Through and through just a great company. I reached out expecting it to be at least a couple months to actually get on the schedule and get new coping and a new plaster. But a little while after filling out the form on their website I got a call to get on the schedule for an estimate and a couple weeks later my project was finished. I must say AAA was very prompt and professional and know what theyre doing and talking about. I thank them ten times over for a job well done and would recommend them to anyone needing to give their pool a facelift.

Weve had our pool done now about 3 months by AAA now, and we are very happy with the terms of quality and service that was provided on our pool. Offered a great warranty which sold us. They even helped us out by hiring us a start up maintenance and weekly cleaning/chemical service company for a great price. I was very wary to get my pool plastered again after having a bad experience years ago, but AAA made the process painless and they did a great job with matching my waterline tile with the pebble plaster I selected. Will definitely be referring AAA to anyone looking to get their pool replastered.

I do NOT recommend this company. My opinion is based on the owner (Gary Johnson) representing things to us as though we should just accept them as OK when in fact they were NOT! First issue was that chipped tile and sharp edges were installed. Gary indicated we should just accept the chipped tiles and advised that the particular tile we chose always chipped. His firm sold us the tile (why sell a bad product?) yet no disclosure was made about the potential for chipping. The company removed most of the chipped tile and replaced it - but we were made to feel as though we were expecting too much. In the process I wound up getting out my tile saw and cutting the tile to prove up that it was the use of a dull blade by the tile crew that caused the excess chipping. What kind of company has crews that continue a job with poor quality? One that has the owner act put out when we insisted it be corrected!In the end the plaster was not placed fully around the light fixture in the spa nor one of the jets. The result is there are visible gaps that should not be there. Gary indicated that was the way the pool was before. Clearly it was not! Needless to say he has not fixed it and we are not happy.They did not clean up well - our coping needs a good cleaning now. As though we had not had enough tension between us Gary then just charged the balance to our credit card without our authorization. He claimed it was an honest mistake but his story catches him out as he charged the card the day before he had authority and claimed it was on the day after.In the end I do not recommend this firm as we believe they are dishonest and performed poorly.

They are the best at what they do. You whant the pool of your dreams they will get the job done right. I Recommend them 100%

Decided to treat myself to an early birthday present and get my pool plastered and reached out to AAA. I wanted a marble like finish and went with the plaster called Hydrazzo as well as having 3x3 tiles on the edge of the steps and I must say I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Thanks to AAA Pool Plastering for helping give me the best early birthday present!

The owner Gary Johnson created the amazing vision of a pool I had in my head. He was very helpful, and would always answer any question I had promptly. Even after hours. Absolutely no mess for myself to clean the crew was simply amazing. I could go on for hours about my wonderful experience with this company, but if youre looking for a remodel you truly will NOT be disappointed!

***UPDATE 11/15/18: The company was going to have someone fix the auto-fill, but our regular maintenance went ahead and fixed it. Just awaiting the warranty on the plaster at this point.***UPDATE 11/5/18: After posting the initial review posted here and in a couple of other places, the company came out to address the problems w/ the plaster, and it is markedly improved, although there is still streaking/splotches in some places. We are still waiting on them to repair the auto-fill component that the crew broke and for the manufacturer warranty. Will update again once those concerns are resolved.Recently had our pool refinished by AAA Pool Plastering. Not satisfied with the the quality, as there is significant streaking, uneven coloring, and bootprints in the quartzscapes. They were very responsive until the last check was cashed, however now we arent getting our concerns addressed.All the other reviews look more positive, so perhaps they will be able to address these concerns. If that happens, Ill update this review. If not, then please do your homework on the various companies before spending several thousand dollars.

We had our pool done by AAA about a year ago. We got it replastered and retiled and the results were phenomenal! Crews were great and you can see they care about their! Couldnt be more satisfied! Good Job!

Being a longtime pool owner I have been through the plaster process 2 times before but only whiteplaster, but this time I needed a replaster, I wanted pebble, to get new tile around my pool, and to regrout a few pieces of coping. AAA was very quick in sending the quote, answering any questionsI had and getting me on the schedule and the different crews they have do great work!

Worse contractor I have ever worked with for a home repair. After they installed the plastering the start up on the pool never happened. I was out of town and returned several days later to find the equipment was never turned back on. This should have happened immediately after the pool refinish. Anyway I have a nice reminder everyday when I look at my pool as it is streaky from not starting up the equipment. Buyer BEWARE!!

I had them do both my home in Katy, and my rental home in Pearland. and Both look very wonderful. To our personal home we chose a polished marble product and had them install a few custom made mosaics on pool floor and our steps. The kids love the personalization element it brings to our backyard. Very satisfied!

AAA Pool Plastering did a extremely wonderful job. They came referred by a neighbor who also had used AAA. The office was very helpful and spent time helping me pick my tile and sent me to other homeowners that AAA had plastered in the past to look at to help me pick my plaster selection and color. One of your drivers (White, middle-aged) was crazily insane and driving like a maniac! While driving down greenhouse, I have noticed he was speeding too fast in front of us, he almost hit the median in the middle. When I passed him, he got behind us and just a few inches behind my car on purpose. Right when we came to a red light he drove right next to us, cussing and flicking us off in front of and to our child as well and then tried to hit our car on PURPOSE. Right when we got our phone out he proceeded to drive away and we managed to get the license number and called their management. I can not believe what I experienced. This all happened on 6-22-18.

Just had my pool done in Deerfield subdivision by AAA Pool Plastering the week of 5/21/18After reading one negative review, we were hesitant. but nonetheless, we had our pool re-coped , retiled, and plastered with an upgraded surface of pebble and the job was nothing but smooth sailing. They truly went above and beyond on this one and I couldnt be more pleased at the results and contractor we chose. My grandchildren especially are thankful. Our Pool looks awesome!! We will be referring them to our friends and neighbors and will be using them in the future with our other properties.Total pool transformation!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The owner, Gary Johnson, is an incredibly rude person. There was a huge delay in getting the pool replastering completed and we asked for answers and all he did was yell at us. No professionalism whatsoever! They broke our sprinklers and then replaced them with the wrong ones. They left stains in the pool replastering and refuse to acknowledge their responsibility to repair it. Also, we asked them to do the restart of the pool that needs to be done after a replastering is completed and they refused!! Was incredibly difficult to get another company to do because they dont want to be responsible for anything bad that the replastering company may have done. Would avoid these people at all costs in the future!

Their driver proceeded to nearly run over a median, tailgate me a few inches from my car, then decided that since we werent going fast enough, proceeded to pull next to us, cuss and make faces like a child, TAUNT MY 5 YEAR OLD, then try to hit our car. The police and BBB have been contacted. Hope they fired that driver before theyre held responsible as well.

UPDATE:: 4/27/18 ANOTHER WEEK HAS GONE BY AND NOTHING BUT MORE EXCUSES. WE WERE PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 9AM TODAY FRIDAY TO FIX TILE JOB AND ALL DAY OF WAITING FOR THEM NOTHING BUT MORE AND MORE EXCUSES THE TILE GUY SHOWED UP ALMOST AT 4PM, and left 30 minutes later, he said he will be here monday... oh well my advice to you is DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE!! FIND A TRUST WORTHY AND RELIABLE COMPANY...ALMOST 2 weeks since they drain our pool and started working for replastering, not much has been done and has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!! And more lies. They started laying the tile and very poor quality job, like the other review below, they do not comunicate with the customer to see how everything is going or check on the job like other companies do. TILE is all UNEVEN AND LOOKS like the BLADES were DULL because you can see the bad cuts, then they ran out of tiles (which I told Julie from the beginning it was not going to be enough ) but she said oh yeah it is when we measure we measure really good and we make sure we will have extras as well, yeah sure enough we ran out, then they didnt show up the next day because they had to order more tile (yeah right? Just one little box....?? Then They claimed tile company had ran out and had to order more tile and it was going to get there at 4pm, sure right? In the meantime I called the tile company and they have over 1000 lineal feet in stock , another lie. Well then they show up to work on Friday and I told them tile was not even, obviously they did not use the spacers, the entire hot tub was all messed up, one side super tight like no room for the grout and the other side had a huge gap, the grout line would had been too thick, well anyways the workers asked me to put tape on the tiles that I didnt like so I did, well they ended up removing the entire hot tub well then MR. owner Gary Johnson (never met him before and what a first impression that was, oh boy!! ) came to my back yard banging on my back door, (my next door neighbor thought someone was trying to break into my house at first but then heard someone yelling so loud at me) yep he came yelling so rude and so UNPROFESSIONAL to me, THE CUSTOMER!!!, asking for a check, now how can you pay them right then when the work is not done and a terrible job? ALL THIS WENT ON FOR A WEEK, nobody showed up to check on the job, nobody call to find out how things were going until Friday, when this Guy came to my property and started treating me like he is better than Me. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, MY ADVICE to you is DO NOT USE AAA POOL PLASTER, there is NO customer service there ,all they are interested is finishing the job wether is a good job or not and TO GET THEIR MONEY!!! AVOID problems and Find a BETTER AND Professional company who you can trust, have a Professional staff, that communicates with the customers and be happy with the job.Nobody from AAA pool company (Well Brittney or Julie only) because Mr Johnson IS NOT ALLOWED IN OUR PROPERTY!!) EVER AGAIN. But none of them have had the courtesy to call us or to try to even come to our house to see the problem at least and Find a Professional way to resolve this issue, so BEWARE of this Company, they dont supervise the employees so pretty much you are dealing with the workers who in this case have been more professional and respectful than MR JOHNSON, he has no respect or manners to the customers, hung up the phone to my husband and yelling couple of times as well , very very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THINKS HE IS BETTER THAN OTHERS THE WAY HE TREATED US...Simply disrespectful and unacceptable!!LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU ARE REDOING YOUR PLASTER!!We hire them to do our replaster and nobody has showed up today like we were told, OF COURSE WE PAID THEM AND OF COURSE NO SHOW nor courtesy in returning calls or text either. BEWARE! I just lost a day of work waiting for the owner, Gary Johnson, who provides a window from 10a-2p for him to show up and discuss the project. I called the office at 1.45 and asked if hed be making it today and the receptionist told me that hes a very busy man and runs a big company but she would call him and get right back to me. She never called back. I thought that this could just be an anomaly so I called her back later and she told me that he was a day or two behind this week because of rain. Ok, that happens, but how about a curtesy call for those that were on his schedule? I took a day off work to sit at my house waiting for this guy. Then, to put salt in the wound, he has the arrogance to leave a VM for me that says This is not a doctors apt., we always run late and, believe it or not, he finished with we are overbooked and overwhelmed. Well, Im underwhelmed and unfortunately feel its my duty to warn others.
