These folks are fast, efficient and have a ton of answers and supplies. I could not be happier with them. Great protocol for cleanliness is these strange times.

I was very happy with their staff and product selection. It looks tiny, but they stocked it to the rafters with nearly everything one might need, and 2 or 4 or 6 options of every category they have... from lumbar pillows to rollators to wheelchairs to vehicle ramps for their powered scooter options. Very helpful and friendly, solicitous without being pushy in any way, and informative answers to every question we had. Really just a lovely place! We ended up with the right rental for our needs, and they showed us how to use it, how to get it in and out of the vehicle, everything we needed to know! ♡♡♡♡♡

I highly recommend Texas Medical Supply. They have been in business for a long time and that says a lot. I used to buy medical supplies often when I lived in Houston. I needed an oxygen concentrator and the company I was renting from was not reputable. I live in Montgomery, TX. Went to see John and he gave me a good deal on one to buy. He also fitted me for a knee brace that supports my knee better than any I have had. After 2 days my concentrators alarm started going off. Called John and he said bring it back I will give you a new one in the box. No hassles. Employees are all polite, knowledgeable, and willing to satisfy the customer. A Highly honest and reputable business..

After seven months since I purchased my lift chair, and a dozen phone calls to Texas medical supply, there is no record at Medicaid that they have filed a claim in my behalf for reimbursement as their advertising say they would. I now have to complete the paperwork and submit them myself. Not a good experience.

I highly recommend this company, I purchased a mobility scooter from them and after using it for a couple of days it was just too big to get around some places in my house. I contacted them and they exchanged it for me for a smaller one. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating. I will recommend them to everyone I know in need of medical equipment or supplies and when I am in need of anything will be going to them first.

So nice to do business with a company that says what theyre going to do and follows through in a timely manner. John was very helpful in explaining options and very courteous. And the delivery made by Antonio was right on time. He set up the equipment, gave good instructions, called with a delivery time and was prompt. I would highly recommend this company!

The staff is Great. We rented a wheelchair and loved it so much that we purchased it for a reasonable price. I will come back for all medical supplies.

We have had the best experience with Texas Medical supplies. Ordered a fully electric hospital bed and power lift chair for mother in law from Texas Medical supply. They even hauled the old chair away. Bed needed a new mattress and staff bought out two mattresses to choose from. When the electric hospital bed needed to be serviced the staff came to the house within a couple of hours. Fixed the bed in record time. Would highly recommend Texas Medical Supply

We have rented walkers & a wheelchair 4 times now. They can deliver &/or pick up if needed. They have always been friendly, had items needed, answered any questions we had, & very quick check in & out service. They have very reasonable rates & willingness to make sure you get exactly what you need, which sometimes means not exactly what you thought you needed. We DEFINITELY reccommed!!!

THE STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING, CARING AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT ANYTHING I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT .THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THE STAFF COULD NOT ANSWER OR HANDLE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. Absurd customer service!! Found an item listed on their website for $42.99. Called to make sure that it was in stock and it was. Went to the store and saw the it was priced $52.99. I pointed out to the cashier the difference in price. She asked me if I had a print out, and I told her no but I could pull it up on my phone. She then said that the only way she could honor the price was if I had a printed out copy. I again pointed out that it was their website not a competitors. She said that it was her bosss policy and that she did not necessarily agree, but she was just doing what she was told. Clearly this business is not focused on customer satisfaction, and is just trying to take you for as much as they can get away with. Stay away......

Texas medical supplyOn 7/3/2019 I called Texas medical supply from the hospital to order aLow air loss alternating pressure mattress. I stressed it had to have alternating pressure cell mattress. The lady on the phone consulted with someone and said they had it. I ordered it for delivery that day. My sister called later that day and said they delivered the wrong type bed but the delivery guy did not have all the pieces to the bed so when he came back she had them take the bed back.I called back talking with the same lady and she said no supply in Houston would have a specialty bed like. I askedher why she did not tell me that the first time I called.So the bed was (unserviceable) missing parts but deceptively they sent the wrong type mattress and I lost trust inthem. Now they are trying to keep $100.00 from the credit card for delivery.

Whenever I have questions or I call to buy new equipment I can count on Christina or John and problems are quickly dealt with or bought. I wish everyone had customer service as good they are.

I’ve always gone to this store to purchase incontience supplies for my mother, The cashier Christina Berck is always there and is so helpful and nice . She was helping this old gentleman put on compression stockings, that was so sweet of her never seen this before and n any other medical supply store. Highly recommend this store.

Absolutely Horrible Service! We rented a wheelchair for my son when he broke his leg at high school gym class. The arm rest fell off after one month, because it had no screws. Poor kid spent a month with the arm rest held on with duct tape. Called 3 times for repair they never called back. The only call we got was to renew the rental and charge us again. We returned the chair instead. Absolutely horrible! Do yourself a favor, avoid these people like the plague!

My mother rented a lift chair from this company as a precautionary measure prior to a medical procedure. Thankfully, she barely used the chair, and it was returned in the condition it was received. Today she received a call saying that she would be charged an $80 cleaning fee for returning the chair dirty, and that it would be their word against ours if the chair was dirty or not. Avoid this unprofessional and scam of a company at all costs, and check your credit card statements after renting. They might charge you without notice. This has been an extremely upsetting experience for our family, and I will be posting this review across multiple platforms.**Its a shame that in the owners response they describe heavy blood stains on a chair that was barely used regardless of its placement in the home. While it is unfortunately our word against theirs at this point, I would think twice about using a company that is this aggressive against the elderly when they claim to be a company selling and renting supplies to assist people.**
