothing.SO PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!! A TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND THEY GOT AWAY WITH $5,000

DO NOT use this company! The management is very unprofessional and they do not pay their bills. They do not care about their clients and they are unresponsive. They have a few good employees but it doesn’t change their poor processes and unprofessional ways. Almost all of their reviews are also fabricated.STAY AWAY!

I’m not sure if these are the same people but there is a Global Tax Services Office off of 45 and Little york behind the Popeyes. Right by massage and hair place. Maybe this is their new location so y’all can check it out if it’s the same people.

These guys are life savers !! After several years of unpaid taxes, I was at a desperate time in my life. I was receiving notice after notice. This company has a big turn around with employees. bad communication skill with in there professional services they lost our paper work and on top of that they played them self before complied our taxes .. I call to speak to Gabriela and the give me the run about.and the office manager is a work of art. Bad business.

To everyone reading and writing reviews, please take this forward, Contact the BBB, I myself contacted Ted Oberg at channel 13, because like many of you I was also scammed well over $6000 and these people did nothing for me, they just took my money and didnt resolve my IRS issue. Future potential customers, please look somewhere else, Global Tax Services will not only steal your money, but they will also leave you in a limbo, and with the uncertainty if knowing anything regarding your Status with the IRS, please do not do any bussines with Global Tax Services.

We paid almost $3000.00 and they did not do anything but added more to irs debt by not filing my 2016 taxes. Went by yesterday to Hollister location and was told by next door office that those people disappeared but several files are still in that office. Is not only about money now is a big concern on identity theft. Since those files are there. I called attorney generals office after calling BBB. BBB said their is 8 complaints against them and they have not answer to them. 😠

They dontt know what they are doing, They didnt help us the only thing they know is to charge you and they never called you to give you an update they just called when you need to give them a payment. The staff continue changing no one have a clue of what they are doing. I dontt recommend this place to no one, just look for someone else.

These people will steal your money DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! They took $4000 in fees from us and still have not filed or done anything with my tax returns, I am thinking of getting a lawyer.

Worst place to do your taxes. Do not go here they lie to you and tell you that its going to take about 2 weeks to get your taxes done and they take about 3 months. They over charged us and still wanted to charge us more ever time we went to complain about why it was taking so long.

I hired this tax company due to the fact that I had not done my taxes in 3 years they promise me low rates and my problem would be situated with irs well ,wrong they did my taxes the same way I would of done my self online with turbo tax they charged me 6000$Found out some else had done my 2013 in Alabama, but yet they wont remburse me for that year thats they didnt work on,It happens so I owe the IRS less then wgat I paid them I should of just done it myself never again will I get help from an agency. ..

Do not go with this people they are not honest people. I payed 500 dollars for nothing. Now they dont answer my calls or messages.

I would never recommend this place. its been almost a year since they supposedly started on my husband case till today they are still working on his case we never hear from them we are constantly calling global tax services for updates, after spending $2000 for the case we have never heard from them again. its so frustaiting because all they do is lie,lie,lie, and lie we couldve had gone straight to the irs and make payments on his debt.now we are stuck because we have been waiting forever to hear from them.

Contacted this company 5 years ago while I was overseas. Paid fees requested, $*,***.00, sent in all paperwork and today still nothing. Called and was told someone would get in contact with me with in 24 hours. 20 months later, no one! I.R.S. is now taking 80% of my Social Security!DO not...DO NOT trust these people! Now I can not find them! I like others are out of money that they stole from us!

Do not hire this people they do not solve anything they just call you to make a payment but when you call them for information about your case they don’t have an answer and will tell you that they will call you tomorrow and they never call you back. They took 2,300 dollars from me and they haven’t done nothing... We paid them over 2500.00 for help, now their phone number is disconnected and we are getting letters from the IRS. No new phone number listed to reach them .

These people are licensed RATTERIES, my husband went to help him prepare the taxes to make a payment arrangement with the IRS and the useless made us a disaster that even an IRS did an audit, we got a letter that owed $ 71,000.00 and They put a LIen on my husbands credit, we went with the letter and they only told us that it was a misunderstanding that they were going to send all the documents again ,,,, time passed and we received another letter as a last notification, my husband went to The office and it turned out that it was closed, the person next to the office told him that they had left and many people had been arriving angry because they also stole money ... I paid them $ 3600.00 for making a shit in the taxes ... ... BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE AND MORE THE HISPANS WILL FUCK US MORE ........

If you plan to go to this company DO NOT DO IT !!!! We filed a case with them since 2015 and we always had to be calling, always changing personnel, all lost in our case with the IRS, we paid more than $ 7,000.00 that they charged us and they never did anything. It is a company that does not interest them in the least the client, nothing professionals did nothing with our case instead of helping us they harmed us more !!!! It is the worst in companies that we have tried 😡

Very grateful to Global Tax, they helped me reduce my debt from $ 70,000 to $ 5,000 and apart in payments. The process was delayed but it was honestly worth it

I do not recommend anyone take care only sireven to collect, pay these people is wasted time and money thrown away.
